We were behind in signing in cameras due to the amount of cameras we were receiving weekly. I have contacted the customer and apologized to her and advised her that we will be repairing this at no charge to her

Dear folks at Ct Revdex.comBack in the beginning of September I contacted you because I was having problems getting a response from a company I had sent by camera to for repairs in MayThat company is Precision Camera Repair; * *** ***; ***, Ct***You were able to encourage them to contact me and they didAt that time the individual who called me from Precision Camera indicated that they had sent the camera to the factory for repairs that they were not able to do at their business in ***I was told it would be another 4-weeks before the camera was repaired and returned, at an increased dollar amountI assumed at that time that progress was being made and all was wellI okayed the repair and the additional costThat was the first week in SeptemberI still have not received my camera.(Their tag # ***; *** ***-***) I contacted them on Nov 9th and spoke with the representative and she said she need to contact the factory representative and would get back to me by the following FridayShe did not get back to meSo I called again on Nov 16th and spoke with a different representative who again told me they would call me by Nov 20thAgain, no call

Precision Camera received a *** *** *** *** on 7/The camera was received with no proof of purchase so the unit was holding pending authorization on the estimate for repairCustomer contacted us on 7/stating that the unit was under manufacturer
warrantyThis was verified with *** and the unit was sent to repair under the manufacturer warranty. A customer service agent left a message for the customer that the unit was covered under warranty. A request for a replacement was submitted to *** on 8/due to parts availability for this modelThe replacement was shipped by *** and delivered to the customer on 8/under UPS tracking# ***We apologize that the customer was not contacted for payment when the camera was receivedWe do contact all our customer's for payment prior to the unit going to repairSince the customer received a replacement this matter should be considered closed

customer on 6/1. We were unable to
repair the customer’s *** *** *** as there were no parts
available to repair it. We did not
perform any repair on the camera. ***
bought out the customer’s extended service plan so they could replace their

for the camera not performing as we did not repair the unit

I contacted Precision Camera, a *** repair contractor, and explaining an issue with my camera under warranty, I was given a case number and a form to ship with my camera to the contractor After shipping the camera and waiting for almost a month, with no updates, I contacted Precision Camera to be told that there is a physical damage on the camera and therefore my camera's warranty is voided I had no idea about any physical damage to my cameraIt just stopped working with the lens error message I asked for a picture of the damage and was told that a photo of the damage will be mailed to me within hoursAfter waiting for hours, I called again and this time I was sent a picture of the "damage" - a freaking micro paint chip-off on the edge of the lens! It looks like Precision Camera went over my month old camera with a magnifying lens, found the largest scratch they could find and using their deductive reasoning and heuristic guess connected that to the error message displayed by the camera(do not see an option to attach the photo they sent to show how absurd they argument is)
I refused to pay $280, a repair charge and asked my camera to be shipped back A.: Not until I pay the $shipping feeNice! This camera was my last *** camera I will be ever buying againStay away from this shady contractor!

Although I find it very poor business practice that Precision Camera would not answer any of my calls or emailsIt wasn't until I told them that I was contacting the Revdex.com that anything was doneAnd then it was *** that contacted me, not Precision CameraIn my opinion they have a very poor business ethic

This company is dishonest and does not perform the repairs they state on the quotes My Camera was sent in for repairs, charged $and after they had it 1/months I received the camera back and the camera was never repaired, not even opened and the original problem was not repaired Numerous contacts with company and they refused to refund the money paid for repairs not completed Finally after filing a BBC complaint the company did refund my payment in full
