The app itself is sleek and very easy to navigate. I’ve used it for *** and a workout supplement website. Very easy to set up and I can’t wait to try it in store.

I bought a ticket from Expedia (***). My card was charged $30. I was told that the merchant rejected the purchase and I would get my $30 refunded. I bought the ticket 7 days ago on March *, 2020. I have not received a refund. I used the support chat to contact Quad Pay and a supervisor assured me that I would receive a refund. I have reached out several times and they have not responded. I need my $30 refunded immediately.
Hello - I researched this complaint and see that it was resolved in our system before the quoted timeline had passed. One of my team members also closed the loop in a message on 3/*** which our customer responded to. We also apologized for the delay which was beyond our control and swiftly issued as soon as we were notified of the refund by the merchant.

Great app. Easy to use and incredibly convenient for purchases I might have otherwise had to put off. I’ve used it twice now for online purchases but love that there’s also an in store option. I’ll continue to be a repeat customer.
The app is simple to use and I love the service quad pay offers. I highly recommend the app and the service.
My 2nd time using QuadPay and I absolutely love it. It’s easy and convenient. Being able to use it online or in store where ever you want to shop makes it even better. It helps break up big purchases and spread them out every couple weeks. Will be using again.

I found out about QuadPay while Christmas shopping and instantly liked your services. This is a great app for when you do not have that extra money to spend. It’s so easy to use at any store or online and it even has an option to add a digital card to your *** wallet. How convenient. Great app, love it and would recommend to anybody.
