Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I was on the phone and in contacted the company representative in less than minutes after the submission When I first spoke with the lady she had to look for my submission, as it had just occurred This would be indicative of an error Because of the short turn around and the opportunity to indicate that an error occurred I believe that I am due a refund, particularly given that this is a purchase in an amount over $ I also believe that the two dollars and thirty-five cent ($2.35) is not an adequate refund for at $purchase that was promptly identify and reported Sincerely, [redacted]
