On 2 separate occasions I ordered items using Quadpay. When I returned items although they said they gave me credit my account was still debited for the equal 4 payments never giving me credit for the returned items. I have reached out to the with chat. My current one original purchase was 192. One item returned for 56.04 I made 3 payments of 48.12 which should have made my current total 136. This has been completely paid off after making the 3 payments they actually owe me they still show a current owing owning payment of 36 which is way over 136. During times like this when people are suffering financially during COVID19 we depend on services like this to set up HONEST payment arrangements not fraudulent ones.

QuadPay charged me on more than one of my listed credit cards. I have chatted, I have called and within the app there is a recurring error message.

Hello-

I have asked one of my team members to reach out to assist our customer with this matter. We have several disputed payments and we need further information to get to the bottom of this. We will ensure we are in agreement and offer our full support to get to the bottom of the discrepancy.

As a potential Quadpay merchant, this company has refused to return emails concerning accounts for over 30 days. *** is the email address I was directed to use to contact the department in charge of my business account. I only received automated emails and not one email addressing my concerns. I've only spoken to one individual and upon asking them a question concerning integration directed me to contact ***. From ***, I ended up on their FAQ page that instructed how to create these accounts. Following the instructions, I created a Stripe account but the account does not have a login to access. When I try to create a login, I'm told my account is being processed or already in existence. I am unable to even change my password to access any accounts. Quadpay tells me to contact partners or stripe which neither have contacted me back. I do not trust to do business with a company that gives you the runaround then asks you to integrate them into your business page ASAP. I recently recieved an email telling me to integrate when I still have yet to receive any login information from this company which I was told I should have received only hours after signing on. Don't trust this company at all. If they can't even open lines of communication with merchant accounts, I wouldn't trust them with my sales.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. SOMEONE APPARENTLY OPENED A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT IN MY NAME. I'VE REPEATEDLY TOLD QUADPAY THAT IT WAS FRAUDULENT, THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT AND NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO OPEN ONE. THEY TELL ME THAT THEY ARE LOOKING INTO IT BUT I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE NOTICES OF PAYMENTS DUE. HAVE YET TO GET THROUGH TO A REAL PERSON - JUST GENERIC RESPONSES.

IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW, I WOULD.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a scam. I signed up for quad pay thinking they were gonna directly withdraw the money from my account, this is not the case. With a free service they have to make there millions somewhere right... right. It's called late fees. Preying on people that need a good service like this in order to keep a few bucks in there account rather then spending all at once. This is a sg operation taking money from people using this service for a reason, cause they may not have alot of money. They rob you.

My order was cancelled from Allen E due to insufficient stock. Understandable. QuadPay still charged my installments. They said since the transaction was processed, they had to charge all 4 payments before a refund could be issued. A little iffy, but understandable. Ok. 2 months later, still waiting for my refund. Talked to 4 different people. They just issued my refund. They did not refund me the convenience fees which was $4. Not about the amount, but the principle. My order was never fulfilled. I had to chase my refund for 2 months. And the convenience fees was not refundable. DO NOT USE QUADPAY

I had access to my app now all of a sudden I cant make purchases and I have made all payments on time and have remaining funds. This is the 3rd time ive encountered this and their chat is absolutely no help they dont give any answers as to why I get a "sorry something went wrong" message with no explanation. This is terrible customer service I wouldnt recommend to anyone

This is a fraud payment system . They say no credit check. Liar ! They will lie and lie and lie . If you don’t believe me go to your soft credit pulls and you will find quadpay right there . That’s why they deny you . Don’t believe their lying comments they will deny you based on your credit . Don’t believe there are no fees when it says your charged a fee if there’s a missed payment . If there are no fees then keep it at no fees period! You think people are stupid ? You don’t have a definitive reason why you denied people ? It’s because you run their credit without telling them then you lie about it ! You lying fools! Hope the review hurts you people . You are the biggest scam artist crooks ! Everyone check your credit they will deny you then play stupid about why you don’t qualify

I was charged $1 50 TIMES by Quadpay. I have contacted them about this but no one seems to know how to Help. This is FRUSTRATING AND FRAUDULENT. Stealing money from peoples bank accounts during a time when Covid19 is rampid and Im unemployed is just bottom of the barrel DISGUSTING. PLEASE HAVE SOME ONE ADDRESA THIS.

