We are writing to let you know that we have received your
Revdex.com concerns in our Executive Offices. We understand that
you are not satisfied with the location of your accomodations.
Unfortunately, we will not be able cancel your
reservation. You received a hotel within the Area that you selected when you
submitted your request. You also agreed that if your request was accepted for
your offer price, it would not be changed or cancelled. I wish we had other
options to offer, but if you do not use your reservation, you will not receive
a refund.

My company had bought a bundle package for a trip through priceline. We had to use the company credit card to secure the reservations but the traveling employee brought their ID and credit card because we had to rent them a car. The car rental place would send a credit card auth for my employee to pick-up the car, so another car rental place stepped in and allowed my employee to get a rental through them. Priceline would not refund the cost of the car rental which was peanuts considering I bought a hotel room and round trip plane tickets in the package. Priceline is not business friendly and I would not suggest other business utilize them. [redacted] has been wonderful in setting up the travel arrangement for our employees.

sorry if you are unhappy with the minor delay it took with the hotel finding
your reservation; however, we are unable to offer a refund back to your credit
card as requested.

Priceline contacted the hotel and requested a refund on the consumer’s behalf; however, the hotel advised they are unable to make an exception to the policy.

I am rejecting this response because:
.I gave you all the information you requested. Phones numbers of surgeon, doctors and hospital. I understand your polices. However, a $90 refund of a $505 fare is an insult to a regular customer who has a Priceline credit card, in good standing. This is  totally wrong. Previously, I have never cancelled a flight. I have never purchased flight insurance. With my past flight history; I have never needed those services. I asked if those monies could be utilized for a future flight. No cooperation from you. I had serious surgery on my spine. I cancelled as soon as I received a surgery date. This is extremely poor handling of a customer who had a good intentions. If this measly offering is the best you you can do, I will tear up my credit card, contact the local media, and never do business with you again. This is a lose-lose situation for your company. I lose money and the tickets are sold elsewhere. Very shabby business practices from a large company. It is unbelievable that you would treat a customer like this.

I am rejecting this response because: Priceline has deceptively re-phrased my
complaint as being, “dissatisfied with seating arrangements.” My
complaint is that Priceline made NO seating arrangements. After
booking and paying Priceline for tickets, Priceline then provides
screens for selecting seats, which I carefully used. Unbeknownst to
me, no seats were assigned. If Priceline is unable to make the
requested seating arrangements, they should subsequently and promptly
notify customers of same so that we can contact the airline directly
and make the arrangements. This Priceline did not do.
Unless Priceline pays for adjacent
seats now, this family with 3 small children will be scattered on
their flights—an unacceptable situation.

Thank you for your response. 
I had received the identical response, from the same human being, from the Priceline.com office in the [redacted] last month when I complained about the disgusting service and horrible, down-sized, filthy car selection at [redacted] Rental Car at [redacted] International Airport. Neither service nor integrity exist at this location. I have waited on "hold" at [redacted] for hours to speak to any live human being about the serious neglect at this Location, to no avail. 
I do not accept the Priceline.com response as credible. I believe that Priceline has no idea what is going on in their "Partners" [redacted] Airport location, or perhaps they do...which would be even more disgusting. It apoears that Priceline is preying on the unsuspecting consumer for rentals and upgrades to their flight(s).
