QuadPay

Quad pay is a great concept especially during these times when money is tight. It allows you the time to pay other bills and still make the purchase of things you want and need. It is also a great tool if you want to split payments with someone else like we did on our pressure washer. It’s a wonderful tool

I love quad pay. Splitting my purchase in four payments was a big help.

Quadpay was the easiest app to use out of all the new pay over time ones. Especially with having to rebuild credit, it’s not easy to get approved with the others. Glad they gave me the chance. 10/10 will use again

I made a 2nd attempt today, July *** to purchase an item using QuadPay. This is pertaining to order number: ***.
Please note that on July *** (order# ***) I had made my first attempt at purchasing this item and at the time, a notification popped up from QuadPay informing me that the order could not be processed because the billing address did not match the card on file. I IMMEDIATELY updated the billing address, as I did recently move. I never received an email confirmation from the merchant confirming a purchase and I kept trying to chat with QuadPay representatives who all told me inconsistent information pertaining to why my refund was taking so long. I am still waiting for that refund, but that is not why I am complaining today. I am filing a complaint today, because (although my refund has not been deposited into my bank account), QuadPay did reverse my balance on my QuadPay account. I saw the balance this morning and decided that I could make a 2nd attempt at the same item originally attempted to purchase on July ***. Low and behold, the exact same thing happens AGAIN. I see a red box notifying me that my purchase could not go through because my billing address does not match. This is a load of crap, as my billing address is updated AND I have made other QuadPay purchases since July *** that have gone through. I contacted the merchant who was unable find any purchase made. I then go to chat with a rep and she is completely inept. She says I need to wait for the merchant. The merchant has no record of a purchase because it never went through. Also, she tells me I need to update my billing address with my bank. My address is updated, as I use that debit card often. I explained to her that I had already updated my billing address and that I could not understand why it declined once again. She wasn't able to answer my question and also could not guide me to where she was seeing my previous address. I could only see my new address from my end on my QuadPay account. I am beyond frustrated because this should not have happened twice. It does not seem as though the representatives are trained to provide consistent and accurate information pertaining to this issue. Now it appears I may have to wait another 15 business days for me to get my refund. Ridiculous and again, have not received the first one from July ***. If my address is not reflected accurately on QuadPay's end, why not then change it??? I have and according to the reps, it's not consistent. I do not know what else to do. I just want my money refunded in a timely manner. Their processing time frame is beyond slow.

I just tried QuadPay and I’m satisfied with app. I am able to shop in any store and I can pay every two weeks with no interest charge. Thanks QuadPay!

The QuadPay App was so easy to use. All I had to do is type in the store I want to shop at and the App took me straight to the store/app to start the payment process. #lovetheApp

Very easy to use. I wanted to purchase something that was pricey and it’s easy to pay in four payments. This is better than putting it on your credit card. Super happy with this app. I use Sezzle and AfterPay and this is just like that but with so many more stores. Just tried it for the first time and will be using it in the future.

It was easy to use. I found it easy to navigate through to find the stores I wanted. I used Nike and Vera Bradley. It was quick and simple.

I love QuadPay. It gives me the opportunity to purchase things that I may not have been able to get until later on. The payments are not bad and instructions on how to use are very clear when purchasing anything.

I first learned of QuadPay as I was shopping for a fitness recovery device post-surgery, the ***. Though the product was something I needed (my physical therapist had been using one on me), I had not realized the cost of the product was beyond my immediate budget having had surgery and several weeks off work without pay.
I was quickly relieved of my disappointment when I saw an installment payment (finance) method was available to allow the purchase of the *** product. QuadPay!
QuadPay was a life saver in my post surgery state (physically & financially) where it simply required a down payment and offered 3 more installment payments at a later designated time. QuadPay allowed me to finance my *** product and I couldn’t be more grateful to had been approved to obtain financing from them!
QuadPay also made it easy to stay on time with the payments because the app sends notifications to remind the borrower of the upcoming payments. I even paid my QuadPay loan off a few weeks ahead of schedule. There is no penalty for early payments!
I later learned I was able to use the paid off QuadPay loan amount for another loan. This time I shopped at ***!!!!
I highly recommend QuadPay if installment payments are convenient for your shopping needs.

Easy to navigate! That was my main reason to loving it! After you pay off your first purchase the loan amount goes higher! I love that they offer in store loans too, gives you credit card number and boom! Just go to the store and use as if it were a regular credit card! (Can only be used in one store)

Easy to use! I love how they keep the card number on the bottom of the checkout screen so you have it just in case it didn’t automatically add.

QuadPay is by far the best app I’ve used it for ***, ***, ***. It’s a very convenient way of helping you get the things you want and not having to pay so much money all at once. I recommend this app to everyone.

This is a great app! It basically cuts any payment down into 4 easy payments every two weeks. I like to use this kind of app for big purchases so I’m not putting all that money out at once. Great job ????

It’s An Amazing App For Purchasing Anything From Clothing And Shoes, To Appliances And Electronics. I Would Highly Recommend This App To Anyone With No Credit Or That’s Just Looking For Monthly Payments... It’s Amazing!!!
