the deposit was not refunded as of yet I rented the car on Jan - and it was supposed to be returned in business days On January 26th I rented a car from your [redacted] location and I must say I was not a very good experience First of all I arrived at 8:am in time for a meeting in Hallandale Beach at am I waited for over minutes for the shuttle and had to call several times with them telling me it was on the way The second time they said the shuttle had a flat tire When the shuttle arrived, I said something about the flat tire and the driver had no idea what I was talking about I got to the location rented the car the associate said it was full, and I checked it over for damage and there were a few scratches that were noted and I went on to make my appointment When I looked down after getting close to I noticed the fuel level was only at a quarter of a tank I called to location and the person said that I needed to return I exp

Reserved a rented car but when I got there I couldn't take it because they said I needed a plane ticketand they do not allow refunds I had rented a car for days and when I arrived to get the car they said that they had a policy that said I need a plane ticket to rent and they did not do refundsThey said they have it in the website but when I went to carrental.com the link to the terms and conditions doesn't upload so I was never able to see it, I even showed that to priceless company and they didn't careNo where in the email confirmation it said anything about the plane tickets and they never refunded the money and they didn't let me take the car eitherThey never refunded the money
