This company aims to please. They are good communicators, responding quickly to questions and concerns. It started with the sale rep who was very personable and answered every worry we had with a clear answer. They go the extra mile by adding several energy saving features after the solar installation is set up. The on-site team worked well together and with us. They were polite and focused on the job at hand. So far so good. We are still awaiting the final inspection to connect the solar to our house.

Install went well and looks good, I think the installers need additional training in leadership seemed to be a bit disorganized at times and they lacked in agreement on what items should be done in what order. There clean was just ok they did leave some trash and spare parts in my yard.

were great. System completed and working. Waiting for final inspection, excited about producing our own electricity.

Great company to work with. They explained everything and I understood even the tech stuff. Good guys, very knowledgeable crew to install the panels and now I'm waiting on the inspections to get things rolling!

The savings was misrepresented by salesman Paul M and also the finance plan. We signed online on his ipad and did not see any official purchase agreement papers until much later, and only after we requested them. We feel we, as senior citizens ,were taken advantage of by not explaining the financing. Their customer service was terrible and we couldn't get any answers once they turned our account over to ***. We never would have done it had we understood that we would end up paying more monthly rather than less, like we had been led to believe. We purchased in October, 2016. After 18 months interest only payments, it was refigured and our payments are almost $50 more per month to ***, and our electric bill is only slightly less.

The company has been wonderful to work with. They have kept us informed and updated through every step, and they have handled all of the paperwork that comes along. The team that came out to install the panels were efficient and respectful. They cleaned up afterwards and explained everything they did. I now have everything installed and can't wait to be up and running after passing the inspection.
