My product not delivered and irresponsible customer support
I ordered two 16*20 prints on 10/24/2017. I they said they dispacthed it on 11/13/2017. But the Fedex status showed a Delivery exception as they couldnt find the address. When I raised a complaint with them, I got an email which was blank. I then followed up again and got back a reply asking for my address again. I have sent the address and there was no communication back. I chatted with their customer service and she said she would escalate it, but there was no action on their side yet. And yesterday I got an email for the ticket I raised with a default content of what to do when something happens which doesnt answer my ticket. Now I tried to contact them on their chat and the person doesnt even care to respond.
I already had very experience with them when they didnt care to respond about my order regarding quality of the pic.
Desired Outcome
I dont want my family pictures to be delivered to someone else. I first need that guarantee and proof from them that my pics are not delivered to someone else.
And then I need my pics to be delivered to me ASAP

Unclear ad. The $5 is just for the coupon which is not stated. Upon entering coupon number when ordering on the site, the price is not adjusted once you complete the instructions on how to order it. The final price for the 20 X 25 is $74.94 plus the $5 for the coupon that does not work. You have 1 business day to cancel. You need the coupon code to cancel which is not in any communications from*** or Printerpix. You can only cancel by telephone during regular business hours Monday-friday. The site was extremely difficult to maneuver and customer service had difficulty understanding the English language. It takes 10 days to receive refund so the company can make interest off of all consumers who buy into this hoax.

Placed order on 10/31/2017. Called on 11/3 and asked if there would be a delay if I amended project. Need by 11/21/2017. Was told not. Chatted multiple times with customer service. Peter p., sampson J. Tony. All told me they would escalate and would have in 12 buisness days. Lots of apologies but nothing done. 13 buisness days later, no product, no response to email.

Order # ***, placed an order on 10/10/17 for two mugs for a birthday gift. I am under the impression. It would not take long maybe a week or two max. When you call their representatives stated "Oh, it should be on its way and a DHL tracking number will be sent via email.
I never received this information at all. I followed up with an email and never received a response. So I called two additional times and I was promised on the last time which was on 11/19/2017.
I am highly upset spoke to a supervisor the best they can do is refund shipping and still will not receive it until 2 days.
My experience was horrible. The customer service reps are properly trained.
I am waiting again todays date is the 11/20/2017. They ruined a birthday that I thought would make it on time.

I ordered 9 canvases and only received 4. No one cab tell me when I'm getting the other 5 canvases. 3 out of the 4 canvases are bad.
On November 5,2017 I placed an order for 9 canvases using a*** code. And on November 13 I received 3 canvases. Then on November 14. I received one. I contacted the company via chat, email and phone and spoke with at least 7 individuals on numerous occasions. And after 40 minutes waiting at least twice I would finally reach a person that would tell me to chat then that person would tell me to email. I got a lot of run around and no answers. I would spend 10 min sometimes with the confirmation number these people couldn't even use their equipment properly to locate my order. Then 3 out of the 4 canvases had something wrong. One wasn't wrapped properly/tight enough so it has wrinkles in it, one had pulled the image to far to the right cutting off part of my daughters face on our family pic . And the last one had some green line on it which I sent them the original. And I never received 5 out of the 9 canvases and I asked for the 3 to be replaced and no response yet. They have the worst customer service I've ever come a across. I asked at least 5 times to speak with a supervisor or be called back by one and they said I would be and its been well over a week and still nothing.

I would like the 3 that in bad condition of my canvases replaced and to not have to call. I don't have an hour a day to keep calling to deal with this.

I have contacted your company quite a few time now and redone my order about 4 times and your camping keeps telling me they are going to ship them fast since its been so long but still I don't see my canvases or a time Frame as to when I will receive them. And I keep hearing more and more complaints even heard one on the radio station. which begs the same question when will I get the last 5 of my order? still waiting these are gifts as I've stated for weeks and you guys don't seem to be trying to make sure they are here on time because they weren't. now I need done of then in 1 week and I have no clue what's going on because no one can tell me when you will be shipping my order.

