Revdex.com:I was explained by priceline that they will take care of the extra charge as that is their website problem. So I am asking Priceline to refund my $206 that was promised by them (they asked me to fax the receipt so that they can pay me back).  If they had not promised me I would have made my own decision to keep the rental car or not. When we book car rental we fill our address then why does not the website tell us clearly write their.

passenger as what is showing on her driver's license because of what you saw
displayed during the booking process.
We apologize that we are unable to provide the
compensation you are requesting. During the booking process, we have provided
links with information on what name to be entered with an advice that,
"All International travelers will need a valid passport and you may also
need to show additional documentation at your destination and/or in connecting
countries." Therefore, it is necessary that the passenger's name on the
ticket has to reflect the name on the passport since the reservation you booked
is for an international flight.

I have already submitted a complaint, this is a follow on to it. I spoke to the customer service and they offered me to cancel the reservation but I had  to pay a fee of $251.53. I didnt want to do this because I didnt want to give them the satisfaction of thinking they made this better, but I...

felt pressured into it because I cant financially afford not to do this option. However, now they said they will give me back another $125.76 if I book with them again on their website. As such I feel extremely pressured to book with them again so I can get $125.76 off of the cancelling fee that they charged me. However this is predatory practices, pressuring me to purchase with them again by taking loweing the cancellation charge that I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. When you reach out to them I dont want my rebooking to be misconstrued as though they have helped me and I was placated. Rather, it was the opposite, they put me in a position where I have to book with them again,because If I dont I will lose even more money. I feel taken advantage of and used, and I have seen countless other people online who have suffered from the same glitch as I have (see the following link [redacted]). The consumer’s Desired Settlement: I want a 100% refund or I will no longer use them as a service since they were clearly aware of the problem for over a month but advertised a pool. The Hotel did have non-smoking rooms available and neither Priceline nor the hotel would change reservations.  I have used Priceline for several years and have never had a problem like this.  We did not check in so we did not recieve the services paid for, so no contract was fulfilled.  All I am asking is for a refund, it is not that hard to do.  In your response to me you told me nothing,rather you just copied and pasted your "policy" which that is all it is a policy.

Below is a summary of our communication with this customer.

from millenniumhotels.com is $387.10. I informed that customer that even with the 10% discount, the amount would come down to $348.39 which is still higher compared to what he booked on our website which is $343.27. I also informed him that we checked the itinerary of his colleague ([redacted]) which has a cheaper rate, we see that it was booked through our Express Deal option with a different number of nights. I advised that the cheaper itinerary must have the same exact details as his original booking. The customer advised that he sent an email with a screenshot showing a cheaper rate. I checked his email and see a rate of $296.10, but could not verify if it is for the same itinerary, since the dates, room type and applicable taxes does not show. I apologized to [redacted] if we could not refund the difference.
