Jeff and any of the other technicians that have been to our home have been very professional and courteous, would highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

Had a sewage ejector pump fail and was slammed on time and $ but Precsion had it fixed in 24 hrs and for a reasonable price. Their products are priced high but If you talk to them and ask plenty of questions they will work with you to achieve a satisfactory result as was in our case. I would recommend this company to anyone, understanding that every plumbing situation is and will be different...I want to give credit to Brent who did the work, he worked in a very professional manner, thumbs up!!!

We had a very positive experience all the way from start to finish, with Doug helpfully collecting information about the issue over the phone when we called, and scheduled the repair for the same day! Lisa then provided a heads-up that the technician was 30-40 minutes out - Dan M. arrived on time and fixed our leaky kitchen faucet in an extremely satisfactory manner - swapping out the old one for a new Moen. A fully stocked truck comes in real handy! Dan had a very pleasant demeanor, patiently going over the trouble we had. He also provided various options for the work along with its estimate. It was refreshing to see mobile technology put to great use - being able to compare the cost of each option, right there on his iPad, before making a final decision. The work was completed in a timely manner, and he took the time to thoroughly test the new fixture for leaks, and also walk us through the warranty information - answering all of our questions. He also made sure he wore his boot covers, spread sheets & towels before starting the work and left the area neat and clean on completion. We don't believe Precision Plumbing is competing to be the low cost leader, but their quality of work, customer service, quick response times and upfront no-pressure dealing are remarkable. They have definitely earned our repeat business!

This was my first experience with Precision. They were recommended by a friend. I recently bought my house and the drain in my basement was leaking. I also needed a water filter in my kitchen removed. I was able to contact them on the weekend and schedule an appointment easily. Paul showed up on time. He is very friendly, courteous, and a great communicator. We went into the basement and he was able to quickly determine what was wrong. He patiently and clearly explained to me what was wrong in such a way that a non-professional would understand yet also educated me on my plumbing. He presented a few options. I made my choice with what products I wanted and he efficiently went about repairing my problem. You know that feeling you get when you meet an experienced pro who really knows what he's doing? That's Paul. The plumbing work looks great and much improved. I look forward to using Precision again when the time comes.

I contacted Precision Plumbing to unclog my floor drain in my utility room. I was able to get a same day appointment. Paul D. was the technician who made the repair. He was honest and explained reasonable cost choices upfront. He was personable and treated us like family! He was very professional, explaining the work he performed, and completed the job efficiently and in a timely manner. I would definitely utilize this company's services again and request Paul D.!

Excellent service. We have used Precision Plumbing for several major (installed a contained overhead sewer and ejector pit) and minor (clearing clogged lines) projects in our house and have never been disappointed. The guys have been super friendly and competent and professional. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but thought it was warranted in this case.

I have dealt with Precision a few times. All of their techs were friendly, courteous and honest. I did not feel high pressured or cheated. Good service.

Cleaned the part that was causing the problem instead of trying to sell me a new part.

My house was built about 80 years ago. The furnace was built during the Jurassic Period. Both of your agents, Jeff and Shawn, are knowledgeable and professional. Their courtesy and know-how got me and the family warm again. Yes, I would recommend Precision to anyone who has HVAC problems. One thing, though. Precision is not cheap. To make up for the cost of the repairs, I may have to sell my body on the street. And since I'm an old guy, it may take years!

Paul was professional, knowledgeable, clean, and fair with his estimates. I would request him and precision plumbing you to all my friends. They also were prompt with their service and were in contact regarding their schedule. Their dispatcher even said thank you. I guess customer service still exists in Lombard.

Brent was fantastic. He explained everything that would happen on each step. He came when he said he would and stayed with the job until it was completed. My experience with the entire company has been positive. Good customer service.

After our furnace went out we called Precision. They came right out to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the furnace was beyond repair.
They gave us numerous options and came back the next day to install both a new furnace and A/C units. They installed both quickly and cleanly.
Dave D. then explained how everything worked.
My husband and I highly recommend Precision for any problems.
We will definitely use them for any future problems.

I am very satisfied with the excellent job done by Jeff M. Upon assessing the water leak in my furnace he told me that the drain line is clogged and explain to me what he will do to clear the problem. He even go through an extra mile in cleaning the drain system and offered good informations on preventative maintenance to avoid this problem to occur in the near future. After the work is done he cleaned up the furnace and the floor very good.
I would recommend Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling to my relatives, friends, and neighbors who needs professional, knowledgeable,and reliable services.

My family was more than pleased with the service we received from Bob, the drain specialist technician, who worked at our home for a difficult to diagnose drain problem. He had several ideas to try in resolving a misleading drain back-up problem. He was dealing with very old plumbing of 50+ years and was persistent in finding the cause of our back-up. He worked at it for 2 and1/2 hours and charged us a very reasonable rate. He left us with an estimate for a possible future occurance since we took the most reasonable cost option for our first attempt to fix the problem. He explained what he was thinking and doing throughout his work and was very willing to answer our questions.
We also want to recognize, Nina, the Customer Service Rep, who answered our initial phone call. She was very responsive and put us on the schedule for the same day. She readily answered our question about narrowing down the timing for our service call and gave us a 30 minute lead time call before Bob arrived. She was very customer service friendly and easy to work with on short notice. She was accurate with her time estimates, too.
We would definitely use Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling again and would recommend them too!
