Easy app to use! No hidden pitches, just exactly what they say. I set my limit, placed my order, QuadPay foot the bill only charging me my first installment up front. I received an order receipt right away. Then, I received breakdown of my bi-weekly installments right after. Plus, they even send reminders when your next installment is coming out.

I made my very first purchase through the app at *** online with no problems. Moving forward, I started having issues with the app. I attempted to make a purchase through the app at *** online well below my spending limit with Quadpay and through my virtual card (same procedure with my first purchase) and I keep getting "In process" under the orders tab which means the order isn't going through. I attempted twice with making the same purchase through the app but I still kept getting the same result. Very disappointing!! I never had this is issue with ***. If *** had more options on where to shop, I would of just stayed with them.

The QuadPay app is so very convenient, easy to navigate.

I think it's good. I bought and apple pencil for 4 payments. It was quick and easy. No complaints. I will use the again.

I’m so glad I found this app by accident. With the economy the way it is today, it’s hard to pay a lump of cash for things. This app has a payment plan on the amount you spend. Very reasonable payments. I use to be like others pay what ever amount for anything and not think a lot about it. Unfortunately that’s not the case now. So I highly recommend this app. I’m not a robot lol I’m not getting paid to speak on its behalf. I’m from Wichita kansas and love to shop and get stuff I need. It offers every store you can think of. From A to Z. I’ve tried out a few others, I paid them and they only offer a few stores. This has tons of all name brand stores and then some. Even *** and ***. Love love this app!!!!!!

I really love ?? this QuadPay App because with the pandemic going on a lot of people can’t pay the amount that is due right away because maybe they don’t have it and they have to wait the next week. I love this so much I was telling everyone about it!!! I highly recommend it. The cool part is that you have a due date to pay it off. I wish they can include this in a credits report just to make your credit look great! But other than that I love it ?? thanks QuadPay.......

Quick and easy to sign up and register. I like that it automatically adds the card number given to you for the use of your current order on the payment screen

I made a AMAZON purchase on July , 2020 thru the APP. The total purchase was $72.14 and the amount I added on the APP was for $72.00. AMAZON accepted the transaction- until 2 hours later I receive a notification ( E-mail) stating the transaction was declined and pay using another card. So, I did NOT realizing that my original transaction was for $72 instead of $73.00. I made another transaction for the correct amount of $73 to cover for the first transaction. I chatted with QUADPAY customer support about the issue and AMAZON. QUADPAY support told me they will only freeze my future payments until AMAZON refunds me. I contacted AMAZON on varies times and they stated since the transaction went through the first time - it was reversed automatically. Unfortunately, nothing has been resolved from both ends. QUADPAY owes me the down payment from the first transaction of $72.00 and the transactions from AMAZON are still pending.

Let me just say that QuadPay is fanTASTIC! The app is incredibly easy to use. I love the idea of paying only a quarter of the price upfront. I also like the notification system. It makes me feel more confident about my purchase and lets me know how to fix my order if I need to. I hope this app never goes away!!

This company is all over the place I’ve emailed customer support twice and have yet to receive a respond regarding my hardship issue due to Covid 19 I had asked for extension to be granted to make payments for this month no one has reached back out to me I sent two emails it’s ridiculous if you can’t help and respond in a timely manner how about investing in an actual customer service phone number for customers to call because emailing is not the way use afterpay they are much better
