Today I had Richard H from Precision Plumbing rod out roots from my house to the street. Because of problems I had shortly after moving into my house, I knew I had to have this routine maintenance done. He showed me what he found using the camera and explained why it happens and answered my questions. I appreciate that he took the time to help me understand the problem and what alternatives I have. I was very pleased with the kind serving manner in which I was treated. I would have him out again, and would recommend him to someone who needed this type of service.

I had my hot water tank go out on a Saturday afternoon about 3pm. After about 3 phone calls to various plumbers, my wife called Precision Plumbing Services, Inc. My wife gave them the hot water tank information and was told they would have a plumber out within the hour. The plumber, Jeff showed up within the hour, assessed the situation and explained our options and the one recommended(replacing the tank). We agreed with his recommendation and Jeff called a coworker and had him go to the shop to get the new tank. In the meantime, Jeff prepared the old tank for removal. It seemed like a monumental job, but Jeff and his coworker removed the old tank and placed the new tank in a manor as not to damage any surroundings. His coworker then loaded the old tank onto his truck and hauled it away. Jeff the completed the installation of the new tank in a timely fashion and we had hot water by 8:30 PM. I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing Services, Inc. to anyone in need of a plumber.

The company regrets that this client does not feel he was treated fairly, as this was not the intent.
Upon arrival, the client’s main drain...

was flowing properly as viewed from the exterior cleanout access. The original blockage was confined to just the drain in the laundry room, unaffected by use of other drains in the home. The original technician restored flow to this drain and ran water to test and water flowed through, exiting the building through the exterior cleanout access.
Upon arrival of the second technician, the exterior main drain was still flowing properly, but discovered the interior main drain was clogged-causing back up in floor drain with use of other drains in home.
The second technician provided an additional rodding option since the culprit for the backup appeared different than that of the original visit.
The second technician should have sought clarification from the original technician or a supervisor and work to find a more amicable solution for the client.
For this reason the company will provide, upon approval of the client, a 100% refund for services described in this complaint.

On behalf of my elderly widow next door neighbor, I called precision plumbing to fix a leaking shower head. Ed met me at the neighbors house and I showed him the problem. There was a language barrier, so I described to Ed what my neighbor needed repaired.

About an hour later Ed knocked on my door and said, "thank you, She wants 5 things repaired in her home." Ed did not give me any other details. A while later, Ed drove off and returned. He was at the neighbors home for over 6 hours, into the night.

The next day I went over to ask how the repair went. I was shocked to see that Precision Plumbing had charged this elderly widow with no income, $900.00 for repairs that any other legitimate plumbing company would charge $300-$$00 for. Simple faucet and toilet flapper replacement., normally $100 for parts and labor for perhaps 2 hours of work. RIDICULOUS! UNFAIR! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SITUATION WITH AN ELDERLY PERSON, AND A LANGUAGE ISSUE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN ALLEVIATED WITH A NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR---WHO INITIATED THE CALL!!! this woman needs to be refunded at least half of the $900.00 she was charged...IMMEDIATELY!!!

I have made three calls to the plumbing company, and the customer has been included. I have spoken to Robbie, Chris, and Brianna, and no resolution has been made in three day!!! WE NEED ACTION NOW!!! Not another sales pitch.

We have used Precision Plumbing previously and they continue to meet our expectations and provide great service. Rick H. was our technician this time around and was able to quickly determine we need to have our sewer rodded because the water level was at the top. Before doing the rodding, Rick explained what he was going to do and followed up with a camera inspection when the job was completed so that we could see that the tree roots that were causing the blockage had been removed. Rick also did a great job with the clean-up when he was done.

We have used Precision Plumbing in the past. The reason for the most current call is because we needed a drain stopper fixed. Daniel or plumber took the stopper apart, inspected it, cleaned it and put it back together. If we were dealing with a dishonest plumber, they could have told us the unit was shot and we needed to replace it. But Daniel said it was in good shape and that it just slipped out of its housing. I really appreciated his honesty. He made sure everything was cleaned up and looked as nice as when he came in. We had him also look at what we thought was a leaky shower head. Again - he explained to me how the plumbing works - said everything looked great. Again - really appreciate their honesty and reliability. Tiffany was also a joy to work with booking the appointment. Very friendly! I highly recommend Precision Plumbing!

Precision Plumbing cleaned my two air conditioning systems, and put the parts back in wrong and didn't tighten the cap on the coolant. Because of this both units needed new parts and the upstairs unit now needs to be replaced. Thanks Precision Plumbing for nothing!

Had service on furnace by Manny * he was very professional and explained what he was doing as he was doing it showed old and new parts were working correctly.

Expert technician. Right on time for appointment..

On Tues 11-8-16 David and Drew installed our new furnace. We were told it might take 4 hours, but they arrived shortly after 8 AM and were finished by 11 AM. They professional and friendly. They kept everything to as little mess they could and cleaned up everything before they left. A wonderful experience.
