As I mentioned, the Greenville location is miles away from me. My lip treatments are every weeks and the other areas are every weeks, which means that I would ultimately have to drive hours every 2-weeksfor a 10-minute appointment and putting unnecessary mileage on my car! This is still very unacceptable and inconsiderate! If I felt driving to Greenville was convenient, I wouldhave bought my package from that location in the beginning. I do not appreciate the way Premier Laser Spa treats their consumers and do not wish to continue business.Again, I am requesting a refund!

I have only received one treatment and traveling an additional ninety miles one way for seven more is not an acceptable solution as I already travel forty miles one way for treatmentI again ask for a refund as the proposed solution does not adequately satisfy my situationAdding three hours of travel time for seven more treatments is in no way offset by the offer of one additional free area treatedI paid for services in Columbia, SC, and since the company cannot fulfill that, I expect to be credited $for the remaining seven treatments.

The reason I chose this business for my treatments was because of convenience and locationHad I been able to travel further, I could have selected a different business as there would have been more options. I am unable to accept the offer from the business because of the inconvenience and financial burden it would have on my life and my scheduleI work for a company that only allows a certain amount of people off each dayOn the days of my treatment, I was always able to schedule a "leave early" which would guarantee I got the time offHowever, if I was to travel to Knoxville for treatments, it would require an entire day off work which I am not always guarenteed (especially now that Im due for a treatment in less than weeks). I also signed a contract with this company for the Nashville locationI did not sign a contract to drive hours away (one way) to Knoxville in addition to spending the money for the travel and taking time off work to get thereAdditionally, the risks for accidents greatly increase when traveling such a long distance away from homeThe idea that the company believed a patient's travel to Knoxville is a small inconvenience is asinineI refuse to put myself in a position that could potentially cause an increased financial obligation on my life after spending the money (up front) as I have with these treatmentsI stand firm with a request for a refund of the money I have invested in a procedure that is halfway completed.

This is the same "cut and paste" generic response Premier Nashville Laser Spa is sending to everyone Around twenty customers of this laser center shut down scam have formed a group online, and we compare notes and ideas on how to get our money back Nashville Premier Laser Spa keeps saying it "merged", which in reality, they filed for bankruptcy which was reported by our local CBS news station Channel in Nashville The spa will not even answer their questions It is totally UNACCEPTABLE to even ask the customers to drive that far for treatments The amount of time used driving there and back, the amount of gas used, time off from work, are just a few unconsidered by the spa I am sure if I moved away, they would not travel to my location As to the offer of a "FREE" small area of treatment for inconvenience, if they read her contract, it would have clearly shown that I bought every area to be treated for my wife, *** ***, that she qualified based on her skin pigment and hair color So that compensation does not help us out

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint because I signed a contract with the SYRACUSE laser spa by premier Not the Albany location or any other laser spaThe Albany location is over hours away from both the Syracuse laser spa(located in Dewitt,ny) and from where I liveI have a leased car and cannot afford to put the miles on my carit is unreasonable to expect me to travel all the way to Albany, especially when my contract was specific to the SYRACUSE laser spaAlso I do not want to go to another spa in Syracuse because I will be missing one of my treatments next week and I was told that if I missed one treatment that it would be like I never got them doneThat isn't honoring your obligations by sending me to an entirely different area and making me waste more time and money, especially without any forewarning from staff that the location I was going to was about to close downIf I would have known how unprofessional and uncaring premier laser spa is toward customers I would have never even gone to this spa in the first place I just want my full refund back because I signed a contract with the Syracuse laser not the Albany laser spa nor any other laser spaI just the full refund that I deserve since premier laser spa broke the contractMy next step will be to contact the attorney general.

As Ms. [redacted] was unhappy with results in her bikini area, we can extend a refund in the amount of 2400-however she did state that she had 90% reduction on her other areas so we cannot refund that. Our stated refund policy is zero dollars after treatments have commenced but we would like to show good will toward Ms. [redacted] - and refund half of her package.We are willing to continue to treat her as responses to the laser can vary per individual and have tried to contact her, I feel we are trying to accommodate this client. Thank you.[redacted]Clinic Director[redacted].com(can you please respond directly to me? This is a blanket response that everyone is getting.  If anything, it needs to be tailored to each individuals situation.  I just started treatments and paid for my whole body $5100 (and additional 2 years of 4 treatments and also a lifetime guarantee locked in at the current prices for touch ups).  I don't have any small areas for them to give me complimentary.  I did not sign up to drive 6 hours roundtrip for a 30 min appointment every 6 weeks.  If I choose to go to a different laser spa, it will be my choice, not theirs.  I choose them because I thought they were the best.  What they did was knowingly heavily advertise because they were going under, brought clients in like myself and then used our money to try to get out of debt.  It didn't work so they filed bankruptcy.  That is fraud.  It is not my fault they can't run a business.  I could and would never do this and get away with it.  I read the documents and it's obvious they were failing as a business yet they still kept taking money from people.  I deserve a full refund, end of story.  I received their email on October 16, that stated this very same response.  I have complied and repeatedly called the number they provided, only to get a voicemail and have also emailed more than once to the email address provided, to no avail.  They are avoiding the situation and do they really think people want to continue doing business with them, I don't see how it's possible anyway given I skimmed the 82 page bankruptcy document yesterday...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am EXTREMELY skeptical of this offer!  I have tried to contact Premier Laser Spa continuously by phone and email and no one has replied.  It took complaining to the Revdex.com to even get some type of response!  There is no time frame on this offer, area location (and I do not mean Greenville; which is nearly 2 hours away from Columbia where I live.)  I do not accept this response.  It would be encouraging if someone from the Company (Premier Laser Spa) communicated with me other than generic emails!  My complaint won't be fully resolved until my matter has been resolved!  No one should pay for a service that they don't fully receive.

On [redacted]'s treatment dated 2/24/15 when asked for the amount of hair remaining in the areas we treated she responded " 30% remaining  in underarms, 30 % remaining on legs and 50% remaining on brazilian". I advised her that we would increase her parameters and give 2 more complimentary...

treatments and we would reassess after 2nd comp treatment which she has not yet received. She came in for her 1st complimentary treatment on 4/8/15 and tolerated the treatment well. By her report at that time "10% of her remained - very fine in texture in underarms and legs" her brazilian was still at approx 50%. On 4/22/15 contrary to [redacted]'s statement- I reached out to her and left a message for her on her voicemail to check on her.With 90% reduction, clearly, Ms. [redacted] is a candidate and the laser has worked for her. We have shown good faith in providing complimentary treatments to get better results in her brazilian area. I explained as well that with women, this area can be more hormonal and take a bit longer to treat. Ms. [redacted] purchased a program of 8 treatments with an additional 4 free as well as lifetime coverage at 90% off an individual treatment price if needed. Further, she signed the treatment and financial agreement that clearly states that once treatments commence all fees are non refundable.Our goal is to provide our stated services to our clients safely and effectively. At 90% reduction and even 50% reduction, one cannot argue that she is untreatable. We are happy to continue treating her brazilian to get her into the very fine hairs and 10% or less remaining as she is experiencing in other areas.I reached out to her again today and left a message with no response.
