Dave D. arrived in a timely manner and corrected our water problem in our basement. He was courteous and informative concerning our clogged sewer pipe. He asked pertinent questions to determine the problem, gave us options and quickly rodded out the sewer--and even cleaned up the mess afterward. Thanks and Kudos to Dave D!

Dan M. is a technician who had been to my home previously. Although he was not working on Sat. Feb. 27th he still called me at home to find out what my problems were, offered some advice & possible solutions, and lastly assured me that he would make sure that a competent tech came to my home when he was not able to. Who does that on their day of! I was surprised, and touched by his concern and caring.

Jeff M was our field technician and he did an excellent job for my Mother adjusting her new cooling system in the home. My Dad passed away recently and he always understood the system. Jeff came in, quickly diagnosed the problem, was respectful, informative and thorough. We could not have asked for a better experience and will recommend Precision Plumbing and Air and Jeff to family and friends!

Plumbing Service Technician ETHAN [redacted] was SUPERIOR! He installed a new toilet for us, and his work was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining every thing to us, and he is very clear and very knowledgeable. His workmanship was outstanding. The price was exactly as he had estimated. In addition, he is very personable, very kind and caring, and has a great sense of humor! He deserves a raise in pay and a promotion. Jeff did our annual maintenance on our furnace and humidifier today. He was gracious, professional, and did a wonderful first class job. He cleaned up after replacing the filters and doing some general adjustments. He personifies what Precision advertises.

Great service by Dave D and also Drew. Davwe was on time and installed a new furnace in my basement in the time he said and asnswered all my questions. Very helpful and a real pro!

I awoke one Sunday to find the house freezing. The heater had stopped running during the night, and I needed to have it fixed that day as temperatures were expected to continue to drop. I called Precision, and Lisa made arrangements to have someone there in the morning and kept me up to date regarding an estimated time of arrival.

When Jeff arrived, he was professional and explained to me what was happening with the heater, providing me a quote prior to doing any finishing work. Jeff solved the problem, taking the appropriate amount of time to go over the details with me. He also provided some minor extra services including mentioning which filters to use on my old style furnace and doing some extra cleaning of the unit.

All in all I am very satisfied with both Lisa and Jeff's work and professionalism.

We called Precision Plumbing on a Saturday morning and by early afternoon they were there to help us with our kitchen sink problem. Richard H came and was not only very personable but did a wonderful job. Thank you Precision Plumbing.

Brent did a great job. Very professional, personable and neat. I would recommend him and his company to others.

Manny did a very thorough job in the tune-up and cleaning of the furnace, explaining along the way the purpose of the steps he undertook. He told me what are the parts that need to be paid most attention to, and what could go wrong with them over time, as well as the ways to prevent that (when possible) or detect signs of performance deterioration.
The only thing I would recommend for the company in the future is to skip the 'sales' pitch in the end of the call, it is really unnecessary, unless something comes up during the tuneup process that makes it a necessity.

We don't normally write reviews about services because most are mediocre, at best, however, of all days to experience sump pump problems, on Thanksgiving Day our sump pump failed and we called Precision Plumbing for help. Brent B is the tech that promptly came to our house, quickly diagnosed the problems and fully explained our repair/replacement options. We agreed on a resolution and Brent made the repairs/replacements very quickly and efficiently. We can't say enough about the excellent service and reasonable pricing rendered. And Brent was awesome - he was professional, courteous and obviously very knowledgeable. We felt Brent honestly evaluated and presented our options and were not "high-pressured" into anything. Brent should be recognized for providing an outstanding customer experience and representing Precision Plumbing most professionally, especially in an emergency situation. Very well done!

We hired Precision Plumbing to come out and fix a busted hot water heater. I made the phone call and they had someone out to my house within hours on a Friday afternoon. No small feat these days. The Plumbing technician's name was Paul D. He was outstanding. I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing requirements after this. He was efficient, courteous, informative and I didn't feel like I was getting gouged by someone.

I had a cracked toilet in my home, so Brent [redacted] and Andrew *. came and fixed it in no time. They both did an excellent job finding the source of the problem and fixing it quickly. Both were very professional and trustworthy. I would gladly call them again to fix any plumbing issue.

Had a follow up call after some rain last night. It was odd, not a heavy rain but watchdog went off all night. I called them yesterday, they were out today, no charge and had no answer, pump is working fine. Just glad they came as fast as they could. Bill is a good dude, they kind of guy you want to do the work.

I cannot say what an amazing experience I had with Brent B.!!! He has set the bar very high for any future services needed at my home. He was beyond kind and caring to me; explaining every step of changing out our garbage disposal. He was neat, organized and just one heck of a GREAT person to have in my home! I would never use another plumbing service in the future and always request Brent B. He was the most knowledgeable plumber we have ever used, but beyond that he CARED about my family and our home!

My situation involves layers of issues to rectify the problem of water leaking from an upstairs shower down into the kitchen ceiling. I needed a knowledgeable plumber which over the years, yes years, I have dealt with continued leakage. Don't get me wrong, I have had other plumbers, contractors, and handymen out to evaluate my problem without resolution! But, I sure of spent unnecessary money until Ethan came to my home and gave me a very thorough assessment of all the issues involved. He gave me detailed explanations of the problems that were obvious to him and told me of the potential issues that could not be 100% determined until further exploration into the walls of the shower. He showed me on-line photos of products and the rationale for their use. He also told me the other "Trades" that needed to be involved with this project such as water/ mold detection company and a company to retile the shower which may uncover other issues. He took photo's of all the issues he found on day #1 I would without a doubt recommend this company to others. The cost, well I have spent plenty of money already and have not gotten anywhere, I hope their prices are justified in the end.

The company is unable to validate the customer's belief that that sewer rodding service was insufficiently performed,...

nor is the company able to validate the customer's comment about where the pipe repair should have commenced-there is no indication of that on the invoice. There is also no indication on the invoice pertaining to a break in the pipe, but rather notation of there being root masses which coincides with the customer's complaint. As a good faith effort, the company has provided a full refund of the services performed on 2/25/14

Our water heater needed replacement. Dan * came out to the house, arrived at the scheduled time, gave us a compete estimate and finished the work in a professional way.
We are very pleased with the work he did and would hire him and his company again for any plumbing work.

On time, courteous and neat when in our home!
