I had a terrible experience with Poshmark and would not recommend to any buyer I bought a what was supposed to be an Madewell size XS dress The dress had been shrunk by the seller so did not fit Poshmark's response was basically too bad, I should have asked for measurements Not worth the risk and most people are selling stuff for a reason

I have been selling on Poshmark since March of this year and until recently, I had zero problems with any customers or Post all started to come apart with the sale of pieces of clip on hair extensionsthis chick hinted at me for weeks that she really wanted the hair, but couldn't afford them(they were bucks)So I lowered them for this woman, she paid, I shippeda week later I received an email from Posh stating that I had a "case" against me on this hair!...the woman stated she has super thin hair, and that (little pieces) wouldn't make her hair thicker...(umm pieces)they said they were giving her back her money!...no one asked me if I wanted to defend myself and the product, just "we're giving her the money back"...WHAT?...I sent an email directly back stating I hadn't misrepresented this product ever, along with all photos....I got nothing from them Then I wake up this morning to Posh saying another "case" has opened against me for selling fake Victoria's Secret body spray!!...I even included the original skew number on the bottle, and the original $price tag!...and I even sent her the $body lotion as a bundle all for only $10!so I sent the following email to Posh todayto Poshmark

This company says they will not tolerate or accept the sale of fakes That is in FACT what they do on a daily basis Simply search their site for high end items and hundreds of fakes will show up It is such a shame They have a report option...I have used it hundreds of times Yet, time and time again, Postmark fails to take down these fake sellers and their accounts I have come to the conclusion that they would rather make money off of innocent clients buying fake products than really crack down They CANNOT compete with Tradesy, Fashionphile, Guilt...etc which all stand by their authentic claims and do something about it!
