Review: When I signed up for this service, I was told I would get half price leads for 90 days (have email showing this),, the leads but as soon as I stopped the service the leads went up to full price. Also I have a remainder of $10 that cannot be used and they refuse to return it to me. In fact, they refuse to return my phone calls, even though I have called several times to speak with Jacqueline C[redacted] or Taylor G[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the difference in lead costs and the $10 returned to me.

Review: I contacted precise leads to have them send me leads and I gave them a $300 deposit and told them the date I wanted them to start sending me them. A month goes by and I do not receive those leads. Finally I contact them to ask whats going on. They could not find me in the system and it took a long time and they tracked me down by my email and turns out the agent I spoke to wrote all of my information wrong including my phone number, first and last name but they managed to pull the $300 out of my account. I ask them to refund my money because they didn't even contact me through email to let me know that something was wrong. The person on the line says no this $300 is non refundable and I said well you never provided me with the services and I got nothing from you and I cannot get my money back? He says lets get you started right now and I was not interested in that because of the horrible time wait and service. I proceeded to ask him to give me my money back and he refused to do so saying that I would have to spend it on leads. I no longer work for a insurance company and those leads would do me no good. He was just trying to get me started but I told him you do not have my information written down correctly why would I do any business with a company like that. He said he cannot give me my money back, but they never gave me leads and my account wasnt opened yet.Desired Settlement: I want my $300 back that I paid for and never got anything in return.

Review: Insurance companies will not stop calling. We were to get an on line quote.Desired Settlement: My wife responded to an internet for an insurance quote on line. We are now receiving 100s of calls from insurance agents all over the country. I have asked them to stop to no avail.

Review: Oct [redacted] I spoke to both [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted] and on 10-**-2013 [redacted] at ###-###-#### X [redacted] both assuring me that the product I wanted which was Home Owner Insurance leads in the zip codes that I am authorized to work in, were plentiful and that the purchase of $300 would assure me of receiving on the average of 3 leads a day in the areas that I wanted. The also assured me that they would also be able to send me auto leads for the same folks, for only $1.00 more.......it was all a lie - they do not have Home Owner Insurance Leads to sell. The sales force totally misrepresented their ability to provide leads for Home Owners and only sent me auto leads by persons that did not own homes, or only owned Mobile Homes. They stated over and over again, that there would not be any issue with receiving leads for Home Owners that wanted Insurance quotes, and that they would be able to provide on the average of 3 every day. I've received NONE!Desired Settlement: $300.00 paid for Home Owner Insurance Leads, I have received none.

Review: On February *, 2014 I spoke with Precise Leads about purchasing Medicare Supplement leads from them. I was assured that they could provide me the leads I asked for under the criteria that I provided. I did ask for how many leads were generated in the specific demographic area that I worked. I was told that they could not tell me that because it wasn't available. I signed up in good faith when they told me to trust them, I would be happy! They withdrew $300 from my account on February **, 2014. As of today, April **, 2014, I have received a total of 3 leads. [redacted] e mailed me on April **, 2014 to ask how it was going. I told him they misrepresented themselves by providing 3 leads in 2 months and to cancel my account and refund the balance. This was done in my return e mail. He called this morning trying to get me to sell other leads that I do not want or need. I was very specific in the original interview. His [redacted] then got on the phone and went through the same song and dance. If I had been told the truth on day 1, I would have never signed up. I can't make a living receiving 3 leads in 2 months. I have patiently waited on them. A previous e mail to them emphasized my unhappiness with their leads. I told them today I was filing a complaint with you and the Attorney General if necessary. It all comes down to, I paid for a service and they lied about their capabilities to produce to enable me to make a living. I have dealt with these lead generation companies for years. Some can truly provide what they say, then others just take your money and hope you will go along. Thank you for listening, my blood pressure is starting to boil when I have been duped.Desired Settlement: I would hope in the future that Precise Leads would not be so naive to think they have no responsibility in providing accurate data to prospects. As I previously stated, I would never have signed up to begin with if they had been forthcoming with the amount of leads they were generating.
