I have used Precision Plumbing several times in the past year and am a member of their No Worry Program Even when I call for a minor plumbing issue, they are quick to respond with a technician This week I purchased a new washer and it could not be installed unless the water valves were upgraded to code, as the original ones were over years old The tech, Brent Bwas at my house within hours changing out the valves so the new washer was installed the next morning The techs are professional, courteous, and double check to make sure your questions and concerns are all answered before they leave It's like their motto: no worries

Ethan was very thorough and helpful in describing our options for a low-pressure kitchen faucetHe fixed it in less than an hour

My year old water heater failed mid-day on a Saturday while temps were in the single digits I called for an appointment and Precision promised to be out the same day, although it may be later due to the extreme cold and many burst pipes in the area That was fine by me, and Precision called me several times throughout the day to give me an update and let me know they hadn't forgotten me I really appreciated the updatesMy assigned technician, Ethan, arrived later in the evening as promised and did a great job installing a new water heater I was impressed by his knowledge...just by taking a quick glance at my old water heater he was able to guess its age and was only off by yearHe explained each of my options in detail, and let me decide on my own without any sort of annoying hard-sell tactics that other companies sometimes useEverything was installed as described, and he even addressed some other minor related issues we hadn't initially discovered He was very cautious about not making a mess in my home, wearing protective covers over his shoes and laying down plastic if neededOverall I had a great experience with Precision and would definitely recommend them Ethan was very polite and professional and a pleasure to deal with Thanks!

My kitchen sink was backing up and I was unable fix the problem because it was not under the sink but actually in the wallThe customer service person that answered my call was very professional and accommodatingShe said that she could have a technician to my house in an houur after she gather all of my information
The technician listened to what I had already tried myself didnt waste anytime repeating what I didHe immediately agreed that the problem was in the wall and began getting out the foot electrical drain snake About minutes later the sink was working properlyHe asked me to look at how the sink was draining to make sure it was back to normalHe proceed to clean up his equipment and drop clothes that he had laid out to keep any messes containedHe even wiped down the floor of the cupboardAnthony was Very professional

Called and was able to get a service call the next day Kyle was punctual, efficient and explained the problem clearly A positive experience

A fine young guy named Kyle came as a follow up to an air flow clank when the forced air went on - he tried a few things and said he was not sure if he could fix the problem- but alas- the clanking is gone Very polite n honest about this tricky situation- and it got fixed, with no charge to me- and they did a great job putting in a new hv/ac system years ago

I could hear a leak behind the wall in the shower late on a Saturday afternoon Removed the handle to find that indeed there was water dripping from the cartridge behind the wall I wanted to shut off the water to the house and set up a service call for repairs, but the main shut off, as it turns out was not working either So I could not stop the leak and needed after hours service After being totally disrespected by my former plumbing company (for requesting after hours service at 4:PM on a Saturday) I contacted Precision Brent *** was the technician that came out He was able to shut the water to solve the immediate emergency issue Discussed all options with me regarding the faucet And even answered a couple questions on faucet replacements I had done recently for sinks He was very friendly, and did not complain about being out there after hours

precision plumbing did not provide an invoice or receipt with the service and I feel they deceptively sold me an unwanted extended warranty on a water heater I had to call the office for an invoice and receipt through e-mail when I received the price breakdown I called the office and asked to have the $charge taken off my credit card as I did not want the extended warranty the receipt said I had business days to cancel precision said they could not take the charge off...I called again citing the day period to cancel and please take off this charge I was told someone would get back to me on this no one called and soon the day period will be gone I feel they took advantage of a senior citizen who needed hot water
I believe they stonewalled the day cancelation period so I could not cancel the charge I am not complaining about the work done or the water heater itself, but I am upset about the company not honoring the day cancellation period for the extended warrantee

Had a clogged drain Called Precision on a Sunday and they were there within an hour with no extras fees for weekend service My technician was Marty Che was very professional and explained every step to make sure I understood what he was doing and then made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction before he left

This place is a rip off...please beware before considering them for any repairsThis review is being written on 08-19-2015, I called this establishment because of a failed sump pumpAfter the technician arrived he noticed that the type of sump pump I had is typically associated with a year warranty and advised that he can call and verify the warranty but it will b a dollar charge place that call because of the time that maybe involvedAfter I told him that I didn't agree with the charge and that I will call someone else he then offer to place the call for freeUpon finding that the pump was under warranty he wanted to charge me dollars to take the pump out and deliver it to that place which is approximately miles for my house and another bucks to pick it up and re-install itThe technician assured me that the pick up and drop off was only going to be accepted by a licensed technicanThat was all a lie I called the manufacturer of the pump and he confirmed that the information was and he didn't care how the defective part arrivedThe guy (Dan *** from precision) was only trying to take advantage of my need for a sump pump repair.later on after giving the model and serial number to the manufacturer I was informed that precision was the initial installers of the pump prior to me purchasing the houseI feel that the guys at the plumbing company are operating just like the sump pump they install...suck you till you are dry.End result I gave the guy buckso for quote sump pump inspection end quote and took the pump to the manufacturer myself

Very prompt and couretous

We had a broken pipe that caused a back flow and Christopher Scame out very quickly and helped us correct the issue and diagnose the problemHe was pleasant, experienced, efficient, and trustworthy

Richard and Sam were excellent! On time, professional and polite They took the time necessary to assess my problem and then explained my options and the associated costs
They performed the work efficiently and resolved my main sewer line blockage within hours from the time they rang my bell to the time they pulled away

I was very happy with my last experience with Paul from Precision, so I called them again I hired him to install a new sump pump with a basump pump, along with a few faucets Once again, Paul came, very articulately explained the options, patiently answered my questions, and went about efficiently installing everything The new system and faucets look and work great Another great job I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs
