I've only received an order confirmation#. Have not received any other info since my order. No tracking/shipping number. No one picking on phone calls
Purchased voucher through ***. Ordered item on 11/30/17, order# ***. Heard nothing since then. Called them 5 times, no one is answering their phones. Can't even get through their live chat online, although it states someone is online to chat with, but seems to be a fake person only.

Desired Outcome

Either finish the job and ship it to my place, or get a full refund.

Received my order 2 days after Christmas day.

I purchased a 2 vouchers for calendars on December 4th. Every picture I uploaded was deemed "low quality" After many failed attempts to create the calendars, I requested a refund on December 6th, 12th, and 19th. I also made a phone call where I was assured I would receive a refund and still nothing. I am highly disappointed with the customer service of this company. I don't see how you have the right to hold my money especially when I need these funds to purchase additional gifts since your site was not functioning for me.

Horrible experience! Ordered two blankets express. Have only received one and the business does not respond to emails and does not answer the phone

I bought these vouchers on *** it was for a blanket that I bought my mother since she is sick and dont know what is going to happen to her so I bought this to put my sons pictures on it for her well not only did I spend all day trying to get the website to work but when I called in I was on hold for 45 mins!!! finally when I was able to get into the website they were trying to charge me $30 for standard shipping so I called again this time I was on hold for almost 2 hOURS!!!!! This is a joke then when I finally got thru to someone I asked for a refund and they hung up on me...iam so disappointed and dont understand why this company is even in business. I have contacted the Revdex.com with hopes of a quick result.

Trying to get my broken item replaced has been terrible!!
I wish I would have read these reviews before using this company. I will definitely not be using them again. I bought 3 slates from*** for this company. Things went smoothly until ibrecieved a broken slate in the mail. I still had 2 weeks before christmas butbteying to get them to fix it has been terrible....it took me 30 minutes everytime I called (3 times) to get a person on the phone. I am now not going to have a gift for my mother because they cant gaurantee it before then even though my original order was well within the time frame. I tried emailing as well and no response for 5 days...I am so upset with this service.

I bought a *** for printerpix. I then went on the sight to place my order. I placed the order on 12/08/17 and has not received the merchandise.

I have never witnessed a company more terrible at customer service than printerpix. Here's my experience:

I ordered a metal picture that arrived to my home on 12/4/17. The picture was bent. I followed the appropriate channels and shipped the picture back to printerpix. The packaged arrived to printerpix on 12/11/2017 and was signed for by SSMITH at 9:27am. I never received a status update. So, I called their phone number - the phone number didn't work. So, I tried to use the online chat feature. I tried with two separate reps and it took 45 minutes just for the person to verify who I was. She said she was working with other customers while she was supposed to be engaged in a chat with me. After she verified who I was she asked me to send an email to the standard printerpix email address with the problem I was experiencing and then she ended the chat. Nothing got resolved. Next I sent messages to their *** page and *** accounts and still got no response. My order number is ***. I did everything well ahead of time to have these items for christmas but printerpix has done everything they can to keep me from getting my picture. I have signed proof that they received my returned package nearly ten days ago and now I'm getting the runaround for the replacement of their faulty product. Something needs to be done to remedy this situation. They have my money and my picture.

My experience with Printerpix was terrible. I ordered metal photo prints through *** on November 10th for Xmas gift. The website interface was terrible and it took me a long time to upload pics. They charged me $20 shipping fee on top of $50 ***. I received wrong customers order on December 1st. No paper work in package just someone elses family photos. The product quality was very poor. I spent about an hour attempting to communicate on company web chat page. Tis was also a frustratingly terrible experience basically they told ne to send an email with picture of problem?. I complied with instructions and still have not received a reply. *** at first would not refund order but finnaly relented and refunded my money. I will have to eat the shipping charge. I just wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my time with this company.

