PROCO Roofing and Construction

Being new home owners we knew basically nothing about home insurance, roofs, on and on. Thankfully we went with ProCo for our roofing project. Ryan S was our project manager and he was beyond helpful and patient with us. He answered all of our questions (probably more than once) met with us multiple times, held our hand every step of the way, AND kept a great attitude throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend them to other friends and will use them for future projects.

We highly recommend Mike And ProCo Roofing. Very professional and knowledgeable. From consultation to installation Mike was always informative and available for questions. Very honest and transparent when it came to pricing and he even dealt with our insurance company directly to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Immaculate work and took great care to keep our house and yard clean and free of any debris.

Travis from Proco was the absolute BEST! If we could give 10 stars, we would! He was never pushy, extremely thorough, educated us, put us at ease, very friendly, went above and beyond, answered all of our questions, had great communication skills, was extremely fast with getting the job done and was wonderful to work with. Proco did a phenomenal job on our roof and painting our house amongst other things. I would HIGHLY recommend Proco to anyone that wants the job done quick and professionally!! I was having issues with my roof and I've had only had my house maybe a year and Mike C from Pro Co was there to help! He helped me with every step and made the whole process and kept his work on all time appointments I never had to worry I highly recommend them and him!

I manage a nightclub and one night we had a horrible storm and our roof started to leak. I called around and Mike C from Proco Roofing was literally the only person in a 20 mile radius that would come help us during this emergency. Mike got the area sealed and we didn’t have to shut own the business for one minute. Later we needed more work done and Proco is the only company that we call or recommend! 5 STARS for Proco and 10 STARS for Mike C!

Proco Roofing and Construction has been very good to work with. They also willing to help inspect the roof and giving their honest opinion and never exaggerate about the condition to push for more sales. I really enjoy working with them, especially Conner W and Wesley Q

Proco is very professional and does whatever it takes to make the job a success acting as general contractor with roofing as their base. They are user friendly, competent, and fair. Very good in dealing with insurance companies and adjusters. They care about doing a good job and you can trust them.

The gentleman who assisted me with my inquiry was a Mr. Ryan Silvia, who answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner with the upmost of professionalism.
Differently will be calling him soon to have my roof installed in the coming weeks.

Great Company! Got here on time, didn’t waste time getting the roof stripped, patched and reroofed! They cleaned up afterwards! Justin W the job supervisor kept on top of everything! And the crew was great, taking care of making sure they took care of my place, as if it were their own property! I would call them again! They do follow up to check and see if things were done right!

PROCO is an amazing company. Micah was the sales person I worked with, but he was much more than a sales person. He was with me from the initial inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster, to being there while my roof was replaced. PROCO uses their own crews and there is a supervisor on site from start to finish. They not only made sure that my property was protected by placing plywood over the windows and tarps over the landscaping, they did the same to my neighbor's property. This was the 3rd roof replacement on my house and I believe that PROCO provided a much more professional job and provided a much more thorough replacement. You won't be disappointed if you have PROCO provide roofing services.

Great Job. Craig T was very professional. My job required replacement of the roof and gutters on a 50-year old house for resale. Craig went the "extra mile" to get the job done against a short timeline. Some interior work was also needed that Craig got done. I can't say enough good about the job PROCO and Craig did.

There are a ton of options for roofers is North Texas, we trusted the reviews and went with PROCO. We weren’t disappointed! The crew was fast, polite and most importantly to me, clean. Not a single piece of shingle and not a single roofing nail was left behind. They did a great job prepping the area especially around the bushes to make sure they could remove all the debris. We dealt with Kyle K., he couldn’t have done a better job explaining every step of the process and what our options were. We upgraded our roof and will save the difference in our homeowners insurance in 2 years, no other roofer offered that option and PROCO ever provided all the documentation. A top notch and well ran company.

We highly recommend PROCO's Craig T for roofing and construction. Craig of PROCO was with us every step of the way. His advice was excellent. He answered all of our questions and concerns about the new roof we needed. We wanted a quality roof installed by quality workers, and Craig provided all of that for us. He helped us by doing a careful roof inspection, advising us on quality roofing material, explaining the whole procedure to us. He guided us as we contacted our insurance company. The adjuster told us exactly what Craig had already told us about the roof damage we had. We paid only our deductible, and the insurance covered the rest. Craig's crew arrived right on time and did a fantastic job for us. After the job was completed, Craig sent us the paperwork we needed to apply to our insurance company for a reduction in premium. They were happy to reduce our insurance premium about 19% because of our new, high-quality roof. In a separate job, Craig organized a crew to do some exterior repair work and painting our home needed. Again, the whole experience was excellent! Now, every time we drive up to our home, we admire our new roof, new woodwork, and new paint. Our home looks brand new again. We are thankful we had an expert like Craig working with us!! I've had three houses re-roofed in the last six months. All went well and were completed within one day. I am especially pleased with the job that was recently completed on my home because it was a large (68 Squares) steep roof and was completed in one day. Actually, from start to finish took only about seven hours. Several of my neighbors have mentioned how impressed they were with the speed and quality of the work. Tim Leckie was the project manager on all of my roofing jobs. He has never disappointed.

I would highly recommend Proco...Working with Rayanna Havens was amazing! She provides amazing project management as well as follow up daily. Nothing will get dropped with her on your project guaranteed. I could not recommend anyone else to do the work that they did by completing the roof and the time that they did for our property....
