I would never recommend this place. I was a customer that spent a good deal of money going month after month. I called to cancel an appointment and I spoke directly with an office admin. She told me she canceled the appointment and I could call back to reschedule. I didn't call back due to family health issues. I then called to ask them to return my $100 deposit toward a procedure. The receptionist stated since I didn't come to the one appt. they used my $100 for a no show. Very unprofessional staff, she said there were no notes on my canceling the appt. I had the date and the name of the person I spoke with but they insisted on keeping my $100. I will never return to this place again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Learn how to deal with customers because you truly suck at it. Rating should be 0 but I had to choose 1. That is being much too kind.

On [redacted] 's treatment dated 2/24/when asked for the amount of hair remaining in the areas we treated she responded " 30% remaining in underarms, % remaining on legs and 50% remaining on brazilian"I advised her that we would increase her parameters and give more complimentary treatments and we would reassess after 2nd comp treatment which she has not yet receivedShe came in for her 1st complimentary treatment on 4/8/and tolerated the treatment wellBy her report at that time "10% of her remained - very fine in texture in underarms and legs" her brazilian was still at approx 50%On 4/22/contrary to [redacted] 's statement- I reached out to her and left a message for her on her voicemail to check on her.With 90% reduction, clearly, Ms [redacted] is a candidate and the laser has worked for herWe have shown good faith in providing complimentary treatments to get better results in her brazilian areaI explained as well that with women, this area can be more hormonal and take a bit longer to treatMs [redacted] purchased a program of treatments with an additional free as well as lifetime coverage at 90% off an individual treatment price if neededFurther, she signed the treatment and financial agreement that clearly states that once treatments commence all fees are non refundable.Our goal is to provide our stated services to our clients safely and effectivelyAt 90% reduction and even 50% reduction, one cannot argue that she is untreatableWe are happy to continue treating her brazilian to get her into the very fine hairs and 10% or less remaining as she is experiencing in other areas.I reached out to her again today and left a message with no response

I have tried to contact Premier Laser Spa continuously by phone and email and no one has replied It took complaining to the Revdex.com to even get some type of response! There is no time frame on this offer, area location (and I do not mean Greenville; which is nearly hours away from Columbia where I live.) I do not accept this response It would be encouraging if someone from the Company (Premier Laser Spa) communicated with me other than generic emails! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Hello, On 10/28/I realized the Dewitt location had been closed simply because I tried calling them to confirm my appointment on 11/3/After reading the information on their website about various locations merging, I tried calling the Albany location multiple times: I left a voice message, I filled out the online form to contact them, and I continued to try to reach someone by phone over the following few daysConsidering the lack of any form of response, I can only conclude that there is no one at the Albany office either So far, my experience has been as follows: the company never informed me they were closing the Dewitt office, not in person during my last appointment in September, not by mail, not by phone the company never returned any of my messages the company claims there is a merger location in Albany, but it is not possible to reach this location Based on all of the above, I do not trust the company's response when they claim I can continue my treatment at a "merger location"I do not need another area treated, if that claim is true to begin withI also do not trust that they are working on some other arrangement I am asking for a refund Thank you

Premier laser spa has closed its door here in MilwaukeeAfter numerous attempts to try and talk to someone no one has answered the phoneI don't believe that premier Laser Spa will refund any money because they will not even answer the phone or respond to any emails that I have sentI paid in full with a check and still have the receipt that [redacted] printed off for me.I feel that this company has lacked the decency to run a real businessTherefore until I get more details on when I will be refunded my money I will not accept what preimeir laser spa has to say