I placed an order on December 6, 2017. I was told it would arrive before Christmas since I ordered before the 12th. It is now the 20th and it still says production is at 50% (it has been that way for over a week and a half). I've called many times and nobody ever answers. I have waited for a rep up to 30 minutes but finally gave up. I also did the live chat and had to wait in the queue. One of the times, I was #95. That was when the chat agent said I would receive it before Christmas since the order was placed before the 12 and that the order was in the last stages of production. This was 3 days ago, but still says 50%. I've tried chatting again bt when it's finally my turn, nobody replies. $14.00 for shipping is not that cheap.Maybe they treat ***/*** customers with less priority than most but then again they never answer their phone. Worst company ever. I hope they get shut down! Worst customer service. I wish I could give negative stars. I used them in the past and they were bad but not this bad.

I ordered 50x60 photo blankets and received 30x40 poorly finished ones. They assured me this would be taken care of weeks ago.
I ordered 50x60 photo blankets on 11/15. On 11/26 I received them but they were 30x40 and they looked like a 3 year old cut the borders, honest to God. I emailed their customer service that day and explained and told them I needed them by 12/16 for Christmas get togethers. I got assigned to Sam and case #s *** and now***. On 11/27 they said they would get it taken care of immediately, and on 11/28 I was told a reprint should be shipped within 5-7 business days. I had to reach out to them on 12/2 and 12/5 when I finally got a response of "the reprint is in process." On 12/10 I decided to try my luck with their online chat. After being told to wait a moment while they look up my details, I had to ask "hello?" And got another please wait. I told them I had already waited 25 minutes so any update would have been nice. An entire hour on the chat and I was told "the reprint is still in process." I explained to her that I was assured I would have my products in time and she said all she could do was "escalate it to the production team." On 12/14 I called them and was on hold for 20 minutes before it hung up on me.

I finally went back to email and sent another one on 12/16 telling them that I want a refund of my $30 shipping at least because now I will have to turn around and mail them to the people myself. I also told them if they couldnt get this resolved ASAP then I wanted a refund of my *** amount of $30. I missed their14 day refund window because at that time I thought printerpix would actually do the right thing. I emailed them again today 12/19 and asked them if they were seriously going to ignore me now.

To top it all off, their website said if you ordered something by 12/15 you would get it by Christmas. 10 days, but they can't fix their screw up in almost a month!

Desired Outcome

I want my $30 in shipping refunded and I do want a corrected product or my $30 voucher refunded if they can't get this corrected ASAP.

I did receive a new order that was the correct size, however, the quality is awful. The borders look like a preschooler cut them and it is obvious they do not have a QC department there. One blanket has the side borders okay but the top and bottom borders messed up. The other blanket has the side borders messed up. The left border is the worst: the top is 1" from the picture, middle is 1" INTO the picture, bottom is 2" from the picture. The previous order that was the incorrect size was just as bad.

I had requested a full refund of the product cost as well ($30 voucher plus $30 shipping) via email on 12/24 which they completely ignored the entire email and made me start over in the inquiry process. I also emailed them last Monday 1/8/18 and asked for a full refund and have yet to get a reply. This has now been two full months.

This company is a scam. Their website is misleading on purpose so that customers can't verify their orders, then the company takes no responsibility.
I placed an order for two photo collage blankets on December 10th, 2017. Upon checkout, I was not able to verify the appearance of my two items, as they do not provide any type of preview, so I erased them both, and started over. After their website kicked me off of my account in the middle of working on my blankets (multiple times), I was able to finish designing them, and added them both to my cart, knowing that they had been designed perfectly. At checkout, I paid for expedited shipping, as these blankets are gifts. Their website also kicked me off in the middle of checkout - not user friendly at all. I checked the return policy, which stated that items could be returned if they were faulty, and awaited my blankets.

