I sold an authentic *** bag on Poshmark for *** dollarsPoshmark told me to send the bag to them so they can authenticate it before sending it to the buyerAfter I sent them the bag, Poshmark cancelled the sale and deleted my account saying the bag is a counterfeitThey made a wrong judgement based on their lack of expertiseMy bag is authentic and was authenticated by both TRR and Authenticate FirstI sent Poshmark the full authenticity reportAnd they still haven't admitted their mistakePoshmark threatened to destroy my perfectly authentic bag if I did not send them ** dollars for return shippingThey falsely claim they have expertise in luxury authentication and this is a lieThey should not be providing such horrible service and charge the sellers **% commission on the sale priceThey are negligent and deceitfulI want them to apologize to me and the buyer for their mistake and refund the ** dollars I gave them for return shipping

I have repeatedly tried to get them to drop me from their advertising listI sent letters to them making this same request on March 4, and again on March 20, and have never heard from themI continue to receive email advertising from them and I want it permanently goneI don't know what more I can do to STOP them and I need help from you or someone you recommend

I purchased a purse from one of their sellersThe purse was the wrong sizeI informed them and the sellerWhile waiting for a response from them about the size issue, the purse smelled extremely bad, like a mildew smellThe odor got worse and worse as the days went byI then notified the company again and let them know about the odor and subsequently, they denied my return/refund request and did not address the odor issue at all

I have used this app for more than years, sold item with $1,and paid this company $for sales fee! but I was banned from this app this morning, with NO explanation or notice! An item I had been selling had been flagged and removedMy account was then suspendedI contacted Poshmark via email and online multiple multiple timesThey said my item needed to be proved it was authenticI have then sent multiple pictures of proof multiple timesI have the proof of purchaseI have the date code, tags bags and etcthey then said that's not enough and I need to pay someone to authenticate it I have offered to pay myself to send it to their office of authenticators to check it for themselves and they have ignored all of my emailsI have made poshmark a lot of money the past mo tha I created my account and now I've lost sales and purchases because of thisI need this resolved another way I suppose

Poshmark needs to step up and have a better customer service The apps works but there is no customer services and as a seller, I notice the increasing seller retaliation for price warWith so good business, I am not sure why the *** ** *** does not know to better the service? One best way to test it is to be a buyer and seller and see how frustrated it could be to deal with this company Also the business model is really just the apps They do not ship, do not sell nor buy So if you would like to charge 20% of the profit then you should step up and do something in the actual business to make sure it is a free market to trade but avoid to provide a tool to buyer or seller to falsely claims as part of the game? It is not easy but at least try as you do get 20% of the project , isn't it Or at least handle the complain timely I guess you choose the cowardly way to not speak to anyone to avoid any unpleasant events which is not acceptable

I searched the internet for an item I wanted to purchase and found it on the poshmark websiteIt was late on Saturday evening and I made the purchase as it's getting somewhat close to Christmas as it was going to be a gift for my girlfriend at the time's daughterI realized I shouldn't have purchased it for her being personal issues and to make a long story short I guess I sent a email to the support at poshmark website about cancelling the purchase before it had been sentIt was still the weekend and I get the auto reply email saying my email would be responded to in hrsI sent a few other emails after that asking if my email was received about cancelling the orderI searched online and found they do not have a return policy!? No returns allowed! Well today is Tuesday and I received an email from "***" stating that my purchase was sent and I could track it blah blah! Ignoring I had sent multiple emails hoping to cancel the orderI have to take responsibility for this really but I know now I will never again order from that site!! My multiple emails were never responded to until after the order was sent!? Convenient!?

Poshmark’s customer service is practically nonexistentThey offer zero support if there is an issue with your orderIf you do choose to do business with Poshmark do so through a third party such as PayPal so you have recourse when, not if, your order has an issue

There is a reason why Poshmark has bad complaints on hereLet me tell you what they did to meMy email attached to my poshmark account is *** And a buyer bought dresses from me and then alledged the "tags were missing", which it was because SHE ripped the tags offSo then she returned the order back to me, I first got a box of socks from her and I immediatialy sent the picture of the socks to poshmarkthen the next day I get the dresses back in the mailAt first I assumed she only sent me the socks, and I informed poshmarkthen out of good faith I told posh mark again that I think she sent me someone elses order on errorNext day my account is disabled! Like I am the bad person? I did nothing wrong, I acted in good faith letting them know I got a pair socks
