PROCO Roofing and Construction

We chose Proco Roofing because they had high ratings online. An independent claims adjustor assured us that he had dealt with Proco before and thought highly of them. Mike C of Proco went over the paperwork with us thoroughly. They finished our roofing in less than a day. We also needed drywall and chimney repair. Mike C highly recommended a subcontractor, David F. And he also did an excellent job.

I found this company through a family friend. I had called a lot of roofing companies and they all had the same answers for the questions I had. I call one company but they were unable to help because they were in Mexico. I chose this company because I trusted My friend. I have not had to deal with construction issues before because I was able to do the repairs myself, but now I am older and can't do the work. Things have changed greatly. They did the job very quickly and they were on time. They addressed every issue that had to be repaired. They have a lifetime warranty on the labor. (Very good) They upgraded where they could. The only drawback was that they did not contact me to let me know the job was completed. I had to call them. This job was on a house I am not currently living in. Josh W (The P.M.) was personable, knowledgeable and on time. I would hire them again.

Wesley at PROCO Roofing did a fantastic job! He was thorough and made the process of re-doing our roof, gutters, and fence staining go as smoothly and quickly as possible. All of it looks great! We are so glad that we chose PROCO for our roof-replacement needs.

Proco Roofing completed our roof 11/2018 and were we impressed! First, they were one of the companies provided by our insurer. When called, Lance responded immediately and stated he'd have one the roofing consultants contact me that day day. Kyle responded and came out to inspect our roof. Kyle provided an estimate within 24 hours. Not only was Proco's bid VERY competitive with the other companies we contacted. They INCLUDED benefits the other companies didn't: Grade 4 impact resistant shingles (allowed us to get a home owner's insurance discount); adequate decking for repairs and two (2) day roof replacement completion! If you don't want fast service, a company who does more than expected and keeps their promises, DON'T call Pro Co! We're sure glad we did. Bruce

ProCo, Lance And Dakota have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the process of putting a new roof on my house! I am very pleased with the work that they did and the improvements to my house.

A leaky roof and concern prompted me to call Michelle K, Business Development, from ProCo. She immediately set up an appointment for Mike C to come check out my roof. While on the roof he put up a protective shield from further rain until I could get a new roof letting me know whether or not I used them, there would be no charge. Their main concern was taking care of my investment in my house. As he went through the house, he found issues from the rain that I had yet to discover. I got his report in rapid time with pictures to show all the damage. It didn't take long while meeting with Mike at my house for me to know for sure, they were the contractor for me! He stayed as long as I had questions and gave me thorough explanations of the cost, quality of materials available and answered questions of time and procedure. He was very patient. I felt in the process that I had just made a new friend. I loved his integrity and the integrity of the company. Today, my new roof is up, rains are coming and I feel secure. Everything looks as it should and I am very pleased with the results. I will recommend ProCo and Mike to all my friends.

I was impressed from the get-go. Wes pointed out damage on my roof I didn't realize existed. He made himself available to my insurance adjusters and once my claim approved, he scheduled his team pronto. The on-site project manager, Shay, was the first to arrive (besides materials) and the last to leave over the two-day project. Best clean up after the job I've seen in years. Good people, great job.

I have had a very positive and professional experience with PROCO roofing and construction,
as well as with the company's representative Michael W. We met, he offered to do a thorough inspection of my roof as he suspected there was sufficient damage to warrant such.
He inspected all aspects of my roof, other structures which indicated damage, and provided photographs pointing out the extent of roof damage over multiple areas. As a result of his inspection, Michael created an excellent report of his findings, shown by his photographic evidence, a most thorough documentation, substantiating more than sufficient evidence of significant hail damage to justify a full replacement. The insurance adjuster certainly took in to account his documentation.
Job was done in an incredible impeccable manner especially with regard to specialty details.
I highly recommend PROCO roofing and construction, and the representation with Michael W as the site overseer and representative of the company. Will only use this company.

