Premier Laser Spa did not offer a resolution; they simply said they were working towards one and would let me know. They offered no time line, refund or alternative location or business that would complete their end of the contract. This does not satisfy my request.

I had already explained to a representative at the company that it is not possible for me drive 150 miles to receive the remaining 9 treatments. He was unwilling to negotiate a refund for the remaining 9 treatments less the single treatment I received.

That response they gave was the same as the letter they sent me and I repeat driving two hours with my daughter for a procedure that I agree to have locally is not acceptable. We can not drive 2 hours every 6 weeks. That is not what they sold me so not getting a refund it completely unacceptable. Why are they able to open up locations, sell their services and then close up shop with no warning and move away and not have to offer a refund. What is stopping them from doing this over and over again gaining customers and not proforming the services because the majority of people will not travel over 2 hours away for a 5 minute service. This is absolutely crazy and I will continue to fight this in the media and else where if necessary to make sure these criminals do not get away with continuing to do this to people. Meanwhile I have had an appointment schedule for early November and if it is not met she will not be able to have the results we were promised.I can not believe Premier Laser is even thinking they can get away with this. Anyone can see what an crime it is.Totally, totally wrong and unacceptable. They are in for a long and drawn out fight on this one. They would be best to refund me they have truly not held up their side to this promise and their is no court in the land that would agree with them. My next move is to contact the news media.Also, they are not answering the phone number given where we can call for details. I am also looking into that. That is outright mail fraud also.

I would consider it unresolved because they have not given me a direct answer whether or not I will be receiving a refund or if I will be finishing my hair removal (including lifetime warranty and free 2 year warranty) at a local clinic.

The business is refusing to give me a refund for a service that has not been rendered. They have closed unexpectedly without any warning. I received an email four days after the business had already been closed. Their solution is that the Nashville customers are to go to the Memphis branch to finish out their treatments. Unfortunately that means that the closest open treatment center is over three hours from my residence. The initial reason that I chose Premier Laser Spa is that it was in proximity to where I live. Their resolution does not compensate for the money that I spent. I no longer wish to finish out my treatments with Premier Laser Spa. I have the receipt for my purchase if that needs to be referenced. It does not say anywhere on the documentation that we cannot receive a refund after payment. They are operating under faulty phone lines, and I have not been able to speak to anyone at the business about my problem. The phone line they are telling us to call is no longer in service. You can clearly see this from their web page: http://[redacted].com. Also, there is no way to get through to any of the other open branches. Even if I wanted accept their proposition, there is no way to get through to book an appointment. I no longer wish to do business with them any longer. I would like a full refund.

I do know accept what the company has replied. I still want a full refund of the money I paid not only because they will make me drive 171 miles going and 171 miles coming back home, which totals 342 miles, I can't drive that far and I can't spend money on gas going there even if it's every 6-8 weeks. When I made a contract, it was with the location in Nashville, it is not my problem that the company decided to shut down on their customers without mentioning to me anything, this is just ridiculous. And when I talked with a corporate lady a week before they shutdown, she didn't mention anything about closing the location and merging to another, which is rediculos even more, it is like she was just saying anything to calm me down until they do shut down the location.And no I don't know what the free small area, because when I bought my big areas for $2000 dollars, it still didn't work till today. I have been lasering for 2.5 years and I still have hair growth all over my areas of treatment, even through I'm suppose to be "hair free for life" this is a lie. And I have pictures and videos to prove where I stand right now. 
I stopped becoming pregnant for 2.5 years just because they told me I can't be lasering if I'm pregnant and I should wait till I'm done with the treatments, now it looks like they wanna keep lasering on my body for a longer time than the 2.5 years, on something that do not work.My body is not a toy. I went to this place in the beginning to be hair free after a certain amount of treatments, which is way passed gone and I still have hair growth and will show pictures to prove my situation.I still want a full refund of money I paid, and I will do whatever it takes to get it.

As I stated to the business in my original complaint, I do not have the ability to travel 3 hours each way to their merger location-Knoxville. That is an unacceptable offer. I am also declining because the business has yet to respond to my request to possibly complete treatments at their Baltimore location--no one has called me regarding this and it is impossible to schedule anything because no one at the business will answer the phone (prior to the sudden closings, the phone was always answered). Moreover since Premiere filed bankruptcy this week I am more then hesitant to accept any offer until I talk to a real person. Lastly, as they told me, treatments work only if clients have sessions scheduled regularly every 6-8 weeks. My next appt was to be this week which calls into question the quality or ability of sessions to be effective, and thus the money that I have spent.Thank you to the Revdex.comB for having someone actually respond to me.

