I don't normally post reviews, good or bad, but just had to comment on the wonderful customer service I received with Paul D of Precision Plumbing Services, Inc. He went above and beyond the time needed to service the plumbing issues I had. He took the opportunity to ask me questions and access my concerns and was then able to give me options that felt like he was truly listening and understanding my needs. Thank you Precision Plumbing for sending him out and thank you Paul D for your remarkable customer service.

They came the same day we made the call. I was able to utilized a coupon that they had sent me for future repairs. Kyle showed us what was wrong, gave us options. Explained the costs. I liked that he used shoe covers without me asking him to do so. The negatives, a bit pricey for the service and he did not mentioned about a waranty for his service.

Since this was not an emgergency, we got next day response, first thing in the morning. The evaluator was very pleasant and professional. He knew what he was talking about. The followon plumber was very thourough and quickly determined the problem. He then discussed the options and approximate costs to accomplish the repair. I especially like the frequent updates via the phone concerning the arrival times of the service man. The communications is excellent and I appreciate the online billing and invoice delivery.

Had my drain line video inspected in order to receive a quote for hydro flushing and installation of outside clean out point. Technicians were polite, on time, performed and explained the inspection as expected, cleaned up, and provided quotes and information I can use to make my decision. I do recommend this company based on their services so far.

6 hours of hard labor, But over 2100.00 for a days work? for one man?? THIS IS WHY PLIMBERS HAVE A BAD RAP. I don't think this plumber makes 2000 a week, let alone for 1 day. 95% labor, 5% materials. The work was done to expectations, good service man. but way TOO EXPENSIVE

I was very happy with the professionalism of Jeff M. He explained what he was doing with my air conditioner as I had him check it for the warm weather. I would have him come back to check my furnace in the Fall. He was on time for his arrival.

Called this company to come out and look at blocked drain in a rental unit we own.

The Tech was personable and knowledgeable (Bob J). I will not bore anyone with too many details but he spent the time needed to get the job done and a very fair price. We will use this company again as well as recommend them to friends. Thank you for a job well done.

Shawn B. represented Precision Plumbing Heating & Cooling in a most exemplary manner. He arrived on time. He completed all maintenance work in a professionally and most courteously. He took time to explain what he was doing, what he observed, and he provided sound, understandable advice to resolve a potential impending problem. He also took time to demonstrate what we could do to help ourselves toward maintaining our hot water heater and furnaces. And, at all times, he treated our home with respect. I received 'Great Customer Service' from a very talented service professional, Mr. Andrew [redacted] of Precision Plumbing - Heating - Cooling. Mr. [redacted] took his time with the inspection and repair to my water heater after I reported a gas leak to Nicor Gas. He even found an additional leak that Nicor Gas failed to find.
Mr. [redacted] was very patient and thorough in explaining all the repair items that were needed and he took his time to make sure the job was done properly. I will definitely request Mr. [redacted] again for my plumbing repairs and I would recommend him to anyone needing such repairs. Mr. [redacted] takes pride in work and strives to ensure his customers are well taken care of.

Today I had Billy [redacted] from Precision Plumbing Services to my home. My sump pump was making a loud noise when it went off and actually vibrated my 1st floor, wooden floor. He found that I did need a new sump pump because it didn't work everytime it was suppose to. I had the line flushed also to clear out any debris. Bill was extremely nice and friendly and explained in layman's terms, exactly what was my problem. He was very approachable and I would have him back again if I needed any work done. Good job Bill.

Paul was very good at diagnosing and fixing our bathroom plumbing problem. Also he was fast and very patient at explaining things. Thank you precision plumbing.

Wonderful experience with Precision, same day service and repair with a Service Pro named Jeff. Quickness and efficiency are important when everyone is on the go this time of year. Grateful he was able to restore our air conditioning as the temperatures outside are on the rise. Prices seemed to be comparable for parts and labor as other companies, but customer service is certainly a step ahead with Precision. Our unit seems to be running better and looks cleaner now than it has in several years, thanks Jeff!

I received my summer check-up service and the technician that was sent to my home was Jeff. The service was performed in a very professional manner with everything that was happening explained to me in very clear terms. Jeff not only told me what he was doing but how my system was working and what if anything needed to be done. Jeff was courteous and answered all of my questions with facts that I could understand. When it was determined that we needed some work done with the outside unit Jeff took pictures and explained what I was looking at and his recommendations and why they would be a benefit to us. We agreed to have the work done in order to get the optimal performance of our unit. Jeff did a great job with a very friendly attitude! I was extremely pleased with the service and from what I can tell, the unit is working better and much more quiet than it was before!! I will ask for Jeff in the future when it involves HVAC service.

Brent B. is without a doubt the most professional, friendly, caring plumbers we have ever had. Always goes above and beyond the call. Unclogged our kitchen sink through continuous augering. Simply the best! A+

I called for an emergency gas leak on a Sunday morning in January. Marty scrambled to get someone to my house as soon as possible then Billy took really good care of us to get the heat back on as soon as possible. I can't say enough about this team. Thank you!
