Priceless Car Rental

They required me to pay CDW $149.95, even when I made clear that I have insurance through my AmEx
And, it took weeks to receive my $deposit
I rented a car from Priceless Car Rental/Executive Rental Car at *** ** *** *** *** *** ** XXXXX from 4/26/XXXX-X/30/They insisted that I pay the CDW $149.95, even though I explained that I have premium (primary) car rental protection through American ExpressI spoke to a rental agent as well as his manager
And, I'd like to note that I took weeks to get my $deposit returned; I had to resort to filing a complaint through American Express

Priceless has added additional charges on my final invoice that were not included in my contract
I have called Priceless to discuss the additional charges on my invoice: License regulatory fee, Rental customer facility fee and airport concession feePlease keep in mind I am not disputing the remaining fees
