Why couldn't you give a fairer share of the monies? Where does the $415.00, that I lost, go? If the airline fills the seat, who gets that money, that I lost? I gave you days noticeYou could do no better than a $refund? Is that the proper way to treat a frequent, credit card holder? To summarize, quoting your terms, is not the proper way to answer a customer complaintSince you did give an extremely small refund, how was that determined? They are falsely advertising Name Your Own PriceI submitted an offer for a 1/star hotel, they book a star hotel at a higher rate than what the actual company's website had it listed forWhen I called because this is not what I had chosen they were not willing to switch or refund my moneyThey said it's non-refundable and would not do anything else besides match the price of the original companyIf I would have wanted to pay full price then I would have just went through the actual company and would have skipped the 3rd party part!
