There is a refund policy in place that has to be completedIt does take longer than it does to process the cardWe are processing the full refund now and she will have it within 7-days

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business is refusing to give me a refund for a service that has not been rendered. They have closed unexpectedly without any warning. I received an email four days after the business had already been closed. Their solution is that the Nashville customers are to go to the Memphis branch to finish out their treatments. Unfortunately that means that the closest open treatment center is over three hours from my residence. The initial reason that I chose Premier Laser Spa is that it was in proximity to where I live. Their resolution does not compensate for the money that I spent. I no longer wish to finish out my treatments with Premier Laser Spa. I have the receipt for my purchase if that needs to be referenced. It does not say anywhere on the documentation that we cannot receive a refund after payment. They are operating under faulty phone lines, and I have not been able to speak to anyone at the business about my problem. The phone line they are telling us to call is no longer in service. You can clearly see this from their web http:// [redacted] .com. Also, there is no way to get through to any of the other open branches. Even if I wanted accept their proposition, there is no way to get through to book an appointment. I no longer wish to do business with them any longer. I would like a full refund. Driving to Knoxville from Nashville for a laser appointment is absurd. Knoxville is a HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY...A TOTAL ROUND TRIP OF HOURS OF DRIVING! Offering us a free treatment area only means I'd have to drive to Knoxville more times, which I am not going to do. It's simply too far, it would consume an entire day and expecting the customers to drive that far - with the additional cost of gas for an appointment - is not acceptable. IF they can find a local business here that is willing to provide the remainder of the treatment (and PREMIER LASER incur the costs since I've already paid for my entire treatment package), I'd be willing to accept that solution as a closure to this complaint. However, I am currently past my scheduled treatment, hair is still growing back at a fast rate and the longer they wait, the less chance they will have of successfully treating the area. NOTE: This complaint should remain open until they have found a local business who is willing to treat me (at no cost to me) because Premier has not provided me with any local options as of today, 10/26/

I totally disagree with reason for discontinued service and when The manger contacted me she said you purchased treatment to get more free , since they provided only six treatments she said will refund 1/of the money But instead they only refunded for treatments

[Premier Laser Spa is unwilling to offer me a refund on prepaid services, even though they moved their services to another location without prior noticeThey say they are willing to offer their services at the new merged location in Albany, NY, but with the previous location being in Syracuse, NY (a little more than hours away) it does not make any logical sense for me to spend just as much money in gas getting to and from that location as I have spent prepaying for the services I have not receivedSince they are giving me no other option than drivng a round trip of hours for a service that takes about minutes to complete, and they will not offer me a refund, they should atleast reimburse me for gas]
