PROCO Roofing and Construction

I've had three houses re-roofed in the last six months. All went well and were completed within one day. I am especially pleased with the job that was recently completed on my home because it was a large (68 Squares) steep roof and was completed in one day. Actually, from start to finish took only about seven hours. Several of my neighbors have mentioned how impressed they were with the speed and quality of the work. Tim Leckie was the project manager on all of my roofing jobs. He has never disappointed.

PROCO was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Ryan S helped guide us through the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable about everything from our insurance to the different roof options available. He made this easy for us especially during the current hard times due to the COVID-19 crisis. We appreciate Ryan and PROCO Roofing for the ease of everything and our beautiful roof! The home we were buying needed a roof replacement and the sellers insurance company chose Proco. We got to meet Mike Colton as we went over the details of the roof and found him very knowledgeable and had great suggestions and insight.
We elected to add a few things outside of the insurance covered scope and the prices were very reasonable.
When we moved into the home we found water on the fireplace mantel and contacted him regarding possible roof leaks. He had his crew members and he himself were there in 30 minutes to check the roof, and found the water was coming from another source. He was able to connect us with someone that could fix that problem and that issue was resolved in two days.
We highly recommend Proco and feel they will do you right every time.

I had storm damage, and Andrew Smith gave “white glove” service throughout the process. He walked me around the property and carefully looked for all damaged areas, explaining each one to me—even how they calculate roof replacement. He coordinated the additional rafter repair I needed before roofing; they did excellent work at a reasonable cost. He walked the property again after completion, running a magnet a second time to ensure no roofing nails were left. PROCO is now my “go to” home repair company!

When the people came to do the roof they were on time, courteous and efficient. The roof was replaced in one day and clean-up was done before they left. Andrew did a great job, walking us through the repair process, and kept us in the loop at all times.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by ProCo. Connor was wonderful. He communicated very well and followed through quickly on any questions we had. The men that actually did the work were pleasant and very efficient. We had asked Connor to be sure no roofing nails were left since we have small dogs that tend to put everything in their mouth. Throughout the day the staff was constantly cleaning up after the work, picking up any trash as soon as it hit the ground. They arrived just before sun up and finished the same day.

Very impressive. Connor quickly followed up to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He even checked the yard himself to be sure no nails were left behind.

We found a leak in our patio from a previous addition to our patio. Connor even helped us to find a contractor to do some repair work for us.

Tim L. with PROCO was excellent to work with. Tim kept the schedule he gave me from day 1. He kept me in the loop of the progress that was being made during the project as well as able to take care of not only the roof but gutter, windows, and everything else required on my claim. I only had to deal with Tim and not 3 or 4 other contractors which was a huge plus. CUSTOMER SERVICE was also off the charts. I sent Tim a text to let him know that the roofing crew broke part of my grill while moving it (side burner), exactly 2 minutes later I received a reply "I'm sorry to hear that, we will take care of it. The very next day Tim replaced the entire grill. I was hoping to replace the side burner but PROCO went the extra mile and replaced the entire grill. They say customer service is dead, not with PROCO. They make it right. If you prefer being treated fair and know you’re going to be taken care of the right way, don't waste your time.... Go straight to PROCO. They have my business from here on out and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Matt and his team helped make my reroofing experience simple. The work was done in one day and the site was cleaned up before they left. The foreman was polite and available for any questions I had over the day. I would recommend Proco for any roofing needs.

Beau did a great job working with our Insurance and was in touch the whole step of the process. David our foreman was on site all day and made sure things ran smoothly. They did a great clean up once done, which was in one day, and Beau followed up the next day to go over our property one more time with a magnet to catch any nails left behind.
