I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Honoring my current purchase at a location that is 111 miles away is not an acceptable resolution considering the amount of money myself and other customers will have to spend in time and resources. Traveling 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment is unproductive and shows very poor customer service. Offering an additional "small" area as a form of compensation is also unproductive and not a option for resolution; beginning another treatment area means I would have to travel 111 miles an additional 8 times for this service. When I purchased laser hair removal, I was receiving treatment close to my home in Cincinnati. Without any notice, the Cincinnati location was closed. Premier still has my entire payment and has not offered a solution in the city where I began my treatment. I am requesting a refund, as the treatment I signed up for in Cincinnati can no longer be offered in a feasible manner. Regards,[redacted]

The consumer called to state her complaint is resolved as she spoke with Laura at the business and obtained a partial refund.

Traveling to Greenville, SC is not option. It is a 2 hour drive one way so that is a total of 4 hours of just driving. That is also money for gas that I need to put else where in my budget. I have a full time job and a family so my time is valuable. I have come in for appointments before at the Columbia, SC location and been told that they wouldn't be able to do all of my treatments that were sheduled that day because they were short staffed and there were other clients with appointments behind me. So I took leave from work to be told there were more important clients behind me and I wouldn't get my full treatment like I was sheduled for. I don't see how some  one could be asked to drive 4 hours and 226 miles and have that happen again. I am requesting a refund of the unused amount totalling  $2,000. I feel I have only received a total of $800 worth of treatments to date thus leaving the remaining balance of $2,000. This would be a fair conclusion I feel to both parties.

This response was the same exact canned back email I received when I reached out to this company in regards to this matter. I would hope that this establishment intends to honor their obligations as I have already paid for them. I absolutely refuse to travel to Albany, a 4 hour round trip, regardless of the frequency of treatments. Not only is this highly unacceptable, it's laughable that this would be the expectation for Syracuse clients. This company's obligation was to provide me service in the agreed upon location, not their merger location. To be clear, they are able to offer me a refund, however they are unwilling to offer me a refund due to their greed. I still find this business practice highly unethical and fully intend to pursue this matter further. Please provide you’re anticipated time line for the completion of these interviews with local providers.

They still expect me to make a 4-hour trip for laser treatments which is very, very unreasonable. Premier Laser Spa has also failed to address my complaint about the knowledge, professionalism, and most importantly the qualifications of their employees to administer the laser hair removal treatments. Their service did not come close to meeting my expectations and they have not met their guarantee of hair removal within their specified time period/number of treatments. I deserve my money back. I was not given what I was promised.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The resolution to drive to Albany (a 6 to 6.5 hour round trip) is unacceptable for anyone with a reasonable job.  Unless my treatments can be done locally within an hour drive, this "resolution" is unacceptable.  (The Albany location filed for bankruptcy and will be closing soon as well) I sincerely request a refund for the services I have yet to receive. A call to the Atorney General consumer fraud will be placed today at the recommendation of my personal attorney. Local news has also been contacted by myself and others. This WILL get exposure.
