When Jeff M arrived (end of the day), he was still courteous and cheerful. He answered any questions that I had politely. He checked my air conditioner and gave me an update on its running condition.

Jeff M was supposed to arrive some time in the morning, but was running late. Twice someone from Precision Plumbing called and let me know when he would get here. Great communication between Jeff and the administrative staff. I appreciated that very much.

Professional service and trusted experience.

Brent B. - Did a thorough and excellent job replacing my sewer pump.

Brant M. - Did an excellent job installing my new furnace.

Xavier L - Is my Service tech for the furnace, and goes far and beyond making sure the furnace is safe and 110% ready.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2014/02/19) */
Contact Name and Title: [redacted] GM
Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX
Contact Email: [redacted]@precisiontoday.com
This complaint through the Revdex.com was when the GM and the owner first became aware that the client was wanting to speak to us....

Neither the GM nor the owner received any messages from the client as he indicated.
When complaint received by GM on 2/18/14, GM phoned client at 2:35 pm to inquire about concern and attempt to resolve issue and spoke to client briefly. Client said he was awaiting another call at the time and would call back later. As of 1:00 p.m. on 2/19/14, there has been no return call from the client.
The company is requesting that Mr. [redacted] furnish a copy of paperwork indicating a $2,200 charge/proposal from Precision for concrete removal and replacement by Precision, as that is not indicated anywhere in Precision's records. What is indicated on the paperwork is an $1100 price for concrete removal (excluding concrete restore), reduced to a $750 charge as an amicable solution between the client and Precision, followed by the client's signature of approval.
The client indicates in his complaint that he did not want to make payment after the outside work was complete, and he was going to drive to office to speak to manager or owner. No such visit has been made to Precision's office by client.
The client said that he made full payment on the day the outside repair was performed (1/18/14), but that is not an accurate statement. The team member from Precision attempted to collect payment for the excavation portion only on 1/18/14, as that portion of the work was complete. Client refused. Precision was to return to complete the final (jetting) portion of the work when the weather was more conducive. In actuality, client paid all monies due above and beyond initial deposit ($2867.30) on 1/30/14 when the jetting work was complete (see attached credit card transaction record with date and time stamp).
The client had called Precision 2 days after (1/20/14) outside repair performed on 1/18/14 to schedule appointments for 2 other departments for 1/23/14 to scope out sewer work needed and an HVAC tune up, both for another property the client owned. The client did not have Precision proceed with any sewer work on 1/23/14 at this separate site location. If client was dissatisfied with his experience with Precision albeit still unsettled, why would client invite the same company out to potentially re-engage in business at another property of his? In this complaint, it is unclear why client would suggest accepting additional services (as resolution) provided by same company in the future. In reading this complaint and analyzing the situation, it causes one to question whether client intended on using this forum to leverage having more services provided to offset or avoid personal expense for multiple residences.
Due to the nature of the work being performed where the issue is underground, unforeseen issues may arise during the scope of the work. When said issues arose, the client was made aware and the company reduced the expense of the concrete removal price to help bring satisfaction to the client.

Xavier serviced our furnace and was on time, professional and thorough. I have used Precision Plumbing Services before and would recommend them for your HVAC needs. In addition, I would recommend Xavier as a competent service tech.
Great customer service!

Steve

I had Manny O come out to tune up my furnace for Winter. Not only was he polite and courteous, his work was thorough and he, and Precision, did not run up extra costs. This was the first time I had them out for this service and I will definitely keep them in mind next time. My only complaint was with Precision, themselves, as I spent most of the day wondering when they would come out. If that was the cost of being assigned this tech, it was worth the wait.

everything we wanted done was done fast and accurate.

Great service from Sam on a holiday, no less. Quick service. Courteous. And cleaned up work space quickly afterward.

Precision Plumbing has handled several problems for me. In each case they did an excellent job. Their technicians are well trained, polite and informative relative to their work. Their billing is also quite fair, taking into consideration what is under warranty and what should be done free of charge.

