POWERHOME SOLAR

I recently added Solar to my house through Power Home Solar. I have to say that as complicated as this process it, this was the smoothest and easiest installation that I have been through. The electrical inspector came by today and said that this was one of the best installations that they have seen. Great job by all!

The installation crew was prompt, thorough, professional, and cleaned up the outside mess before leaving. Couldn't ask for more!

From the beginning, the Powerhome Solar team exhibited amazing customer service. Megan checked in with us and made sure we understood the steps in the installation process. On the day of the install the workers arrived on time; they were all very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Chip, the project manager was also helpful detailing the days events.

Excellent service with honest people. Even the installation process went faster than anticipated. Everyone I've dealt with so far has been polite, honest & sincere. You can tell they all like their job & the company.

From a customers point of view I would never recommend this company. with my experience they are very incompetent, 4 times now they have asked me to send pictures of my inverter, meter and info panel on the side of the inverter. this is something that the installers should have done and the fact ive sent these pictures everytime they asked and they seem to never have them speaks loudly on how competent they are. also the "offset" I was told my panels would produce well thats not happening neither. I spent over 30k on my system and I regret it every day. again I would never recommend PowerHome Solar to anyone I know ever. I am completely unhappy and unsatisfied with my purchase and the way the company keeps asking for info over and over again after I already sent it.

The entire experience was great. I liked the initial sit down and walkthrough of the process from the sales representative. He took the time to really explain everything and answer all of our questions. The install crew consisted of about 5 guys that knew their jobs and they were all very respectful. The management and follow up process was amazing from the initial sale to the final inspection. Through and through it was truly great. I haven’t stopped talking about my experience. Thanks
