I am rejecting this response because:  It says nothing about "changing your room and or hotel for a more expensive one", which I was more than willing to do in working with them.  As I stated in my previous complaint against them, they were refused to work with me.   Nowhere in that document does it say you cannot  upgrade at a fair and more expensive price.   I am an AARP member from a small town in Northern [redacted].  I am afraid to drive in the Twin Cities and I surely do not want to go to a hotel and have to drive to the State Fair and have to find parking and drive back to the motel.  When I discovered that hotel, as I stated previously, it was on a web site listing hotels for the State Fair and I don't know if it was a priceline site or not.   Thank you for your assistance in this matter.  I am sure you have heard many a complaint against priceline by now!

I am rejecting this response because after I disputed the charge on my credit card, the bank sided with Priceline.com LLC. Therefore, I was re-billed for the amount of the ticket. However, since the dispute was resolved and death with, missed. Priceline.com LLC has no right to cancel my ticket, or they should be able to re-instate it once the dispute was concluded. I could not use my ticket and so I hadPriceline.com LLC still went ahead and cancelled my ticket and refused to re-instate the ticket even after the Dispute was dis to buy a brand new ticket. Priceline.com LLC also said that they would review my case in the chargeback process but they never contacted me again regarding that issue. Furthermore, Priceline.com Llc has not responded to me about my request for receiving full or partial credit for the ticket amount.

I understand that you are requesting a refund of your
hotel reservation and a refund of the price difference for your rental car
reservation.
As a one-time exception, your refund of the hotel
reservation has been processed. A refund for $71.18 was issued today, February
12, 2016. We will issue a refund to your bank within one business day. Your
bank will then post it to your account. The bank processing time varies so
please check with them if you do not see it in your account within a few days.
In addition, a refund request for the price difference on
your rental car reservation, $97.20, was submitted to our management team for

I am rejecting this response because:
This is a Priceline.com reservation and I did not book directly with the hotel. NOT Getting the amenities that I requested is not a hotel issue but rather an issue that needs to be resolved from the source. Telling me to contact the hotel will not resolve the issue as they would refer back to the company that I made arrangements with, Priceline.com. 
If I was given a hotel that was In the star range I requested it would include the amenities that I wanted and this would be a non-issue. 
On the website when making a name your own price reservation it allows you to select the location in step one. Step two asks you to pick a star level. If it were to include that star level and above the website should reflect that it would include the two and half star, three, etc. it does not anywhere say that it will upgrade you automatically until after you have paid the bid. I will not be satisfied until I receive what I selected when placing my bid. S[redacted] UT 9/5-9/7, in Springdale. 2 1/2 star hotel. That's what I bid for and that is what I want.

I am rejecting this response because: I was originally scheduled to depart on Thursday (not Friday) so that would be a two day notice. I'm sure Priceline is well aware how much a ticket costs at that short of a notice, which made it impossible to change the flight. I think this situation could have been avoided altogether had they informed me of the change when the airline made it in April.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel the matter has been taken care of.  I was never advised that we could add a driver for a fee.  Would this allow this driver to pick up the vehicle?  My issue is the the original person that had booked the vehicle can no longer make the trip and phisically  show up to pick up the vehicle.  In tern, I will be sending another associate out of town to replace her and just need her added to the car as the main driver and be able to physically show her id and pick up the vehicle.  We have already paid for the rental of this vehicle and believe we should still be able to use this vehicle.  If we are unable to do this then we should be able to cancel the registration, receive our money back in full seeing how we gave over 30 days notice of the change. 
 
I have never seen a business unable to make such a small change or request.  We use Priceline.com alot for our travels and would hate for such a small issue keep such a large company from utilizing your services for all future bookings.
 
I really hope we can work this out.

Priceline.com takes advantage of customers, When I booked hotel, they gave me very short time to finish the booking, so I did not have time to read the cancelation policy. Also in the cancelation policy, no sentence saying: If you check out earlier than the scheduled time, you can not get refund for the rest days. If I live over the booking days, I need pay more money. Why I check out early, a big company does not refund for the rest of days?
Please help me to correct the policy of Priceline for all customers in future.
