QuadPay

I had no idea about Quad Pay until I went to checkout on Impressions Clothing Boutique, in-line of course. So I chose it to use just to try it out. WOW! I was pleasantly surprised by the number of stores that Quad Pay offers their services. One of the stores is ***, so later that day I drove on over and purchased an over the stove microwave we desperately needed. Their payments make it affordable to purchase items you need or want... lol. It’s just a worry free way to enjoy all the comforts of life. Thank you Quad Pay for making my life so much more enjoyable and affordable. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed??

This app is absolutely wonderful and I really love this app. I will continue to use it regularly. It’s gives me the opportunity to purchase things and make payments at a reasonable price.

So I have used this app for the second time last week. So far I like it but, my last two transactions I was charged both times my first installment payment and I still haven’t seen a refund yet. So those two orders one the order process was pending for one whole week and the other one for two days which I canceled both orders. There is some glitches that need to be worked on with the app but over all I like it..

It was so simple & easy to use!! I was able to make a large purchase & pay back in 4 easy, low installments.

Easy to use and customer service is awesome. Had a few issues and they took cate of it right away.

Great thing is that almost everyone is approved with payment plans

Honestly the app and service is great. I’ve used this for multiple purchases for clothes and makeup and have yet to run into a hitch. Also recently used their make a card function so you can use it on any website or even in store and that worked super easily as well.

Unfortunately I had trouble using QuadPay. I was unable to complete my purchase due to what I was told, I didn’t have access to the card on the app. So I was advised to directly go on the merchants website and use QuadPay there and unfortunately the same issue occurred. I tried reaching out for more help but I never received it. I was very excited to use QuadPay but now it just seems like to much of a hassle to use. *** and *** are much easier to use, no hassle, no need to wait to get access.

customer service and *** app.. dont waste your time with these incompetent mns

I placed an order on 3//20, received the item and it worked for about 2 weeks, on 4//20 I processed a refund and mailed the item back. I received a message from Amazon whom who I ordered the item from saying my refund was processed and sent back to me on 5/*/20. Even though I processed the refund and mailed the item back QuadPay continued to take payments for the item. I notified QuadPay several times through chat and email and each time they said they would look into it. This is My order/ref # ***, the total amount of the order was 60.75 . The last email I sent to QuadPay on 7/*/20 regarding this issue and they never responded. Can you help me?

It’s my first time to hear about this installment payment platform and I’m so glad to discover that they accept Nordstrom. If I wasn’t resourceful and only stick to one platform-Afterpay, I wouldn’t have enjoyed shopping online yesterday from my favorite store. The application and approval was pretty quick and the idea of letting you pay your purchase through credit card is something that surprised me when I did my first purchase. I thought the process is completely similar to afterpay. The app is a bit tricky so I needed help from customer service. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find their contact number. I figured it out myself. However, minor problem always happen the first time. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.

Great app and a great variety of stores to choose from. I love the fact that we can also request a digital *** card if a certain store isn’t on the app. Overall easy app to maneuver and would definitely recommend this to all my family and friends!

Really easy to use. I like it because they told you how much you can spend. Good app I recommend it.
