Rental car company added insurance fee without my consent I specifically asked three times that they not include the collision damage waiver fee, and the representative said that was fine, and printed out the forms for me to sign, so I signed and later was billed for the insurance, because apparently I signed for it even though I had asked not to include it

I used this company called Priceless Car Rental (aka Executive Car Rental) based outside Fort Lauderdale airport at SE 6th Ave, Ft Lauderdale, to rent a vehicle for one day (May 6-2018) (initially my booking was for for days but they did not honor the booking details as provided by the booking agent "economy bookings.com", so I rented for one day only, until I found an alternative car hire company)

This company insists that you use their Sun Pass transponder even though you have your own This requirement was not indicated in advance

First of all the the guy on the desk was rudeHe was talking to me like I was his salveno respect at all and so arrogantWould not help me to understand why I was getting charged twice for taxFor two days car rental my rate was about dollar a day and amount of tax I paid was 36$Seriously! Priceless is not running business they are running scam

charging extra day, lying about scratches, charging add ons that we did not ask for
this business charged us a while day for min and other customer for min accused us of scratching the car until we showed a video of them a acknowledging the scratch before we picked the carthey also charged us an extra day with $we also bought a full tank of gas from them and they gave us the 3/of it as we were there we were far from being the only ones that were scammed

After making a reservation, we showed up for our carIt took us over an hour to get to the place, since it's a small satellite far from the airportIt took minutes for the shuttle to arriveI called and spoke to a representative to let them know we were on our way, she said fineWhen we arrived, we were told that they expected us at and it was now pm, they gave away our reservation, and our rate, and were now charging us $MORE PER DAY for our carWe tried to explain that we were delayed because of their shuttle, but they ignored usDO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

On July 13, 2018, I rented a vehicle from Executive Car Rental located in Miami, Florida My experience with them was going fine until I notice that my $deposit was not returned back onto my card Contractually, your deposit is suppose to return back onto your card 2-business days after drop off I dropped the car off on July 15, 2018, 5:30am It is now July the 24, 2018, and I still don't have my deposit back
