I love this App!!! I’ve used it for my ***, *** & ***!!

Great app, easy to use in different stores without any issues.

I used my QuadPay app for a home decor purchase at Target! I love that QuadPay has so many store options!

So far the process has been flawless and the app is great I love it!

It’s amazing! For those that don’t necessarily want to “pay right away” this is the most ideal option! Salute to you all on over at QuadPay!

I purchased threw Quadpay a Macy's order made my 1st payment of 30.19 & Decided to cancel order just a few minutes after I made Macy's canceled the order no problem but Quadpay has not given me my money back. I have been chatting online with them but they keep giving the song & dance. All I want is my money refunded back.

Hello -

I have researched this complaint and determined that our customer placed an order and cancelled it. Even though it was cancelled quickly, the merchant has just returned the funds to our customers account. Merchants can take up to 10 business days or 15 calendar days. As of this moment, our customer has been refunded the 1st installment that she paid and the remaining 3 installments on this purchase have been cancelled.

Great app. User friendly and lets you split up large payments into several smaller bi-weekly payments. Highly recommend.

QuadPay is great! It gives you the opportunity to purchase items and not have to pay in full. The option to pay over time is awesome.

I’ve used quad pay a few times a now and I haven’t had any issues, it’s easy to use, the app user friendly, all in all I would recommend it to others.

QuadPay offers convenience and payments for things you need. I’ve used it 3 times already at well known stores.

Quad pay is easy to use and it’s very helpful when you want something now but don’t have all the funds to pay for it right now. It is a great app to use.

I like how easy the app is to use, shows you right away available balances and what places you can use QuadPay to shop at, helps me easily keep track of my purchases and shows me good deals available at the moment and I love the safety face scan right before opening the app.

I made a 2nd attempt today, July *** to purchase an item using QuadPay. This is pertaining to order number: ***.
Please note that on July *** (order# ***) I had made my first attempt at purchasing this item and at the time, a notification popped up from QuadPay informing me that the order could not be processed because the billing address did not match the card on file. I IMMEDIATELY updated the billing address, as I did recently move. I never received an email confirmation from the merchant confirming a purchase and I kept trying to chat with QuadPay representatives who all told me inconsistent information pertaining to why my refund was taking so long. I am still waiting for that refund, but that is not why I am complaining today. I am filing a complaint today, because (although my refund has not been deposited into my bank account), QuadPay did reverse my balance on my QuadPay account. I saw the balance this morning and decided that I could make a 2nd attempt at the same item originally attempted to purchase on July ***. Low and behold, the exact same thing happens AGAIN. I see a red box notifying me that my purchase could not go through because my billing address does not match. This is a load of crap, as my billing address is updated AND I have made other QuadPay purchases since July *** that have gone through. I contacted the merchant who was unable find any purchase made. I then go to chat with a rep and she is completely inept. She says I need to wait for the merchant. The merchant has no record of a purchase because it never went through. Also, she tells me I need to update my billing address with my bank. My address is updated, as I use that debit card often. I explained to her that I had already updated my billing address and that I could not understand why it declined once again. She wasn't able to answer my question and also could not guide me to where she was seeing my previous address. I could only see my new address from my end on my QuadPay account. I am beyond frustrated because this should not have happened twice. It does not seem as though the representatives are trained to provide consistent and accurate information pertaining to this issue. Now it appears I may have to wait another 15 business days for me to get my refund. Ridiculous and again, have not received the first one from July ***. If my address is not reflected accurately on QuadPay's end, why not then change it??? I have and according to the reps, it's not consistent. I do not know what else to do. I just want my money refunded in a timely manner. Their processing time frame is beyond slow.

Hello -

I have researched this complaint and written directly to our customer to apologize for her frustration. I also sent her a copy of her refund that she can show to the bank to ensure her funds are returned quickly. Additionally, I reviewed the transcripts and although what my team told her was correct, it did not solve her issue. We've provided coaching to the team and stepped up monitoring to better ensure we are able to intervene on a timely manner.

I do, however, see the reversed status on the most recent order and this should have already been posted to your account. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know your frustration as a valued customer and we've taken steps to improve our agents responses by providing them with additional training and coaching. We've also assigned several internal team members to do more intense monitoring to see these interactions and assist when it goes above what our customer service agents are able to do. I've attached the ARN number that you can provide your bank if this has not been posted. Quadpay was the easiest app to use out of all the new pay over time ones. Especially with having to rebuild credit, it’s not easy to get approved with the others. Glad they gave me the chance. 10/10 will use again

I love quad pay. Splitting my purchase in four payments was a big help.

Quad pay is a great concept especially during these times when money is tight. It allows you the time to pay other bills and still make the purchase of things you want and need. It is also a great tool if you want to split payments with someone else like we did on our pressure washer. It’s a wonderful tool

The App is very convenient it has all the stores that I shoo at. I shopped on Victoria’s secret