Worst business ever!!! I spent 2 hours uploading pictures, their site glitched and I lost everything. The second time around (Yes, I gave them a second chance) I saved after every move I made and it glitched again. Apparently saving does nothing as I still lost everything. I contacted them and all they said was, "Yeah, our site crashed... try in 2 hours?" I don't want to try again, REFUND me my money for your mistake. NOTHING! 1.4 stars is too many for this lousy company.
Very Poor service and awful shipment packaging. I ordered two metal prints at once and revived first one a few dates late, that is understandable it could have been busy for them, but the second came one month later, when I had paid for basic shipping. The worst part is both metal products were bent very badly to the point that they are ruined and unusable. When I finally got a hold of the company via an online chat they told me that since the product was not folded but only bent they would not be replacing it or issuing a refund of any kind. Mind you the shipping packaging says "Don't Bend" not don't fold. If something is being sold that should not be bent or folded then the packaging might need to be sturdier than very thin congregated cardboard, I just cant understand how that is an acceptable procedure for this company.
A package was addressed and shipped from PrinterPix using a different zip code than the one I provided in my order, it was returned to PrinterPix in Florida, marked as undeliverable as a result. I placed my order on October 8, 2017, it has been out for return delivery to PrinterPix since October 23, 2017 (it's lost in Florida somewhere), PrinterPix keeps telling me to wait, "it's out for delivery, or that, "I received the package." They NEVER have a supervisor available when I call, I only get the same scripted customer service response. I have provided proof that they mixed up the zip codes with the email confirmation that I received from PrinterPix that shows the shipping details I provided. Not to mention the shipping cost was twice the cost of the blankets I paid for!
I ordered three 10x10 prints. I received two 10x10 and one 8x10. Upon decent hair pulling, I got them, via chat, to admit they sent the wrong product. The project does not appear in the my projects page (even though it is within the correct timeline) and so the print cannot be reprinted. I was told to email them for further resolution. The email response was to click on a weird link to set up an account. Very sketchy. It does not appear they are going to fix the problem.

I ordered a several canvases, the came incorrect. I called the company they were unwilling to fix the issue. I also emailed the company, no resolution
I placed an order for 9 10"x10" canvases on October 26th, 2017. I had to pay an additional $29.95 for shipping and handling beyond my promotional price.
when I received my canvases, one of them was 8"x10". Also three of the canvases didn't have the picture centered as I positioned it on their software. I also previewed all of them before I printed them.
I contacted the company via telephone (188-322-6733) on November 3, 2017 with my order number *** and let the representative know about my issue. she asked that I email them picture copies of what my canvases look like. The representative said she would escalate my situation to her manager.
I sent my email later the same day November 3rd.
I haven't received a reply, or a phone call.
so at this point I have a montage of prints I cannot hang up in my home.

My experience has been very aggravating, but thank you for the quick response.
I bought a Groupon for a 11 by 11, 50 page photo book. I spent hours upon hours creating this book, tons and tons of time. I go to check out and it says this product is not available. I thought this can't be right, being you can still go online and order a 11 by 11, 50 page book as a option. Customer service told me it was true and he didn't know when if at all they would be getting the 50 pages back. He basically told me I had to start from scratch on a different product. NOT the one I had already created and purchased and couldn't do ANYTHING AT ALL for me. You can still choose this option on their site and make it but you can't actually buy it. So basically they are taking people's money and not offering what they are selling.

I found Printerpix on ***, found them online and entered my email. I got an offer for 40 photos free. I ordered, paid $5 shipping and got nothing
I saw a *** ad for Printerpix. I went online and checked them out, entered my email offers, etc. I was emailed an offer for 40 photos for free, I knew I'd pay shipping. I uploaded 40 photos, paid my $5 shipping and waited. I emailed after 6 days of o communication and got an order number and was told it would be 8-10 business days. No photos. I placed my order on October 24, 2017. I called today, November 7, 2017. I was on hold for 1/2 an hour. The person I spoke with said sometiimes orders 'to the United States' can take 21 days or more. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, he said there wasn't one. I told him to cancel my order and issue a refund and he said he was not authorized. I told him to transfer me to someone who is available and he said no one was, he could not do that. I told him to cancel my order, refund my money now. Then I hung up.

I want a full refund. I don't care that it was only $5, this is fraud. I also want this company put out of business.

I only say no to accepting their response because I was told I would have a refund on Thursday, 11/9/17, and that it would be processed immediately. As of yesterday, 11/11/17, I have not received a refund. I messaged Printerpix to let them know I have not received a refund. I got a reply on Saturday, 11/11 at 5:21 AM saying, "Hi ***, we are extremely sorry about this. The refund should be in your account within the next 2 business days."
This company is so obviously a complete and utter fraud. They continually come back with apologies and a new time-frame that adds days to the solution that was offered. The phone number I was told I had to call to cancel my order,***, is CONSTANTLY busy no matter what time of the day or night I tried to call.
I will not be satisfied or accept any response from these frauds until my money is returned to me. I seriously doubt that I will see any money this week and I strongly suspect that they will simply continue to offer apologies and new dates in the hope that I will simply give up. I will get my money back and I will not give up.

