Beau did a great job working with our Insurance and was in touch the whole step of the process. David our foreman was on site all day and made sure things ran smoothly. They did a great clean up once done, which was in one day, and Beau followed up the next day to go over our property one more time with a magnet to catch any nails left behind. Would recommend these guys to anyone getting a new roof.

I was extremely pleased with this company, beginning with my research on their website, which was impressive, to the first meeting with Connor. He made certain I was informed each step of the way and when I had questions, he was super quick to reply. His crew was on time and took excellent care of my property and even gave some overgrown trees and shrubs a neat and tidy trim. Connor sent me a picture of the completed roof while I was at work, and it looked great! They all did 5 star work! I highly recommend Connor and the Proco crew.

ProCo just finished installing my new roof. We upgraded to a Level 4 Legacy shingle that is more resistant to damage than our previous shingles. ProCO was responsive to our needs, quick to come out when necessary, and supportive in dealing with our Insurance company. Justin was at my house and available during the entire process. I strongly recommend ProCo for roofing work in this area. Thanks to the crews and inspectors; Cleanup was quick & efficient.

ProCo roofing and Travis H took great care of me with my new roof. I am thrilled by how much I am saving on my insurance premium by taking their advice and upgrading to a class four roof. ProCo just installed a new roof for us and they were fantastic! They upgraded us to Level 4 impact resistant shingles at no extra charge. The roofers took excellent care of property during the process and the project manager (Travis) was with us the entire time making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

ProCo was a great choice for us to replace our roof. From the first meeting explaining the process all the way through to the finish, Travis made sure we knew what was going on and that it was to our satisfaction. Travis was very hands-on and detailed oriented making sure the job was done perfectly and in a timely manner. The cleanup was phenomenal, even our neighbors commented on how ProCo left nothing behind. We are extremely happy with ProCo and with Travis and would highly recommend working with both of them.

We could not be more pleased with the job that Josh and his crew did on replacing our roof. We were kept in the loop as weather caused some delays in the install date- much appreciated. The clean up was outstanding and they went to great lengths to keep nails, etc out of our pool and away from landscaping.

Wesley Q was great from day 1 on the inspection. He helped facilitate getting the insurance claim processed. When it came to the roof replacement, the crew was awesome. They got the entire roof complete in one day. Gutters were complete the next day & chimney-cap within another couple of days. The entire job looks great. I never saw one nail after the fact. They did a great job with the clean up. Wesley kept in close contact with me throughout the entire job to make sure all was going well. He had a foreman on-site during the entire roof work. After everything was completely done, there was gutter issue that needed to be addressed. Wesley had someone out very quickly to fix. Also, there was some flashing that needed to be repaired. Wesley got someone out to get all of it fixed with no issues. Overall, ProCo Roofing did a fantastic job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great job on the roof, and the subs (gutters, painting, hardwood flooring and baseboard) were all good. Andrew did a yeoman’s job managing the process.

Best roofing contractor! Sales manager and contract management is second to none. Andrew S helped to meet with insurance on low cost coverage for some of the repairs and show them the actual costs so that the repairs could be done right. AMAZING!

This company, especially their worker Josh, has been an absolute joy to work with. They were quick and professional and their quality also speaks for itself. They make sure everything is explained out for you so there is rarely anything left to chance.

There are a lot of roof replacement horror stories around. Can you or can't you trust your roofer? How do you know? This is my first roof replacement and I had all those same concerns. I research anything I do to a fault sometimes but replacing a roof is a big deal. I had to be sure I was selecting the right company. I don't write many reviews but this is one worth writing. Micah W from ProCo was my contact. Great communicator, easy going and very attentive to questions and concerns. Very responsive every time I asked a question. Ultimately his interaction with me was the reason I selected them. But of course until the work is done the question remains if I made a good choice. Once scheduled (in just a couple days from confirmation to go) they were on time and all the details of how this would go was explained to me. The entire work crew was friendly and busted their tails especially in this heat. Jake the foreman was always paying attention and working along side the crew. When they finished in just over 2 long days I did a walk around with Jake. The roof was perfectly done with a lot of attention to detail. They took great care to protect my property and did a fantastic job of cleaning up and I can now say if the crew doesn't do that well you will have a ton of work yourself to do so. I literally saw one of the guys on their knees looking through the grass and flower bed for any missed nails etc. Impressive. They put every single thing right back where it was when they started. That says they care. Micah stayed in touch with me throughout. Visited daily and kept me abreast of what they were doing. It is disconcerting to see the mess a roof replacement creates but if you have a company and crew that cares like ProCo's you can rest assured it will be done right and will look like they were not even there once it is complete. I give ProCo my highest recommendation.

PROCO roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof as well as repairing all the other storm damage. They are very professional and customer focused. Not only are their roofing crews great, but their tradesmen are excellent too. Would definitely recommend.

Rayana is an amazing Project Lead. We recently moved from Delaware and experienced our first tornado damage- frightening. No fence, roof missing shingles and a destroyed window, carpet, furniture and more. Proco was recommended by a co-worker, and immediately, they sent Rayana who stayed with us through the process. We focused on the roof, she focused on us, was here when the insurance adjuster came, and helped us until we wrapped everything up whole. As she said, her job is to make sure we are whole. I hope we never need to experience this again; however if I ever need a roof or similar work or have friends who do, I'll refer them to Proco.