Stay away this company needs to fold and go under --- RUDE!!!!! profiles you before even knowing who you are STAY AWAY !!!!! NEVER do business with them --- I signed up with this company and said I don't fit the qualifications for a spending limit which is *** --- I make money, I am a US citizen, and I have ***, ***, ***, and all are paid on time and very big limits.. How can you say I don't fit the profile your looking for this is ***,, they are either racist and I know they profile customers and that's how I feel I was from the beginning... I have bank account and everything and NO you can't use us for payment -- Well stay away from this company, NO calling customer service (SCAM) and they email's you send them they don't always apply... I hope this company goes out of business and I will do all I can in spreading the word to stay away and move on --- very dishonest and very rude way they handle things .. I am going to start seeing about the companies they work with and let them know how this Quadpay handles things... Profiles people ... I hope they go out of business you can not treat people like this!
They have made many people mad for how the app says we can't offer you anything right now we will contact you when we can offer you a spending limit you don't match our qualifications this is total BULL!!!

I tried to place an order with a retailer with a Quadpay ghost credit card on May ***. The payment was declined and the order did not go through. Quadpay still charged my credit card 1/4 of the total amount. I sent them various emails to notify them the order hasn’t gone though. I had to wait days for a response saying they would look into the matter. A few days later a customer representative named Earl told me they would go ahead and charge me the full amount based on the information they had received from the retailer. This is a clear lie and I have shown them proof of the order being declined.

Additionally, you can see below that all future installments on the purchase you listed have been cancelled. Below you will see under merchant refund reference it starts with "settle". This is what happens when we submit an order and the merchant can't process it. This means our system was notified by the merchant that they were not able to process payment. Merchants have 14 days to "collect" their funds and when they "settle" their accounts it will reverse from our system. This happened on day 13 for this order. I also included a screensnip from our payment system to reassure you. I apologize for the miscommunication, and will work with the team to ensure agents are double checking their answers before responding. All the best,Lauren

I’ve been using QuadPay since Feb , 2020. I found out about the service after checkout through Fashion Nova. After using QuadPay I liked the convenient easily split 4 payment option & I fell deeply in love. It’s very convenient for my budget and addictive. It makes you feel good seeing your payments being made & kept up on time, with the reward of getting a updated balance when paying off each payment on time. Okay great!! We’ve been doing good consistently till things started going..... not so good. I had a final payment set for Apr , 2020. I had paid the final payment off (like I typically do) on the date of Mar , 2020. That payment was for $35.63. So instead of receiving the whole $35.63 back onto my QUADPAY balance I was only given a balance of $0. I waited to contact customer service, giving the benefit of the doubt, that it may have been an error with the computer’s, due to the pandemic. So by Mar , 2020 (after still not seeing an updated balance) I contacted someone via chat and still till this day my issue was never resolved. Second time, April *, 2020 I contacted a agent via chat because the same problem I had previously, had occurred “AGAIN”. I made two early, separate payments on two different orders. One payment was set for the date of Mar , 2020 for $30.05 and another payment of $32.45 that was set for the date of Apr , 2020. My balance should had been a total of $62.50 but instead I only received a partial payment of $19+change. Every agent I spoke with kept excusing the problem with the convenience of COVID-19. One agent told me I would be issued a full refund as soon as possible. OKAY THAT NEVER HAPPENED. But I still continued with the service thinking eventually I’ll get some notification, so, I continued with making my other payments (early) and it would go to my balance (back to normal but still nothing else about my missing balance) everything was working again. My payments that were being made was going to my balance like it once was before. Okay, now, here we go again May , 2020 I’m currently experiencing this same issue “ONCE AGAIN”. I made two payments on another two separate orders; one payment was set for the date of May , 2020 in the amount of $48.54 and the other payment was set for the date of May , 2020 in the amount of $36.78. My QuadPay balance should have been a total of $85.32. I only received a partial payment of $29.36. I am pissed pissed pissed, I really had plans on my money going back onto my balance so I could shop some more and now, my plans aren’t of that anymore. I contacted an agent “ONCE AGAIN” via chat and now I’m getting told a different story about how they have no control of partial payments but before they said it was issues & delays they were experiencing with the payment system due to Covid-19. At this point just throw the whole chat team away, either they’re lying or just have no clue about what’s going on. I still have the transcripts from the chats with everyone giving me false information. I really would appreciate my balance to be back to what it should because I honestly enjoy QuadPay but with the enjoyment of not being scammed out of the little money I have