After several promises and assurances that my order would be cancelled and my refund promptly processed, followed by instant messages apologizing profusely for not having processed my order cancellation and refund and assuring me that it would now only be 'X' number of days to process, always changing the time frame and STILL not issuing my refund, I can confirm that my refund was finally processed and showed up in my bank account.
This company is fraudulent. I suggest that a full investigation be launched into their business practices and the services they offer. I turned to the Revdex.com after repeated attempts on my part to speak with customer service after no reply to email after email. I waited on hold for 45 minutes before I was finally connected to a representative and that person told me that I would have my order within 25 days. After I had an email saying it would be 8-10 days. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor I was told there wasn't one. When I demanded my order be cancelled I was told that person could not manage that and was given a phone number to call. That number was (and still is) constantly busy no matter what time I called.
It wasn't until I got the Revdex.com involved that I finally got a response. And, even then, it still took several weeks to actually receive my refund even after the company responded to the Revdex.com saying that my refund would be issued immediately. Please shut this business down. There is something fraudulent going on here.

Unclear ad. The $5 is just for the coupon which is not stated. Upon entering coupon number when ordering on the site, the price is not adjusted once you complete the instructions on how to order it. The final price for the 20 X 25 is $74.94 plus the $5 for the coupon that does not work. You have 1 business day to cancel. You need the coupon code to cancel which is not in any communications from*** or Printerpix. You can only cancel by telephone during regular business hours Monday-friday. The site was extremely difficult to maneuver and customer service had difficulty understanding the English language. It takes 10 days to receive refund so the company can make interest off of all consumers who buy into this hoax.

Order # ***, placed an order on 10/10/17 for two mugs for a birthday gift. I am under the impression. It would not take long maybe a week or two max. When you call their representatives stated "Oh, it should be on its way and a DHL tracking number will be sent via email.
I never received this information at all. I followed up with an email and never received a response. So I called two additional times and I was promised on the last time which was on 11/19/2017.
I am highly upset spoke to a supervisor the best they can do is refund shipping and still will not receive it until 2 days.
My experience was horrible. The customer service reps are properly trained.
I am waiting again todays date is the 11/20/2017. They ruined a birthday that I thought would make it on time.

I ordered 9 canvases and only received 4. No one cab tell me when I'm getting the other 5 canvases. 3 out of the 4 canvases are bad.
On November 5,2017 I placed an order for 9 canvases using a*** code. And on November 13 I received 3 canvases. Then on November 14. I received one. I contacted the company via chat, email and phone and spoke with at least 7 individuals on numerous occasions. And after 40 minutes waiting at least twice I would finally reach a person that would tell me to chat then that person would tell me to email. I got a lot of run around and no answers. I would spend 10 min sometimes with the confirmation number these people couldn't even use their equipment properly to locate my order. Then 3 out of the 4 canvases had something wrong. One wasn't wrapped properly/tight enough so it has wrinkles in it, one had pulled the image to far to the right cutting off part of my daughters face on our family pic . And the last one had some green line on it which I sent them the original. And I never received 5 out of the 9 canvases and I asked for the 3 to be replaced and no response yet. They have the worst customer service I've ever come a across. I asked at least 5 times to speak with a supervisor or be called back by one and they said I would be and its been well over a week and still nothing.
I would like the 3 that in bad condition of my canvases replaced and to not have to call. I don't have an hour a day to keep calling to deal with this.

Worst business ever!!! I spent 2 hours uploading pictures, their site glitched and I lost everything. The second time around (Yes, I gave them a second chance) I saved after every move I made and it glitched again. Apparently saving does nothing as I still lost everything. I contacted them and all they said was, "Yeah, our site crashed... try in 2 hours?" I don't want to try again, REFUND me my money for your mistake. NOTHING! 1.4 stars is too many for this lousy company.
Very Poor service and awful shipment packaging. I ordered two metal prints at once and revived first one a few dates late, that is understandable it could have been busy for them, but the second came one month later, when I had paid for basic shipping. The worst part is both metal products were bent very badly to the point that they are ruined and unusable. When I finally got a hold of the company via an online chat they told me that since the product was not folded but only bent they would not be replacing it or issuing a refund of any kind. Mind you the shipping packaging says "Don't Bend" not don't fold. If something is being sold that should not be bent or folded then the packaging might need to be sturdier than very thin congregated cardboard, I just cant understand how that is an acceptable procedure for this company.
A package was addressed and shipped from PrinterPix using a different zip code than the one I provided in my order, it was returned to PrinterPix in Florida, marked as undeliverable as a result. I placed my order on October 8, 2017, it has been out for return delivery to PrinterPix since October 23, 2017 (it's lost in Florida somewhere), PrinterPix keeps telling me to wait, "it's out for delivery, or that, "I received the package." They NEVER have a supervisor available when I call, I only get the same scripted customer service response. I have provided proof that they mixed up the zip codes with the email confirmation that I received from PrinterPix that shows the shipping details I provided. Not to mention the shipping cost was twice the cost of the blankets I paid for!
I ordered three 10x10 prints. I received two 10x10 and one 8x10. Upon decent hair pulling, I got them, via chat, to admit they sent the wrong product. The project does not appear in the my projects page (even though it is within the correct timeline) and so the print cannot be reprinted. I was told to email them for further resolution. The email response was to click on a weird link to set up an account. Very sketchy. It does not appear they are going to fix the problem.

