[redacted], I received a notification that you have reopened your Revdex.com complaint. I would like to clarify the billing on your account:  You signed up for a Premium Bi Monthly account. This means you made an initial deposit of $200 dollars into your account. Once the balance in the account went below the price per lead, the account would continue to send you leads until your account reached a max due balance of $100. This balance would be charged on the [redacted] and [redacted] of each month. A total of 22 leads were sent to your account (22 x $16.95 = $372.90).  You submitted 7 leads for return that were all approved:  (7 x $16.95= $118.65).  That leaves a total due of ( $372.90 - $118.65 = $254.25).  $200 was the initial deposit funded into the account so that leaves a balance due of $54.25  As discussed, the due balance of$ 54.25 was removed and not charged to your account. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you.  Please let me know your availability so we can schedule a call.

We have attempted again to reach out to the agent to resolve his concern. Another voice message and email was sent yesterday. We want to come to a resolution with Mr. F[redacted] but we are unable to contact him. Mr F[redacted] is requesting a refund of $1500. We have already sent him $1315.39 in leads. He has a remaining balance of $184.61. In order to resolve this, we are willing to process a refund of the remaining balance of $184.61

misleading and a fraud. They should not be ripping people like this. I accept the first $300 transaction with them even if the leads that they gave me were mostly invalid. I accept that fact that I lost that money only because I thought I was dealing with an honest and real business but I was wrong. But I WILL NEVER LET THEM TAKE ANOTHER $300 FROM MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I CALLED THEM A WEEK BEFORE MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AND TOLD THEM THAT I DON'T WANT TO GET MORE LEADS SINCE THEY ARE MOSTLY INVALID AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT RENEW MY ACCOUNT. I trusted them and thought that I didnt have to change my credit card number with [redacted] but I was wrong. Next thing I know they have charged my account again. I SHOULD HAVE NOT TRUSTED THEM. I WILL COMPLAIN THIS TO THE AUTHORITIES SINCE MY BANK CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AND OBVIOUSLY PRECISE LEADS JUST PROMISED THE REFUND BUT DIDN'T REALLY PROCESS IT.
