I am rejecting this response because: I find it very hard to believe that the powder settles by 50% in the container. If this is the case, then why not make the container out of clear plastic so consumers can see what they are paying $for? My guess the answer is, nobody would pay $for half of a product. I work in a VA hospital and counsel many veterans on healthy options. I'm also a veteran. If the answer is the powder settles by 50%, then I will let all my fellow veterans, nutrition colleagues, friends, and others know that this product is to be avoided. I'll also post on Facebook and Yelp how horrible this product is This product is the worst form of advertising I've seen in decades.

I am rejecting this response because:  I am not looking for a replacement or refund.  I am simply looking to use gift cards that were purchased and that still have balances that you are simply not letting me use.  You state that you recommend not purchasing through a third party, but I freely chose to, which is a risk for me.  But I knowingly took the risk.  And now the entity that has my money (there are still balances on the cards, per your gift card balance phone line) is Whole Foods.

I am rejecting this response because:I have 2 credit slips not a "gift card" This "toll free # is no good. This is not for "credit slips".  I have gotten no where with them prior to this. This is more nonsense from Whole foods. As a 30 yr customer....this is not good behavior on theyre part. I have called & called. The customer service is poor. This is the talk of many a store manager. & customer. I want a live body to talk to with a name.