PROCOs Wesley Q and his crew were prompt and very professional in assisting from the initial inspection to assistance with my insurance adjuster to insure every detail was found and covered. The work performed was fast and PROCO did an excellent rebuild of my roof paying attention to details with flashing, utility vents and roof vents. In addition, the gutter replacement is 10x better quality than the ones they replaced and their team did a fantastic job with water leak repairs on the interior. Highly recommended contractor and team for your project.

With a lot of rain recently, we noticed a leak in our garage. We called Josh at PROCO and he promptly returned our call. He was at our house within 30 minutes. Josh was courteous and honest, but not pushy, about recommended repairs. We also agreed on shingle replacement for another small area we were already aware may need some attention - nothing else unexpected. The repairs were completed timely, before the next rain. Having someone come out can be daunting, not knowing if they will say you need a lot more work done or an entire new roof soon, which may or may not be true. Glad that was not the case. Will definitely be our first call next time we need a reliable roof assessment.

ProCo is shifting the paradigm of how roofing and construction should be done in regard to quality of work, and customer care. I've worked with numerous roofers, and ProCo had me almost baffled by how they went above and beyond to make sure EVERY. SINGLE. ASPECT of my roofing issue was taken care of in the RIGHT way. Everything from communication to follow up, and a confidence in the workmanship/warranty left me feeling a ton of peace about the decision to let the ProCo team take care of our home.

My favorite part is that they didn't just want to get my insurance company to buy me a new roof, which has been my experience in the past with roofing companies. They wanted to make sure my roof was in the appropriate shape to protect my home and family. Having ProCo in my "rolodex" frees up precious mental space and brings lots of peace!

Very professional from my sales rep to the guys who did the work. they started on time, finished on time. left my yard cleaner than when they started. everything was moved away from the house before construction started and placed back when completed. nothing at all, not even the tiniest fairy chair was damaged in the process. my hat is off to y'all.

PROCO Roofing and Construction recently inspected our roof in a very thorough way. We appreciated the way Robert took photos of the areas where several nail pops had penetrated through the shingles and needed repair in addition to driving nails back in and sealing with silicone. Robert’s experience and expertise were mindful of how to walk the roof in cooler weather to avoid damaging it further. His honesty about our roof’s condition revealed that with some repairs, it still had plenty of life left in it. He didn’t scam us and try to convince us we needed to replace the whole roof. PROCO gave us an honest and reasonable bid and made the repairs in a timely manner. With care and integrity, PROCO treated our home as if it was their own.

If you don't have smoke detectors, get them. They will save your life. Get out fast. Truly amazing the heat and smoke. This past May, a fire somehow started in the garage to the livingroom. None was harmed or injured. The fire department received about 15 calls from neighbors. They are about 3 blocks away, so got to us really fast took control, 30 minutes later fire was out. One half of house was torched the rest covered in black soot and water. We were told to stay out for at least 2 days. Called insurance then Internet to find contractors for estiments. Typed in "house fire". I'm a researcher. Research everything then research again. Educate yourself. Our state attorney's office has a great website about how to separate honest contractors from the con artists. You can check if contractor is up to date on license and if any liens. So, I found a sight that put out broadcast message to several contractors in our area. Ryan from PROCO Roofing and Construction contacted me and offered to look at damage. As there was so much damage Ryan said a general contractor would be better equipped to rebuild our house. This was not the end of my relationship with Ryan. He called and text me several times. His advice was invaluable. Saints would blush of his patience and honesty. One phone called lasted more than an hour. Ryan answered all my question about what to look for when hiring a contractor. How to spot a con artist. I asked him about a thousand questions. He answered all. Four months later, we are still in contact with each other. He always asks how the rebuild is going. I give him full update. I still ask lots of questions. And he still gives answers and advice. I believe Ryan is a reflection of PROCO Roofing & Construction. You will not be disappointed should you have need of a new roof or any other of their services.

From start to finish they did what they said were fast and very efficient! Did an awesome job on cleanup. Our project manager *** M was very helpful thru this process and got the job done! Would highly recommend.