Not only was my shipping NOT expedited (paid for 5-7 day, got them in 9 days), but my items arrived incorrect. One of the blankets is as ordered, and the other is plain white with none of the photos that I had worked so hard to place. I immediately called customer service and spoke with Vanessa, who was absolutely atrocious. She was incredibly rude, and even though I had to explain her own return policy to her, she said there was nothing she could do, because on her end, it shows that I ordered a plain, white blanket. I asked Vanessa to transfer me to a supervisor, and she refused, because apparently the supervisor was "away." She also refused to let me speak with ANYONE ELSE to help resolve this. She said that I ordered a custom blanket, and a white blanket - but I paid for two custom blankets, so... She just kept telling me the same thing - that I messed up, and I would need to purchase another blanket, and that I would not be refunded.

I also am not able to pull up my order detail on the website... how convenient. The summary of my order shows two of the same item, however, not two different items. To top it all off, I emailed Printerpix as soon as I placed my order to ensure that they BOTH would be customized with photos, since there was no way to tell in the order summary, and they responded with a vague, "oh, your order has been received, blah blah," and never directly answered my question. I am attaching that correspondence as well as my order summary from the website.

Obviously this company is a scam. That is painfully obvious judging from all of these complaints and negative reviews. I wish I had researched a little more before I trusted Printerpix with my money. I am so incredibly disappointed with the ordering process and especially the customer service.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded the $26 for my blanket, plus $17.49, which is half of the "expedited" shipping that I added to my order - for a total of 43.49.

I accept this because I am getting refunded for half the shipping and *** is going to refund my money. Very disappointed that's it's taekn this long and very upset that *** had to pay for your mistake. But glad this is getting resolved.

I purchased an item from printer pix through a groupon and based on their advertisement, had the understanding that it'd be received by Christmas.
On December 15, 2017, I purchased two magic mugs from printerpix via groupon. I then proceeded to their website via a link groupon provided.
The very top of the link stated "DELIVERY IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS, ORDER BY DECEMBER 15TH" (although the date now says the 12th, I'm clear on what it originally said because I must've read it about 20 times) I ordered the items and was sent an email which is time stamped December 15th at 11:36pm. However, when I went to check status of delivery on their website, it states an order date of December 16th. So I called the company and after holding for approximately 30 minutes, a rep came on and stated that in order to get my item before Christmas, I had to go down to the end of the page and choose a special delivery option. This is not true. In the first place, that's not the way the link read. No where near that promotion at the top of the link did it indicate that I needed to follow up and choose special delivery options. Secondly, I did look at delivery options for the heck of it and what I saw was next day and two day options and I thought "I'm already paying $12.95 for delivery and since I don't need it in one day or two days, the option of delivery before Christmas would be satisfactory". I also told the rep that I forwarded the confirmation email that the company sent me with the time stamp and she stated that she has the 16th and she can't see the email I sent to them, that she can only see what I see on the website. I then asked how do I find out when it will be ready for delivery, she said I could check back in 4 or 5 days and it might be updated. I told her that was not a good answer and I asked to speak to someone else, a supervisor or manager maybe. She placed me on hold and when she came back, she said there is no one available at this time. She did ask me if I minded holding until someone became available or ask me for my contact information. So, I said, "I can't speak to a supervisor or manager?", she said, "no, ma'am". This conversation took place on December 19, 2017 in the evening and my initial attempt to contact this company was on December 18, 2017 via email. To date, I haven't received a response to my email and my status read exactly the same as it did the night I ordered it.

I would like my product before Christmas as their website indicated.

Placed order with company on 11-27-17, after multiple emails to them, phone calls and an attempt at a live chat, I'm getting no resolution. Im out $30
I ordered a deal for 2 8x10s on 11-20-17. It had a delivery date of 7-14 days. My order #***. I have sent several emails with only generic responses, no answer when calling 888-322-6733 - on hold waiting for at least 20 minutes then it hangs up. I have also gotten that all circuits were busy and that it was a non working number. I tried a "Live Chat" that no one reponded to. I paid for the pics and for shipping and am out $30, but it's more that these were Xmas presents. I am being ignored by this company that is if it even is a real company!

