QuadPay

I have used (Quadpay) over 2 years, NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. I kept my debit cards in my Apple wallet and my phone was stolen, so I contacted quad pay to let them know I was waiting on new cards. I had also noticed they had an old address so I updated it. Ever SINCE, they’ve had a hold on my account and I can’t make purchases. It seems discriminatory because what is the REASON? He says the system scores my account…okay well it’s not my payments and if it’s my identity, I can verify that. It’s so suspicious to me that there is no LOGICAL explanation why I cannot use it, or why there is a hold.

I received a refund from *** on 8//20 for a returned order. QuadPay received the refund on that day but refuses to process the refund. Every time I chat with someone they say it can take up to 13 days to get a refund back. I understand that’s the process/ policy if it applied to all orders.

On 8//20 Hobby Lobby issued a refund and QuadPay released the funds immediately.

As of 8//20, I still have no refund from my order on 8/. The reps I talk to just continue copying and pasting the same msg stating it can take 13 days. There’s no reason this refund should take longer than 2 refunds after it. They refuse to assist me.

Love it!! Easy to use and so convenient!! I wish someone would’ve thought of this idea sooner!!!

I was very pleased that I was able to purchase from Nordstrom using Quad Pay. I app isn’t difficult to use, and it was very reassuring that I could still upkeep my skincare despite current circumstances. Great alternative to breaking the budget in one purchase.

I am a new member to QuadPay and so far I have not had any bad experiences so I will continue to do business with them. The app is very user friendly.

QuadPay is an excellent option/opportunity for customers to shop online, get what they want immediately, all while having a flexible payment plan (no credit needed). In fact, I have shopped more because of this app. I haven’t explored all the retail stores that participate with QuadPay, but so far, I’ve shopped at *** and ***. The app is very similar to ***.

Using the new QuadPay app was very easy! I have used it 2 times so far and was able to make purchases at *** and ***. You can shop on *** by placing items into your cart then checkout through the QuadPay app. EasyPeasy!! Paying off my amount through my chosen credit card is automatic so I never have to worry about being late. They also let you pay off the amount earlier so you can pay it quicker. I am so glad that I have found this option with paying.

App was super slick and intuitive to use, made my first QuadPay purchase at Dick’s Sporting Goods for new running shoes! I love the ability to browse and shop at my favorite merchants within the app!

I have been a fan of after pay for awhile but this is the first app I’ve found where they help you be able to do in store purchases. I just set it up with my *** Pay and viola! It was so helpful and so easy. They also have a large list of companies that they work with and their apps even show you deals. I highly recommend!

I LOVE QuadPay so much! It’s very easy to use online and in store. It’s great to have this option without fees from credit cards. I use this for fun stuff for me!!

Very easy to use! Makes things I needed for my new baby affordable by being able to split up payments! Loved how many name brand stores are available to use! I have used other split payment apps but this is my new favorite because of the expanded stores available to shop! Love!

I don’t like writing reviews but I have to admit I absolutely love QuadPay. I wish all businesses used them. It would give the average joe like myself the opportunity to afford the things we like in a frugal way.
I would definitely continue to use them.

The QuadPay App is easy to use and convenient. I have used this to purchase clothes for my elopement ceremony and didn’t have to stress about my budget because I was able to break down my total into payments. I paid it off and now I have ordered podcast equipment. It was easy to qualify & make payments. I love it and definitely recommend to everyone!

I’ve used QuadPay on 2 different purchases. They were both for a couple hundred dollars. Being able to break those payments up was clutch. Thanks QuadPay!!!

The app is very simple and easy to use. I’ve purchased clothing and shoes numerous times and I’ve never had a issue with the app or making pmts and once I needed more time to make a pmt and the agent helped me with no problem. I overly love this app it’s so convenient and helpful to the everyday people that live paycheck to paycheck that can’t afford to pay all at once. Thank you Quadpay??

Everything about this app makes everything convenient! Loved the option to split my payments. Times like these, it’s nice to have options for when things are needed, especially when able to split up a big payment. Highly recommend this app!