I ordered a several canvases, the came incorrect. I called the company they were unwilling to fix the issue. I also emailed the company, no resolution
I placed an order for 9 10"x10" canvases on October 26th, 2017. I had to pay an additional $29.95 for shipping and handling beyond my promotional price.
when I received my canvases, one of them was 8"x10". Also three of the canvases didn't have the picture centered as I positioned it on their software. I also previewed all of them before I printed them.
I contacted the company via telephone (188-322-6733) on November 3, 2017 with my order number *** and let the representative know about my issue. she asked that I email them picture copies of what my canvases look like. The representative said she would escalate my situation to her manager.
I sent my email later the same day November 3rd.
I haven't received a reply, or a phone call.
so at this point I have a montage of prints I cannot hang up in my home.
I would like a replacement of the 4 canvases that are incorrect. And as in good faith, I would be willing to mail back the canvases if a pre-paid postage stamp? envelope provided.

after coupon used increased shipping price to 19.99, shipping times did not change and was for the same product.
resolution is to adjust the cost i am paying for shipping. The company should fix this practice this is unfair considering to get the discount a purchase of the coupon through groupon.com had to be made first.

My experience has been very aggravating, but thank you for the quick response.
I bought a Groupon for a 11 by 11, 50 page photo book. I spent hours upon hours creating this book, tons and tons of time. I go to check out and it says this product is not available. I thought this can't be right, being you can still go online and order a 11 by 11, 50 page book as a option. Customer service told me it was true and he didn't know when if at all they would be getting the 50 pages back. He basically told me I had to start from scratch on a different product. NOT the one I had already created and purchased and couldn't do ANYTHING AT ALL for me. You can still choose this option on their site and make it but you can't actually buy it. So basically they are taking people's money and not offering what they are selling.

I found Printerpix on ***, found them online and entered my email. I got an offer for 40 photos free. I ordered, paid $5 shipping and got nothing
I saw a *** ad for Printerpix. I went online and checked them out, entered my email offers, etc. I was emailed an offer for 40 photos for free, I knew I'd pay shipping. I uploaded 40 photos, paid my $5 shipping and waited. I emailed after 6 days of o communication and got an order number and was told it would be 8-10 business days. No photos. I placed my order on October 24, 2017. I called today, November 7, 2017. I was on hold for 1/2 an hour. The person I spoke with said sometiimes orders 'to the United States' can take 21 days or more. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, he said there wasn't one. I told him to cancel my order and issue a refund and he said he was not authorized. I told him to transfer me to someone who is available and he said no one was, he could not do that. I told him to cancel my order, refund my money now. Then I hung up.
I want a full refund. I don't care that it was only $5, this is fraud. I also want this company put out of business.

I only say no to accepting their response because I was told I would have a refund on Thursday, 11/9/17, and that it would be processed immediately. As of yesterday, 11/11/17, I have not received a refund. I messaged Printerpix to let them know I have not received a refund. I got a reply on Saturday, 11/11 at 5:21 AM saying, "Hi ***, we are extremely sorry about this. The refund should be in your account within the next 2 business days."
This company is so obviously a complete and utter fraud. They continually come back with apologies and a new time-frame that adds days to the solution that was offered. The phone number I was told I had to call to cancel my order,***, is CONSTANTLY busy no matter what time of the day or night I tried to call.
I will not be satisfied or accept any response from these frauds until my money is returned to me. I seriously doubt that I will see any money this week and I strongly suspect that they will simply continue to offer apologies and new dates in the hope that I will simply give up. I will get my money back and I will not give up.

After several promises and assurances that my order would be cancelled and my refund promptly processed, followed by instant messages apologizing profusely for not having processed my order cancellation and refund and assuring me that it would now only be 'X' number of days to process, always changing the time frame and STILL not issuing my refund, I can confirm that my refund was finally processed and showed up in my bank account.
This company is fraudulent. I suggest that a full investigation be launched into their business practices and the services they offer. I turned to the Revdex.com after repeated attempts on my part to speak with customer service after no reply to email after email. I waited on hold for 45 minutes before I was finally connected to a representative and that person told me that I would have my order within 25 days. After I had an email saying it would be 8-10 days. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor I was told there wasn't one. When I demanded my order be cancelled I was told that person could not manage that and was given a phone number to call. That number was (and still is) constantly busy no matter what time I called.
It wasn't until I got the Revdex.com involved that I finally got a response. And, even then, it still took several weeks to actually receive my refund even after the company responded to the Revdex.com saying that my refund would be issued immediately. Please shut this business down. There is something fraudulent going on here.