Just like you, we are trying to navigate the current environment as best we can while continuing to make QuadPay available to as many customers as possible. In the short term, we have made a number of changes to how we assess eligibility, and this led to some available balances being adjusted. Please see your new available balance in the app. ($200)We want to emphasize that these changes are temporary and we are doing everything in our power to minimize disruption as quickly as possible. We hope to lift these restrictions very soon.Please pay down any of your existing installments to reduce your outstanding order total.Once your outstanding order total is less than or within your current available balance, you should be able to continue using Quadpay.Please let us know if you require any further assistance or have any additional questions. I’ve expressed my complaint numerous of ways. ANYTIME I make an individual payment, from each order, that specific payment amount is supposed to be updated to my QuadPay balance. My spending limit started off at $200 before I made a purchase from both orders. My complaint is, that I only received a partial balance from each payment. The total balance order once paid off, would have and SHOULD HAVE BEEN $341.26. The partial payments that was given to me should’ve been $141.16, instead I was only showing a balance of $29.36. I shop and spend money to increase my balance. (Which I was told I could to increase my spending limit). That statement about my balance not being current because I have open orders is incorrect, HUGELY incorrect!!! My balance is supposed to adjust after every payment. Another irrelevant statement that was made about me; putting out an order. Okay what does that has to do with the problem that I’M having with my balance? I made a purchase because a refund was funded back from Fashion Nova because of a damaged item. So yeah I spent my money. I received an email May ***, 2020 from QuadPay stating I would be refunded “$200”. I still have not received anything.

Hi *** -I have reviewed your Revdex.com complaint and I believe there is a misunderstanding of the term "balance" vs. "refund" and I can explain it differently. We are not a credit card company and offer payment solutions at check out to pay in four installments instead of 1. Your available "balance" is $200, but this is not a credit card and can change from time to time and go up/down as your installments are made. As you pay off your existing installment plans your balance will increase but the total (existing plus available) will still equal $200. There are no pending refunds on your account. I also see you've had several recent installment payments as well as a new purchase that you paid off. Please let me know how I can further assist, we are here to help and appreciate you as a customer. If you'd like a team member to call you to go over the platform, I'd be happy to coordinate.

Trash. They think they can charge you whenever they feel like it, take forever to respond to customers, and don’t refund when they should. *** is much better!

I liked using this app until I made my last payment. For some reason all but $.01 was paid through the automatic payment system. I am not sure why since QuadPay calculates how much each payment should be. I tried paying this penny but I keep getting an error message and it show as a late payment on my account. I have contacted QuadPay through the chat on numerous occasions and I am told they will correct the issue only to find out it was not. I figured I would make another purchase to see if maybe they will add this penny to the new purchase. After making my selection and checking out using QuadPay as a form a payment I am stopped from finalizing the purchase because of the penny. I was given a message that before I make any further purchases I had to settle the late payment on a previous purchase....the penny. I made one final attempt with the chat and I was told someone will take care of this and email me once it is corrected. If I don't hear back from them I am deleting the app and I will go elsewhere.