I am happy to do that, but the number to the Columbus location is generic (1-[redacted]) and only leads to a voice message stating to call a 'dedicated till free number with questions and complaints' which is ###-###-####, which does not work. There is no other way I know how to contact them so if they are telling me to contact them they need to provide a working phone number!

This business is simply copying and pasting this same response to all customers affected in the same scenario. Traveling over 90 miles one way to another part of the state is not local and does offer a huge inconvenience to me. Also, since they closed their doors on Oct. 16, no one has contacted me about scheduling an appointment and my time between treatments has gone past the 8 week mark. This is unethical business practices. This company should not have a good rating with the Revdex.com as they treat their clients and employees like they are of no significance. This is fraud.

Response:After reviewing the response from from Premier Laser Spa, I contacted my phone company and I have a printout from [redacted] that there were no voice messages or calls from premier prior to April 21 thru April 23. I have since let my hair grow to see how much I have left and in which areas my bikini area is still if not more than 50 %. My underarms and legs are also well over 10% growth of hair.  I paid in full $4800.00 in guarantee of laser hair removal. I filed a complaint with this establishment on a previous occasion. If I would have known that the treatments were not for lighter hair as several of there employees has told me on several occasions I would have not bought the treatments all together, and of course I would have never invested in the 2nd purchase for legs and underarms. But it was only after I learned from the employees that the laser hair removal would not work on my hair because it was lighter. I did sign a contract for payment but It was guaranteed hair removal. I feel since I have filed my first complaint with Premier Laser Spa, and now the Revdex.com and the [redacted] office returning to Premier Laser Spa would not give the outcome as promised and guaranteed hair removal. Premiere has called me on Thursday May 14th x2 soon after this compliant was filed with Revdex.com.

Hello,
On 10/28/15 I realized the Dewitt location had been closed simply because I tried calling them to confirm my appointment on 11/3/15. After reading the information on their website about various locations merging, I tried calling the Albany location multiple times: I left a voice message, I filled out the online form to contact them, and I continued to try to reach someone by phone over the following few days. Considering the lack of any form of response, I can only conclude that there is no one at the Albany office either.
So far, my experience has been as follows:
1. the company never informed me they were closing the Dewitt office, not in person during my last appointment in September, not by mail, not by phone
2. the company never returned any of my messages
3. the company claims there is a merger location in Albany, but it is not possible to reach this location
Based on all of the above, I do not trust the company's response when they claim I can continue my treatment at a "merger location". I do not need another area treated, if that claim is true to begin with. I also do not trust that they are working on some other arrangement.
I am asking for a refund.

I have attempted to call the phone number that the business has provided every day, sometimes multiple times a day and not been able to reach a customer service representative.  I even left a message with my complaint and phone number, and no one has reached out to me to notify me of any "local providers" or offer a refund.  I also sent an e-mail and have received no response.It is unacceptable to expect that I will drive 4 hours round trip to try to obtain services.  The loss of work time, cost of gas, arrangement and cost of childcare are all too much to reasonably ask of a me because this company closed it's doors on me.  I used to drive 15 minutes to Nashville Laser Spa.  Furthermore, I find it dishonest and unethical for this company to close it's doors and not offer a refund.  Nashville Laser Spa is the company I contracted services with, received services from and prepaid for services.  Nashville Laser Spa closed it's doors, therefore no longer exists, and has the responsibility to give me the money back for services it failed to provide.  Premier Laser Spa in Knoxville, Tennessee is 2 hours away from me, 4 hours round trip, on a good traffic day.  It is not within the same area code or time zone, let alone a reasonable travel distance to me or the former location of Nashville Laser Spa.

Premier laser spa has closed its door here in Milwaukee. After...

numerous attempts to try and talk to someone no one has answered the phone. I don't believe that premier Laser Spa will refund any money because they will not even answer the phone or respond to any emails that I have sent. I paid in full with a check and still have the receipt that [redacted] printed off for me.I feel that this company has lacked the decency to run a real business. Therefore until I get more details on when I will be refunded my money I will not accept what preimeir laser spa has to say.

There is a refund policy in place that has to be completed. It does take longer than it does to process the card. We are processing the full refund now and she will have it within 7-10 days.