I would like the 2 8z10 pics that I orded for Xmas presents. If that won't happen, then a full refund of the $30.

Wrong product sent. Attempting to get the right product sent.
This is regarding orders # *** and # ***. I ordered LARGE sized blankets, 4 pieces, and received the wrong sizes. Received a small. I called customer service on the 29th of November and was told to email pictures of the blankets I received. I did that but never got email confirmation to acknowledge they received email. I emailed customer service two weeks later and followed up on the blankets but never got any response. I then called customer service on dec 11 and spoke with Alice. I was told to send pictures again of the blankets. I did that and was told they will review it. I followed up via email several days later but never got a response. I attempted to email again on dec 15 and got a response from Keiron and was told I should email photos AGAIN with measurements. I did all that and still no straight answer on when I was getting the right blankets. I have sent multiple emails asking about my order but no response. My last email sent to them was today dec 18. I find this very incovenient because I need the blankets before christmas. I specifically told them, keiron and alice, that I need the blankets before christmas. All I wanted was the right sized blankets sent. I never got a straight answer from either one. And its frustrating to try and get ahold of the customer service via phone because typical wait time is 1-2 hrs. Also, since nov 29, 2017 I have been told multiple times to send pictures of the blankets currently with me, to which I did. So I do not understand why they have not sent me the right ones.

Desired Outcome

I need the right sized blankets sent. If unable to do so before christmas, i want full refund plus shipping and handling fees.

The company needs to improve on customer service and the way they handle issues. Still very disappointed but will take their response.

I purchased a groupon for three slate pictures. Ordered them on Printerpix website, received email next day to say there was an error in their process and to re-order them using a code they supplied. Two went through, the third did not, getting through on the phone was a nightmare.
Live chat is awful, they say they are on line but do not respond. I finally got through on the phone after holding for over 30 minutes and there was a very non committal response about the picture being in process. No guarantees to arrive before Christmas even though the original orders we well within the time frame. Awful service, awful response, awful awful awful. Will NEVER use this company again.

This has been a nightmare. I placed an order on 11/29 for a blanket. I was told it would be delivered on 12/15 - it is now the 19th of Dec. I have chatted and emailed the company. Was told that they shipped the item on the 5th fed ex. gave me a tracking number. I tracked it and fed ex said that it would be delivered US Postal service. Showed it went to them on 12/7 - and was in transit. It still logged as in Transit and its the 19th. Every time I contact customer service they say here is your tracking number its been shipped. They wont follow up on the order. I contacted Fed ex they said I have to contact the company. I finally called the company rather then chatting with them..
Explained the issue and was put on hold. The rep never came back. I still don't know where my order is and from reading all these reviews which I wish I would have read before placing the order my order will probably be wrong if I ever do get it.
I was on the phone for over an hour and got no where. I will make sure I tell everyone to never order from them .
I would give a 0 rating if I could.