Jeff M. from Precision Pluming Services was awesome today when he came out to do a routine check on my furnace. He didn't rush the process and was very detailed oriented. A++ for guys like this!

Good Service, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful of my home, pleasant

I thought their service was prompt, the service person was outstanding and the end result was good. I thought the price was high by 30% to 40%. Before using Precision Plumbing again, I would get other quotes from other firms first.

I had a clogged kitchen drain and called Precision Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. They sent Christopher S out the next day. He was very polite and efficient. He was very friendly and completed the job in no time. I will definitly use this company again and refer them to others.

I have had Precision Plumbing Services as my a/c and furnace provider for several years. I signed-up for their No Worry program which gives me annual check-ups and for which I pay in small monthly payments all year instead of a large lump sum payment twice a year. They call me to remind me when it is time for the checkup of my a/c each spring and my furnace each fall. I feel confident in the ability of technician I have had to keep me informed of current corrections that need to be made as well as warning me of possible upcoming repair needs.

I've used Precision Plumbing three times and have been very pleased with their work. The technicians are polite and knowledgeable.

Highly. Recommend them 1st they came out faster than we expected. We were having a blockage in our backup sewers. Which it was to the point we we were unable to use our bath room. They kept us informed through the process as to when a technician was going to be coming to our house. They showed up much sooner than we expected. Very grateful for getting our backup sewers line unclogged. Thanks highly recommended them.

I have used this company, before, for a number of years for plumbing issues. As before, I found this experience a pleasant one and this technician, Paul W., friendly and knowledgeable. He obviously knew his stuff relative to removal of my old and installation of a new water heater. I was told Paul was had worked in this industry for 30 years and had the appropriate licensure. His experience showed.

There were some issues about the size of the newer-type heaters and the limited space we had for the placement of the new heater. Paul worked it out, no problem, with the help of one of his co-workers, who delivered the new heater to Paul at my home, which saved Paul about 1-2 hours of travel time, himself. This company works as a team.

Paul answered all my questions before, during and after the installation---this was an emergent situation, to begin with. Precision sent Paul out the same day of my call--a Saturday-- to deal with our dilemma. The pricing was more than fair and reasonable. All work was performed in a good and workmanlike fashion, as one would expect of such professionals, and neatly, protecting our carpeting in the basement when the old heater was hauled out.

This is a great company, in my experience. I will continue to call upon them for plumbing issues, as necessary. I would refer them to anyone, without hesitation.

I started with Precision going on 12 years now. I had a major plumbing problem in the middle of the night while hosting my in-laws from England and Precision was the only service to respond. I have been with them ever since and in recent years also use them for my HVAC needs. They once again responded to an emergency furnace failure/replacement at the end of the year while I was hosting family who were in town for a family wedding. I subscribe to the "no-worry" club which affords me annual heating, air and plumbing check-ups as well as discounts on other labor & materials if needed. You also can jump the queue for service when you call in! I have already recommended Precision to other neighbors. I have been satisfied with their service. I hope they keep it up. The technician (Xavier) on my recent service call was more than helpful..

The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and knew his AC units like the back of his hand. Unfortunately I was under the impression a "Tune Up" meant they were actually going to clean the unit and then advise me on any issues found. The flyer I received in the mail specifically said Tune Up of your AC Unit for a certain price before a certain date. The company did charge this price, but that was not my issue. It was assumed by me that there would be a cleaning of the unit then the extra charges would come out of issues found. In my case over $1700. When I called the company to ask if a cleaning was to be done they said "they will dust if they see dust but nothing more than that." So I basically paid for a 2 hour estimate. I just want to warn anyone to make sure you are actually getting a service prior to booking an appointment with this company. Like I said, very knowledgeable staff and they were right on time but the ad was deceiving.

/we continue to be very satisfied with the work done for us by Precision Plumbing. Their staff of service men are top notch.
