The entire experience was great. I liked the initial sit down and walkthrough of the process from the sales representative. He took the time to really explain everything and answer all of our questions. The install crew consisted of about 5 guys that knew their jobs and they were all very respectful. The management and follow up process was amazing from the initial sale to the final inspection. Through and through it was truly great. I haven’t stopped talking about my experience. Thanks

The installation crew was professional and completed the installation of the solar panels. My only complaint is that many of my plants got completely trampled. I am hoping that the plants will come back next year.
Power Home Solar and Roofing took care of all necessary permits and fees.

This place is a fraud..We still have yet to get our panels or anybody out to fix our pole barn AFTER an estimate they received..They did call then suddenly STOP calling when they think they have "satisfied you" and that you will suddenly forget..The issue needs to be resolved no a simple "phone call is insufficient"

We signed a contract on 7/12/2018 for the installation of solar panels. The installation was complete on 10/23/2018 & we are still not up & running. PowerHome Solar has been less than persistent in contacting me back when I reach out to them, and have consistently refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor when calling customer service. I have been told that a customer service supervisor is not available each and every time I have called.

PHC has refunded us 2 months of loan payments for not having us up & running and have promised to refund an additional loan payment. We want them to get us up & running & refund us the cost of all of our loan payments thus far.

Absolute best crew for my install! They arrived right on time, were very friendly, fixed a couple minor items around my house (great for a single woman), and were very considerate the entire time! Thanks for the great experience. From start to finish its been very easy on my part.
