Hello [redacted], I’ve checked with our gift card support team, and the person who has been helping you will be reaching out to you directly again. We mailed you a $150 gift card to replace the paper credit slips. The card was mailed weeks ago and so it definitely should have arrived by now. The balance on the card shows it still has the full amount on it, so ff you have not received the card, please let us know and we can cancel the one that’s out in the mail and ship out another replacement. I am rejecting this response because:  First of all this response did not address the serious misconduct,  Instead they blamed me  Second this response demonstrates a very petty retaliation. No one told me until this email response not to shop there again.  The punishment, how will I survive?  This is revolting and The Revdex.com must make this a complaint against Whole Foods for a disgusting level of and lack of customer service IO was never told to not shop a tthe store again

We don't have any record of this incident with the officer and the complainant but Whole Foods complies with all local, state, and federal ADA requirements and does not discriminate in any way against person's with disabilities.  Whole Foods does not control the actions of the officer who Mr....

Aside from this alleged incident the complainant has had many run-ins with people at the store and we are familiar with him.  He has been aggressive and abusive towards our employees and others in the store, yelling, being demanding, and generally being rude and disrespectful to them.  [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. To respond to the questions asked, I was at the Princeton, NJ's store (off of Route 1), and I spoke with the employee who was working at that particular station that day (the gelatto/coffee station). She had disregarded my concern about the gelatto that it was too runny and soft and threatened to call the cops if I don't pay for it. I would've contacted the manager on duty that day, but the customer services desk was busy that I got tired of waiting for the next available stores associates to ask for one.
