Hello, I sell and sometimes buy shoes and clothes from the website Poshmark through the app that I have on my phoneI have done this for about yearsI think I am a quick shipper and as required by Poshmark try to be as detailed as poison with the items that I sell so the buyer will not be disappointed or unpleasantly surprised upon delivery of their purchaseI made a sale of a pair of gladiator sandals that were preowned and appeared to never have been worn when I purchased them myself on PoshmarkThey were too small for me so I let my daughter wear them once then decided to sellA buyer purchased them on July 13, And wasn’t satisfiedShe complained about the exact things I disclosed in the description of the listingTypically when you disclose everything and the buyer isn’t happy Poshmark does not require you to accept that the item is returned to you because the seller still chose to buyThe seller files a complaint stating the didn’t fit and that they didn’t tie and t

I have sold thousands of dollars (and earned poshmark quite a bit in the process) on their site over the years, I have been a top rated seller, and have glowing reviewsYou would think with all this that Poshmark would try to be somewhat helpful and accommodating when an issue arises...well not even closeA buyer purchased something from me, complained and asked for a refund using filtered photos and what I can only assume is that they damaged the product after using it--and poshmark allowed for the returnIt was a low priced sale so it was annoying, but not the end of the worldHowever, this made me concerned for future sales and I asked poshmark what they do to protect sellers from buyers cheating us and they basically have nothing in place and were less than helpful or sympathetic to my caseThey would not address specific concerns or information in my emails and just offered generic information that did not help in my caseI let them know that I am frustrated and worried that I will be cheated on high priced items in the future and am questioning if I should keep my account if that is the caseTheir response was to send me a step by step on how to delete my account if I am unhappy I am amazed at how terrible their customer service is and will be sticking to sites like *** which operate professionally and have some respect for the people selling on their site and earning them moneyDo yourself a favor and avoid poshmark as a seller

I accidentally bought a product from this app, I accidentally had my phone unlocked in my pockets and accidentally bough an itemThis business have a hours cancellation policy(I was still within the three hours requirements)I asked them to cancel the purchase and they said no, because the seller shipped wihin the hours windowI told them I will return the item to the sellers and they have refused to answer to my request of give me my money backThe business is very unetical , scammersI need my money back

I have been selling on this app since and have been loving iti have made over salesthe support answers within 24-hours like they sayhopefully they will eventually get a live chat or phone service, but I am yet to experience a negative problem

I recieved a skirt I believe to be fake Burberry, upon opening it I foolishly checked accept being new to poshmark I didn’t know any betterI emailed posh immediately to let them know I suspected this item to be fake and I would like to returnThey asked me to send a picture, which I did - though it shows little that would indicate it was fake it was more in the feel of the pieceThey encouraged me to sell the item to another member on Poshmark - which would be fraudulent considering I don’t know the items origin or authenticity
I have sense contacted PayPal to lodge a dispute and I have escalated it

on 7-3-I ordered a wallet by a seller by the a name of ***She advertised her wallet as "Gold Dust' Hobo walletThe exact wallet and color I had been searching forI recieve my wallet in the mail on a SaturdayI was not in town and was not able to check my mail until the following Monday when I arrived back to my homeI opened my pacakage to only find it with tags stating that it is a "Coin" hobo walledNot what I was told I was buyingI tried logging onto Poshmark to notify both the seller and poshmark and I was locked out of my accountI notified Poshmark that Monday 7-9-through email that I had received the wrong color and I did not want the wallet to help me notify sellerTwo days later I am able to lock onto my account and I received a email from poshmark stating that they will give me a credit and I can contact seller to return walletThe response from the seller was that she would take the item back and send me a checkThen the Seller *** dissapears

Bought a pair of shoes as the pictures that were provided you could not tell they were made with fake fur and patches of the fake fur was sticking up so I put in a request for refund it took them days to go over the case and they sent a email saying it was denied and the it changed to delivered contacted by email and haven't heard anything I have sent a lot of emails and no replies very unhappy
