I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When I purchased the package with this business, it was understood by both parties that the treatments will be performed at their Nashville location.  The response is not a satisfactory one and the matter is far from being settled.The business has not specified any such "local providers" and even if they did, I have no assurance that the treatments would be of the same quality, and that the warranty would remain intact. The package I paid for was with that location and for specific types of treatments, quality, and warranty. I, again, request a full refund. This company is fraudulent and I do not wish to conduct any further business with them.

Review: I went to premier laser spa of Pittsburgh just for a consultation to see about getting my facial hair removed and they were vary persistent on not take the words that I would like to go home and think about it she said let's run a credit check to see if it go's threw and go from there see I am [redacted] and would like to get rid of the hair to feel more feminine. But I am going threw a divorce and I have to get a attorney because I am going to lose every thing I own. But basically they don't take the word no and keep pushing you to sign up for there service I contacted the credit card company and they told me the money was all ready sent to premier laser spa of Pittsburgh and I told them to close this account and they told me at credit card company the all ready got the money so I would have to contact premier laser spa of Pittsburgh to get them to send money back to credit card company also put a not on my credit for 60 days so I don't get bad credit from this. I contacted premier laser spa of Pittsburgh to talk to a owner or boss and they told me no one was there and would give my info to them and they would call back. That's where this stands right now.Desired Settlement: I would like the peremier laser spa of Pittsburgh to send the 1,500 back to the credit card company no charge to me. There is no info other than the info I got from the premier finance company such as Account number last four are [redacted] and authorization number [redacted]
