Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response claims that I was offered a room on the first floor with a King bed and Sofabed This is inaccurate as I was offered a room with only one King bed on the first floor when I paid for two Queen beds I was traveling with another adult and my complaint was that we do not sleep together in the same bed It is unethical to expect two adult females traveling together to sleep in the same bed when this was not our intention I clearly explained this to the hotel and I also clearly explained this to Priceline when I called them to report this on 11/1/ Neither the hotel nor Priceline ever offered a room with two beds since the elevator was out of order If the phone calls are recorded, I highly recommend that you pull the recorded phone call from me to Priceline when I called to report this issue because that was the reason I stated the hotel was unable to accommodate what I paid for I paid for a room with Queen beds through Priceline and they were unable to accommodate my purchase I expect a refund for the unused nights Sincerely, [redacted]

Booked a trip for my birthday, airfare and hotel Three days before the trip I had to cancel I spent $2,000+ on this trip Got half my money back Had to pay $each for the canceled airline tickets, as for the hotel no refund at all I called the hotel and they said that if I wanted to cancel, call Priceline because Priceline books a certain amount of rooms If you call a hotel, hours in advance you can cancel a reservation If you cancel a hotel room with Priceline, a year, month, days in advance you will not get a refund at all Why keep people money if you're not providing a service Only to say that, that's Priceline policy So Priceline is in the business of keeping people money regardless I wrote their corporation, they supposedly tried to call me I doubt it They emailed me to tell me that of course I wouldn't be getting that refund Priceline may have my thousands that I worked hard to save but they will NEVER EVER RECEIVE ANY MORE MONEY from me So please enjoy that money I learned a valuable lesson that I will never forget Do not use any of these third party businesses for anything because when plans fall through they don't know what to do Credit cards are already charged and they'd rather keep the money whether you actually take the trip or the service was below par

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when we spoke with the Priceline representative, we were told that the Priceline would issue a refund for the first night if the hotel agreed to issue a refund We spoke with [redacted] , and they said under the circumstances of the flight cancelation due to weather, they would issue a refund no problem [redacted] would not have been a no-show if it weren't for the action the airline with the weather situation There should be an exception made in situations like that, the hotel representative was fully agreeable, in addition to holding the reservation Also, secondarily, the entire hotel that weekend was scarcely occupied, and that they lost revenue by not canceling the reservation for [redacted] despite the increased requests is completely on the part of Priceline Executive Office, making generalities without confirming the truth The Priceline contract only states a policy regarding the no-show for the first night of reservation, doesn't address the specific concern we are raising We still feel that we are fully entitled to a refund of the first night Sincerely, [redacted]