Customer Service is not assisting me in a timely manner. I was told that I would hear back in 2 days, and I did not.
I ordered a Magic Mug (order ***) on the 13th of November, 2017. The item arrived, I was happy with the product, and timely manner in which it arrived (I received it approx. 1 1/2 weeks after order date). However, the item had been damaged during transport. I contacted Printerpix with the issue, via chat, and was instructed to send an email with pictures of the broken item. I sent pictures on the 24th of November. On approx. December 1nd, I sent a message, through the Printerpix website, asking about the items status. I got a reply on December 4th, asking for photos, stating that "we aim to have a response in 2 business days", I would like to note as well, this 2 business day response is also stated on their website, in customer service. I sent another email, in reply, with photos of the broken mug.
I sent ANOTHER email, on December 8th, asking about the status, and saying that it has been nearly 5 days, and I was told that I should have already heard back.
I received an email on the 8th, saying that they are experiencing high volumes of customers, and they are sorry for the late reply. However, this email did not contain a fix, but instructions on how to submit an email with photos of the broken item.
Nothing else, I contacted again, December 11th, asking about the status once again, and asking how I can get this resolved immediately, as I need the item before Christmas.
December 13th, I still had received nothing, and I informed Printerpix that I would be submitted a formal complaint if this cannot be resolved soon.
They sent an email back, a few days later, saying they are experiencing high volumes of customers, with another list on how to submit photos for a complaint with customer service.
I sent another email, 3 days later, to say that I had still heard nothing, and would be going through the Revdex.com for a formal complaint. However, I then went on a camping trip, and was not able to submit the complaint right away.
Finally, on December 18th, 2017, I get an email saying they are sorry for the issues, and would replace the order, but it will take 5-7 business days.
This will NOT arrive in time for Christmas.
I only spent $5 dollars on the item with a ***, I am VERY happy as to how the item turned out, and would love to have been on better terms with the company. But I have been fighting this, trying to get a simple item replaced, for nearly a month now. And I was told they would get back soon, but I had to contact them, and still got no fix.

I only spent $5 on the item, the money is not an issue, I love the item, and would have easy spent more than $5 on it, however, at MINIMUM, I would like to see -refund -replacement ASAP

I received the wrong item and have not gotten resolution on the Correct product I designed or a refund.
First, the company's chat feature just refers people to email or call the company. I wasted time just for Peter P. to tell me that I had to email you. (see attached conversation). I ordered 2 canvases on 11/1. I received a package with only ONE canvas. The picture on this one canvas is not me and NOT what I designed and paid for. (see attached pic). I was expecting to have these canvases in time to give to my boyfriend for his birthday this weekend and now I won't have them. This is very disheartening. I purchased an offer through *** or the 2 canvases and I just had to pay the shipping cost.

I reached out via email on 11/7 (see attached conversation with Vince). Since then, I have getting separate emails from Vince and Sofia (see attachments). When they offered to replace the canvases, I asked that they send me the proof before sending. I had done some cropping and adjusting of the pictures before the final order was placed. They never did.

They asked me to send the errored canvas back. I tried, and got it returned by the post office.

After a couple of weeks, I requested they just refund my money including the money spent through ***. They sent me new prints without my review of them before they printed them. I received them and they are not what I wanted. The picture is not centered as I originally created.

This is my last effort in getting my money back. I want nothing to do with this company. I've posted negative reviews and have received 100s of views. This information was sent to PrinterPix as well. I just want my money back. The canvases are not give-able items at this point. I refuse to give a product I am not 100% happy about to someone I love. When I create something, I have to be able to stand behind what I create and I can't stand behind what they sent me.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting all costs spent with this company on November 1, 2017. The shipping cost of the 2 canvases $19.95, as well as the 8$ *** voucher I received. I have both order receipts if needed.

I accept the response because I got what I've been requesting from the beginning and for them to finally own up to the mistake they made. The refund is just PART of the stress and frustration I had to endure, on top of my boyfriend's birthday present being ruined.

It has been over 2 weeks and I have NOT received the refund of $19.95 to my credit card.

I bought a coupon for a photo book from them. I tried to redeem the coupon. The product cannot be located online. I have called, emailed, and tried live chat with them. I was placed on hold for 30+ minutes on the phone. They never responded to email or live chat.

I received an email that my order shipped. When tracking, it said it was damaged and undeliverable. Printerpix has not responded to my emails or calls

I emailed Printerpix on December 11, 12, and 13th. I received one response back on December 14th which was an automated email.

I tried to chat online and was told to email the company. I asked for a number to call and was not given one.

I tried calling over 10 times and was on wait for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered.

I ordered my product on November 24th.

Desired Outcome

At this point, the product won't come by Christmas, which is why I ordered it a month ahead of time on November 24th. I want a refund and to never do business with this company again.