I need to change the number on my account it has been almost three weeks and I keep getting the same automated response. I can’t log in through the app and when I log in using safari I still won’t allow me to change my number it just gives me a error message. I’ve contacted via email numerous times and still no help. I left a review on their app. They responded as if they were going to help and directed me to email them and when I did the sent me the very same automated message that didn’t solve my issue.

I have researched this issue and see that our customer was able to update her phone number with some manual intervention. Our system prevents this from happening when there is already an account associated with a phone which is what happened here. There were 2 accounts and so the system blocked changes to prevent any sort of fraud or account take over. We apologize for the frustration and although the system prevented her from changing her number it worked correctly.

I attempted to make a purchase using QuadPay. For some reason, the transaction wouldn’t go through. I reached out to them to get assistance. In the meantime, I made purchase with a different payment. A month or so later, I saw on my Credit card account where QuadPay had charged me 2 of the 4 payments for that purchase. I’ve contacted them a couple of times and was told they showed no purchase from me. However, they still haven’t refunded my account after sending them proof of charges. I’ll never use it again.

On May 2020 My bank account was charged with an order that I did not authorize quad pay took it upon themselves to remove money from my bank account without my authorization I have reached out to them multiple times via their horrible customer support email and still haven’t heard anything back from them Because they took it upon themselves to authorize themselves to take money out of my account I incurred bank fees They have already withdrawn again without my authorization $22.27 with 3 more payments pending over the next few weeks

This issue has been replaced quadpay finally reached out to me thank you so much for you time and effort

I made a purchase and had to return it. I continued to make payments through Quadpay until they received information needed to process the refund. I made several attempts to contact them via email. I received a letter from Addidas showing they have sent Quadpay back the money. There was one payment left. It was not until I reached them via messenger through facebook that I received a non automated response and finally getting my refund. This all took place between October through December. Now as of Monday I have received an email from TrueAccord stating they received my account from Quadpay looking for the final payment. I was only refunded what I had paid and was told that the final payment was reversed.

On May *, there was an order placed through quad pay at dicks sporting goods. The same day I reached out to quad pay support via chat because there is no phone #. I was assured it would be taken to the department who handles it. And I would hear from someone within 24 hours. No follow up. I have contacted QuadPay everyday following asking for follow up, and each time I was told the same thing as day one. I check my inbox and spam folder multiple times a day and still NO follow up. I even sent an email to their support email address, but only for a computer generated response. Someone has my quad pay card info and in my opinion this is an issue I should’ve heard back about within the first day to ensure I would receive my money back, and that no additional charges would be made with my quad pay account that I didn’t authorize. I let them know I intended to call my bank and block all future charges from them as my debit card is attached for no weekly payments. However I did not want to do that because there is two open orders I had already open, and didn’t want to not follow through with my payments. At this point I have no idea what other options I have.

I researched this issue and determined that several team members have communicated with her as to what the charge was. She had an order incorrectly refunded. When our system detected this, it reinstated the installment plan which is in accordance with our terms and conditions section 5.7 BILLING ERRORS, OVERCHARGES, AND UNDERCHARGES.

In her communications with my team, she assumed these are generic answers so I also reassured her that I am a person and responded to her complaint in addition to my team mates.

Hi ***Thanks for your email.We understand your frustration with this matter, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the payment schedule for this purchase. This is an order that our system refunded in error and did not collect the installments that were due. We are reinstating the order based on the merchant informing us that the order is valid. Please check your statement and you will see a refund for a purchase that you placed through our system that the merchant has since identified as valid. We value you as a QuadPay customer and want to do everything we can to address any inconvenience that this has caused. Once your installment payments are made we’d be more than happy to refund any late fees that may have been charged. Please let us know if you have additional questions and I will be happy to assist.
