I am extremely pleased with the new roof we had installed by Proco. Taylor came out to inspect our roof and helped us work with our insurance company to get the adjuster inspections and approvals done. Taylor took "ownership" of the job and was involved from the start to the finish. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally. I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends. Quality job and quality product.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and quality of work that PROCO Roofing has done for us. In the past 18 months, my family and I have used these wonderful professionals to replace 3 roofs in the DFW area. Each and every roof was done in a timely manner and we are totally satisfied. Both Robert G and Chris M are wonderful professionals and excel in communicating with us through the process. I was extremely pleased with my experience with PROCO. I'm in the process of selling my house and the inspector noted that there was hail damage. Wesley met with my realtor and the insurance agent to determine the extent of the damage. Two days later, the crew was replacing my roof. I never had to worry about a thing. At the end of the day, all debris was cleaned up and I had a new roof on my house. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will be using and recommending PROCO to family and friends who are in the need of a new roof.

ProCo replaced my old worn out roof the week before Christmas. They worked very hard to fit me in at a time of the year when the weather is not always good for roofing. They were very determined to get the job done for me before the holiday weekend. The whole project was completed in one day (while I was at work) from tear off of old to putting on the new beautiful IR4 roofing. When I returned home at the end of the day, the only evidence that anyone had been there was the beautiful roof that made my house look many years newer. The quality of their workmanship is excellent and they took extra care to cover the swimming pool and sweep the area for nails multiple times before they left. Zero debris was left behind. Everyone that I spoke with (Jeremiah D, Robert G and Chris M) was genuinely passionate about roofing in general. That passion was only exceeded by their desire to serve their customers by doing the best job possible. They were truly excited to see the transformation of my house once the project was complete. My roof still makes me smile when I look at it. I am so happy I chose ProCo to do the job.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with PROCO. After 2 hail storms I noticed some damage and called upon the group. Robert is absolutely fanastic and walked me the all the steps, showed me evidence of damage and worked with my insurance company. The Insurance agent was very complimentary as well of the reputation of proco. There were no surprises here, they did what they said and cleaned up all the messes etc. I am very happy with my experience.

I am so pleased with my new roof from PROCO! The entire process was a wonderful experience. My roof was the original-17 years old-and starting to be in bad shape. I was impressed by the positive reviews that I read about PROCO in my local NextDoor app and followed up, actually contacting my neighbors to visit about this company. These professionals are the real deal with all the information you need to make a decision that's right for you, and no pressure tactics. These are licensed construction experts and a gorgeous finished project is guaranteed. When it is such a big decision, there's every reason to go with PROCO!

ProCo does more than roofs. I contacted them to get a quote on 3 commercial garage doors. Jamie came out the next day, and then had the installers come by as well. Both gave me confidence in what they were telling me, and what they could do to improve the ones I had. They sent in the quote that evening. Once I had received a couple other quotes, I called Jamie back to schedule my install. They were able to get the material in, and get us scheduled within a week. They were able to demo my existing ones, install new ones, and haul off all the trash the same day. Very good experience, and would recommend to any one.

I can't say enough about the integrity of this company! My home is 12 years old and has the original roof on it. With all of the storms we've had I've still hesitated to have my roof checked not knowing who I could trust to inspect it and be honest. Well, these gentlemen came out, looked at everything, even took pictures to show me. AND told me there was minimal damage, not enough to warrant a replacement. They told me that they would come out as often as I wanted them to and inspect the roof. How many roofing companies do you know that would take the time to do that?

Taylor and Proco Roofing are absolutely the best. They did an amazing job on our roof. They are very professional and do what they say. Taylor goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is attended to.

I was very impressed with this company. Not only did they do a great job on the roof and gutter replacement, they also corrected some roof ventilation issues our original builder "missed". The company noticed we did not have any roof vents over the garage or master bedroom and they added those to help our roof last longer. They also provided solar attic fans to replace the electric ones that never operated properly. In addition, they were punctual and very professional. They worked within our insurance settlement and even though my husband wrote them the check for the full amount before the work was completed (what was he thinking?!), the company did not cash the check until all the work was done. I would definitely recommend Proco Roofing and Construction.

The BEST service I have ever experienced! Taylor was very professional and thorough. We were very impressed with the integrity of PROCO and their quality of service. We had an amazing experience with ProCo Roofing. We needed a roof quick due to a bad insurance company issue, and ProCo made sure we did not get a cancellation on our policy! Within hours of calling, they came to give us an estimate, which they explained thoroughly and left us with no questions. The roof crew was so kind and careful, they left not one nail or piece of paper behind. They even covered our ATVs (we forgot they were outside!) to prevent any possible damages! Robert & Chris are amazing people with an amazing company. We plan to recommend ProCo to everyone, and I plan on using them as my preferred roofer for my client referrals, as a mortgage lender. Five stars, six if we could!

Rob from ProCo helped me get my house fixed up after we had some water damage. Rob came over super fast one day when I called him and jumped up on my roof and started figuring out what went wrong. My gutter overflowed and water came into the house through holes in the brick. They had their masonry guy come out and he did an amazing job repairing the brick. He went above and beyond and it matches perfectly. Then the replaced my damaged hardwood floors with a product that looks amazing and will last forever. The floors look awesome and the updated trim makes the house look way better. Rob was awesome the whole time and super professional. He spent a ton of time talking to me about the process and came to my office a few times to show me floor samples which was super convienent. I can't recommend ProCo enough and will definitely use them to replace my fence and roof when it is time. But Rob said my roof was in great shape, so I can wait. They gained a customer for life!

We had damage to our roof and had a couple of different contractors out to give quotes. PROCO was who we decided to go with and we couldn't be more pleased. Robert was very gracious and made sure we ended up with an amazing roof. We are very satisfied with the quality of our roof and highly recommend PROCO.
