SUPERB SERVICE. ProCo Roofing and Construction replaced my roof last year after the hailstorm in Allen. The process was smooth and efficient. ProCo, and specifically Mike C, took care of all the insurance paperwork, clearly explained the process and our options, and expertly managed the actual re-roofing process meeting all schedule commitments while keeping us sufficiently informed throughout. Additionally, during last Sunday's wind storm, one our solar powered attic fans was damaged, creating a hole in our roof. I called Mike on Monday. That afternoon, he had Taylor, one of his technicians here to assess the damage and cover the hole. THE NEXT DAY, Taylor was here to replace the damaged attic fan. The new fan and the labor were covered by warranty so I had no out of pocket expense...AND THE REPAIR WAS DONE TWO DAYS AFTER THE DAMAGE OCCURRED!
Mike, and ProCo set the highest standard for customer and technical service. I strongly recommend them for your roofing and construction needs.

We were delighted with ProCo and the roofing done on my childhood home after a recent hailstorm. We knew going into the project there would be some extra and extensive work needed to fix the sagging roof and replacing sheetrock in the garage and bedroom of this 66 year old house. ProCo did an excellent working with the insurance and getting us the most value for our dollar. Kudos to our rep, Travis H. for his professionalism and determination to make the finished project look great. Very happy with ProCo and would recommend them to everyone.

Travis went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. He was here constantly-- meeting and calling the insurance, painters, gutter and siding installers, etc. And he made good on his promise to protect my wife’s flowers and shrubs from damage. Even after the roof was finished, he came over on his day off to check the yard one more time for nails and debris. I definitely recommend ProCo. True professionals from start to finish.

I wanted to write and commend Pro Co Roofing for a repair job that they performed on my roof. I honestly was waiting for heavy rain to have the "proof in the pudding." I got the opportunity to work with PROCO for a recent hail claim. I was assigned an amazing Project Manager, Travis H., who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was constantly staying on top of the current status, at my house almost daily throughout the process and consistently offering assistance beyond a normal PM (he fixed a front door jam while stopping by, just because he's that kind of person).

The standard of work quality was evident with the various contract crews hired and they used high quality construction materials used to replace my roof and gutters.

I would highly recommend this company if you are in their service area. Their marketing literature states that they are in business with customer satisfaction as their #1 priority. From my personal experience they have delivered on this and more.

Proco Roofing just put a roof on our house in Richardson Texas and they are as professional as any company I have ever worked with. The job was done on time, at the price we had agreed upon and the clean up was second to none. I particularly want to praise the great job that Bees did with the crew who put the roof on and the way he handled everything from start to finish. And again, the clean up was terrific. The landscaping and surrounding area of our house was spotless when they left.
Also, Zach Balch who gave me the original quote on the job and showed up at the job site every day, was great at handling customer service and any questions that I had. His demeanor from day one was, "I want your business and what can I do to get it?" This is a great roofing company and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Worked with Lance from the beginning to the end to replace hail damaged roof and gutters. My mother referred me to Proco and Lance due to the excellent job they had done on her roof and I was not disappointed.

I highly recommend PROCO. I recently had to replace my roof due to age and hail damage. My project manager was Derek H. He was with me during inspections and kept me informed throughout the process. This was the first time I had to replace a roof on my home and it was nice to have someone oversee things that I don’t have knowledge of. We had a few little hiccups along the way but Derek was quick to respond, answer my questions and correct the minor issues! I would definitely use PROCO again.

This company was nothing short of amazing!! Craig T was the project manager ProCo sent out, and he spent close to 6 hours here and three separate visits, evaluating the roof for hail damage, going over my choices and prices, and basically doing a detailed photo gallery with my insurance adjuster taking control of his phone camera with the Covid-19 thing going on.
Craig was here when he said he would be, and on install day, an army of very experienced men showed up exactly on time and just did a fantastic job for me at a very fair price.
ProCo was a recommendation from my Farmers agent, I took it, and never even got a second bid because I felt these folks were the real deal and I was right? I tried my best to find one nail, staple, or piece of old roofing after they left and could only find one staple, heck it could've been mine, Lol. Highly recommend Craig T. and ProCo.

We have dealt with Micah W from PROCO Roofing since our home was severely damaged in the tornado of October, 2019. From the moment we met Micah the day after the tornado, he exceeded our expectations by thoroughly patching our roof. We had an amazing experience through Andrew S with Proco Roofing! We are selling our rental house and the inspection report called out shingle damage on the roof. Not only did he assist with our insurance claim process from start to finish, he was able to have the roof scheduled within 3 days of us signing and installed all in one day! This was truly one of the smoothest processes we could experience with any major home repairs.

Robert, I want to give your company a shout out. The year before you started your companyI had to get my roof replaced at the ranch. A friend gave me the name of a roofer ( found out later that one of his employs actually came up with the name). The guy shows up with documents that said he was a member of a national and state associations of building contractors and had a AAA better business rating. (It turned out all of these were fake. Because a trusted friend gave me his name I signed over the insurance check to him. He left for a month long vacation to Mexico and spent the money. It took me almost a year working thru 2 police departments to recover most of the money.( I was VERY lucky to have lost only $2000.00) An honest roofing company is worth its weight in gold !!!! Last week I had PROCO repair the 2 flagstone chimneys at the same ranch house. Not only did you do excellent work but your guys arrived the day they said they would. Before they left they found a broken pillar and repaired that as well. (this was not something we discussed but they took it on themselves to go above and beyond what was expected of them.)

After many years of dealing with a leaky flat roof I finally found Mike at Proco. Mike and his crew examined our roof and gave me a complete outline for repair including pictures. I’ll admit the estimate was more than I anticipated but about 18 months later I know it was worth every penny. The entire Proco team was fast, efficient and courteous. Everything that was promised was completed in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up after completion. I highly recommend Mike C and Proco.
