Similar to another complaint, was told I would be replacing 80% of my power with solar. Paid $24K for a 4.4K system. Math does not work out nor does results. Replaces about 25% or my power and at over $6 a watt, total rip off. Customer service is horrible.

Was promised a solar system that was going to save me over 70% of my electric bill. Have only seen maybe a 15% IN savings.
I purchased a Solar Panel system back in January of 2017. Since then I have had nothing but issues with the system. For the first 5 months it was not connected properly and system was giving an error code. I had a technician come out and troubleshoot the system. Determined the the power cables from the panels to the converter were not installed correctly. When I purchased the $20,000.00 system, the salesman promised that I would be saving at least 70% off my electric bill. as of this date I haven't even seen a 15% savings with this system. Have talked back and forth with customer service and their account manager and just get the run around. Was told that my system is over producing. Then WHY am I not seeing it reflected on my bill! Not happy at all with the system or the way they are handling this issue.

Desired Outcome

I want my system to work properly and save me the amount it was intended to save me. I also would like a refund for the amount I was suppose to save on the bills from when the system was installed to now. If they can not do that then I want a full refund and they can either take or leave the panels. I am tired of paying double what I use to for the bill will the bill itself and the loan for the system.

Mr. system is actually over producing certain months and is working fine. the summer months is where you will see the bigger utility bills because that's when he uses the most power. Plus he using little more power this year compared to last year. Solar savings are based on yearly savings. Winters months is where his bill will show most of the savings.

With or without the solar panels, during the winter months I save on the electric regardless. This is a poor attempt to resolve the issues of your salesman giving miss-information to your customers.

No answer to repeated emails to correct wiring issues from install.
Power home solar installed and wired my home for solar panels. After the inspection on 9/28/17 the company was emaied and told of the failed inspection. Then on 10/19/17 another email was sent as nothing has been setup nor have we heard anything about getting this issue fixed. Emails were sent several times to *** and every time we are told they will send it to their customer service to schedule someone to come out. No emails or phone calls or voicemails from them to get the wiring issues corrected.

Desired Outcome

Someone to be scheduled to come out and correct the wiring issues. So I will be able to get the wiring inspection done so the solar panels can be used.

First pmt paid on 1/24/17, 2nd pmt paid on 2/3/17 3rd pmt paid on 3/19/17 and then panels installed. EEP Package contracted price $33,936. $169.40 paid every month to ***.

I want what I contracted to get!! I want to have little or no electric bill and only pay my solar bill every month. I want the company to do something to correct this problem. Not just keep telling me "wait and see what next months bill shows". I have been waiting for 7 months for something to change while I'm still paying double bills every month! I did not sign up for this type of arrangement. This company just keeps putting me off every month when I call instead of fixing the problem. If the problem cannot be fixed, I want their panels removed from my roof and my roof returned to the condition it was prior to all this.

Company will not respond to my phone calls or emails regarding failure of the solar system I bought to perform as they promised.
I met with Brandon *** of Power Home Solar last summer (XXXX) regarding purchasing solar panels for my home. I was promised that the solar panels would produce 75% of the energy needed to power my home. It has been almost 1 year since I've had my solar panels, and my bills are barely 40-50% lower than they were before the solar panels were installedfar lower than the 75% I was promised. I purchased the system in August 2016 and was charged $38,000 for the entire system.

I have tried multiple times to contact Power Home Solar regarding this issue and am assured each time that "they're working on it". I spoke with a customer service agent named Malia who failed to get back in touch with me over a SEVEN WEEK period. I have reached out to her twice but have no information from the company on how they *** help improve/fix my system. I was assured last week in an email from Brandon *** that "I'll see that this gets done tomorrow" regarding my request for someone to contact me and work with me on this issue, but I was never contacted as promised.

I spent $38,000 on a system that I was promised would produce 75% of my needed power. The system has not delivered as promised, and despite my best attempts to reach out to this company, they are refusing to respond to my requests for help. I have tried multiple times to reach them and get action on their part, but to no avail. I'm extremely frustrated at the lack of concern for me as a dissatisfied customer, especially given how much money I spent on this system. I just want somebody to come meet with me and let me know how they plan to make my system perform at the level that I was promised.

I would like Power Home Solar, LLC, to come to my home, study my system, and explain to me how they plan to make my system function to the level that they promised. Maybe install more solar panels on my roof? Not sure what it would take. If they cannot make the system perform as promised, I would like a partial refund of the $38,000 that I paid them.

We called the customer as soon as we got this complaint and it appears that his system is producing but he is actually using more energy than he previously did when designing his solar system and stated he would remove this complaint.

I spoke today with Joe*** with Power Home Solar. He was very responsive to my concerns and took time on the phone to discuss the concerns I've had with my system. He was able to explain my power bill and system production of energy in a way that I understood and am satisfied with.

I am satisfied with the response I received from Power Home Solar and would like to withdraw my complaint at this time. Thank you very much for your help with this matter.

I am extremely disappointed, spent close to 24000.00 dollars, I am saving about 20% on my electric bill was led to believe it would be closereally to 90%
