Very impressed with Power Home Solar from the first contact to the completion of my installation today. I've built my own system for a hunting cabin in *** so I know more about solar than most. The entire staff at Power Home Solar is very knowledgeable, helpful and honest with any information. I highly recommend them.
The installation crew was pleasant and fun, did a very neat job and cleaned up after they were done. Very Impressed and that doesn't happen very often.

Great crew to work with at my home.Woodie the electrician was very thoughtful and was very safety minded on installation.Cleaned up well afterwards.The fellows that came in asked if I wanted them to remove their shoes upon entering the house.Very thoughtful.No bad things noticed about any of them.A Plus Service.Looking toward to seeing them when I have more panels installed at a later time.

PowerHome Solar did the solar panel install today. They were there at the expected time and the crew were extremely professional, worked well with me and with each other. They finished on time and worked through a steady rain. I was pleased with the crew, the office staff and even though it was cloudy and raining the solar was still producing more electricity than what we were using at the time. So far, I'm very happy with the product and the company. Now to get the permits and get saving money.

I am extremely disappointed, spent close to 23000.00 dollars, I am saving about 10% on my electric bill was led to believe it would be close really to 90%, also promised monitoring online of consumption, and usage, yet actual manufacture said they can only see production due to installer not putting in the meter piece required for those features On top of that I called trying to get answers and have been shoved around getting none, they even had me leave a message for a manager who supposedly handles the issues, when she called back said "hello can I call you right back" then hung up and never heard back, basically just faked the computer system to show she called me over the issues but never really did try to resolve anything. the installers were great but everything after has been horrible with almost no change to my electric bill

From beginning to end these people made this experience extremely simple and easy. They handled all the footwork, paperwork, and documentation so all we had to do was sign on the "dotted lines." The installers showed up exactly when they promised, although it was so early in the morning I'm glad I didn't have to work because I missed a little sleep :). The work was finished quicker than the estimated time allotted, and everything looks incredible! This company knows every angle to get solar on every home regardless of affordability. If you can pay your power *** you can have solar! I can't wait to see how much we save! Thanks to everyone who worked on our system from the office to the installers!

I called Power Home Solar to install panels on my roof. The sales rep. showed up on time, was very nice, and stayed for 3 hours answering my questions. I received the permit in the mail about 4 weeks later as told, although I did have to call to make an appointment, but the technicians showed up on time and did a great job installing the solar panels. It took less than two days and I was called both mornings with an approximate time of arrival. The crew arrived around said time both days. I was contacted in the evening both days by Power Home Solar to ensure the crew cleaned up and to make sure I was happy with the work. I still have to get the inspection done and wait to see what the savings are, but up to this date Power Home Solar has given me exactly what they promised. I'm a marine electrician and I did look at the wiring and it looked as though they crew did a great job. I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
