The crew showed up on time and when it was 20 degrees outside. I was actuall u suprised they didn't reschedule for next week with better weather. They worked all day until the job was finished.

We have had great communication through the whole process. The salesman that talked to me initially was very clear about all the steps to expect in the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. Installation was yesterday and inspection is tomorrow. The installers were very polite and careful not to make a mess when they came in and out of the house. This has been very easy and I'm delighted with the outcome.

Have made 8 calls, no one will retune my calls.
Solar panels and inverter.
I would like $12,000 of my $ 16,000 investment as a refund . Also $ 4000 for roof repairs . I'm sick and tired of this company.

I purchased a Solar Power System from Power Home Solar - which included a new roof and Solar Panels; They were excellent to work with - setting up the work with the power company, alerting me to government rebates; the crews that did both the roof and the panels were impressive, in that they were polite, hard working, explained what they were doing and even cleaned up before they left (the roofers cleaned up and made sure no nails on the ground - it looked better when they left than when they arrived!). The roof looks great, the panels are fabulous. Power Home is setting up the inspections and the Power Company last step to install new meter and then we can go live. I have called customer service a few times with questions and they have been available, respectful and extremely helpful. This is a good company I would recommend to anyone interested in Solar Power.
